This study aims to describe the implementation of the Emotional Spiritual Achievement (ESA) Program in shaping students' mindsets towards Islamic Religious Education. The results of this study are expected to provide solutions for schools, in realizing a good education with good morals and good character. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The data that has been collected is analyzed through data reduction, data display, data validity and conclusions. This study shows that: 1) The Emotional Spiritual Achievement (ESA) program is very important to be followed and implemented by schools. 2) The role of Islamic Religious Education teachers is very important for the development of emotional and spiritual intelligence of students in schools. 3) The role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in developing the Emotional Spiritual Achievement (ESA) Program has been very good so that it can produce good output and character.

The high rate of divorce, especially in West Sumatra, is an important note for religious extension workers to increase their role and quality in providing counseling. Therefore, fast and progressive action is needed to overcome this. Another phenomenon revealed from the above data is that the divorce case is dominated by the wife's lawsuit. Therefore, it takes the role of religious counselors at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) to increase family resilience. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of religious instructors in increasing family resilience in the city of Padang from physical, social, and psychological aspects. Data collection techniques used interviews and were analyzed with the Miles and Huberman models following the stages of data reduction, data display, conclusion. The role of religious counselors in increasing family resilience has been carried out quite well, although not yet maximized because the raw materials are not yet available, the methods used are only advice and lectures and have not been evaluated continuously.

Teacher's presence in the learning process has an important role, the teacher's role as a facilitator in the learning process, as a liaison and linking between the material to be taught to students. Students who have special need education, guidance and direction in carrying out life challenges, which are found in Islamic religious education such as children in general to increase their spiritual intelligence. One of the schools that implement the learning of Islamic Education is the YPLB Nusantara Depok. The role of the teacher in it is very influential in increasing the intelligence of children with needs especially one of them is children with intellectual disability YPLB Nusantara Depok has Islamic religious activities and learning that become habituations in daily life. The researcher raised the issue to describe how the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in improving the spiritual intelligence of mentally retarded children in YPLB Nusantara Depok. The approach used in writing is a qualitative approach, the type of research used is case study research. The results of this study can be concluded that the increased spiritual intelligence of mentally retarded children is the role of the teacher in improving the spiritual intelligence of mentally retarded children, namely as a facilitator and liaison between teachers and students, material delivery through lecture and demonstration methods. Through the material he teaches is religious material that is practiced in daily life, such as morality, prayer, ablution, recitation, memorizing the short letters of the Qur'an. So that the spiritual development of mentally retarded children emerges, in attitude, and behavior.

ABSTRAK Kesehatan dan kelangsungan hidup bayi baru lahir sangat penting untuk menjamin optimalitas pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak-anak. Menurut Profil Kesehatan Kabupaten Semarang 2014, tercatat sebanyak 8,15% per 1000 Kelahiran Hidup (KH) angka kematian bayi baru lahir. Kasus kematian bayi baru lahir mendominasi kasus kematian bayi di Kabupaten Semarang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan peran tenaga kesehatan dalam usaha pencegahan kesakitan dan kematian bayi baru lahir di wilayah binaan Puskesmas Getasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam. Teknik analisa data dilakukan dengan model Miles and Huberman, yaitu Data Reduction (reduksi data), Data Display (penyajian data) dan Conclusion Drawing/verification. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 1 bulan pada Mei 2017 di Puskesmas Getasan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peran tenaga kesehatan dalam usaha pencegahan kesakitan dan kematian bayi baru lahir yang terutama adalah sebagai pelaksana program yang telah dicanangkan pemerintah serta lebih berfokus pada layanan bayi neonatal & bayi dengan risiko. Dalam menjalankan perannya tenaga kesehatan melakukan berbagai inisiatif dalam usaha menurunkan angka kematian bayi baru lahir di wilayah binaan Puskesmas Getasan.   Kata Kunci: Kematian bayi baru lahir, peran tenaga kesehatan, layanan kesehatan primer.     ABSTRACT The health and survival of newborns are important to ensure the optimality of children’s growth and development. Semarang District Health Profile 2014, recorded that there were 8.15% deaths of newborns on every 1000 live births. The death cases of newborns dominated the contribution of infant mortality in Semarang District. The purpose of this research is to describe roles of health workers in the effort to descrease the morbidity and mortality numbers of newborns in Puskesmas Getasan’s target areas. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with in-depth interviews as the data collection method. The data analyzed with the Miles and Huberman model, which emphasized in the data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. This research was held for a month started from May 2017 at Puskesmas Getasan. The results of this study concluded that the main role of health workers in the effort to descrease the morbidity and mortality numbers of newborns is as implementer of programs that have been declared by the government and more focused on the services especially for neonatal with high risk of illness. However, strategies and initiatives had been done by health workers and resulted in the decrease of the mortality number of newborns in Puskesmas Getasan’s target area.   Keywords: Newborn deaths , role of health workers, primary health care.

This research aims to analyze the practice of Mindring Modern Jaya Mandiri in Kudus from the view of the National Sharia Council (DSN) fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) No. 110/DSN-MUI/IX/2017 about sale and purchase contracts. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The method used in this research is interview, observation, and documentation. The data validity technique used is triangulation, with analytical procedures including data reduction, data display, making conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that the practice of Mindring Modern Jaya Mandiri Kudus is not in accordance with the fatwa of DSN MUI No: 110/DSN-MUI/IX/2017. The use of the lease-purchase contract is not in accordance with the practice of mindring. The appropriate contract is bai’  al-taqsith.

AbstractEducation is a very important thing in human life. When talking about education, it is inseparable about education personnel called teachers. Therefore in this study discussed about the role of teachers of Islamic religious education which is basically a forum for fostering student morals when the students are in the school environment. This study uses qualitative methods that basically collect data from interviews, observations, and observations. With this method it is considered very good for this research so that it can answer the problem. The teacher at this school is very cooperative in improving student morals both at school and outside school. Keyword: Role, Teacher Islamic Education, Moral Development AbstrakPendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Ketika bicara tentang pendidikan, tak dapat dipisahkan tentang tenaga pendidikan yang disebut dengan guru. Oleh sebab itu dalam penlitian ini dibahas tentang peran guru pendidikan agama islam yang dasarnya adalah untuk wadah membina akhlak siswa ketika siswa tersebut dalam lingkungan sekolah.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif  yang pada dasarnya mengumpulkan data dari wawancara, pengamatan, dan observasi.  Dengan metode tersebut dirasa sangat baik untuk penelitian ini sehingga dapat menjawab permasalahan. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out the role of PAI teachers in shaping the character of class learners VII SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of PAI teachers in shaping the character of class learners VII in SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted from September 22 to October 22, 2020. The subjects in the study were 1 principal and 1 PAI teacher, SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon. The research instruments used are observation sheets and interview guidelines. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and inference. The results showed that Teachers of Islamic religious education in the formation of the character of class learners VII SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon has played a good role, where islamic education teachers have performed their role such as teachers as teachers, namely teachers of Islamic Religious Education has taught about honesty, discipline, manners and accuracy. Keywords: The Role of PAI Teachers, Shaping The Character of Learners ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran guru PAI dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat guru PAI dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik kelas VII di SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon. Tipe penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari tanggal 22 September sampai dengan 22 Oktober 2020. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah 1 orang kepala sekolah dan 1 orang guru PAI, SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan pedoman wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam pembentukan karakter peserta didik kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon sudah berperan cukup baik, dimana guru Pendidikan Agama Islam sudah melakukan peranannya seperti guru sebagai pengajar yakni guru Pendidikan Agama Islam telah mengajarkan tentang kejujuran, kedisiplinan, sopan-santun dan keteladanan. Activities that are followed by each child in their environment, have an impact that will be remembered until adulthood.  The women who surround the children's environment have a role in shaping the character of a child, leading to adolescent life to adulthood.  This study aims to explain the resilience of a child in participating in religious activities.  In this study, using a naturalistic qualitative approach, with locations in Rejomulyo Hamlet, Sarimulyo Village, Cluring District, Banyuwangi Regency.  To collect the data used observation methods and document analysis.  In testing the validity of the data, it was measured using the triangulation technique of sources, methods, extending observation time, checking with peers through discussion, and member-checking.  Data analysis was carried out by data reduction steps, data display and conclusion drawing.  The various kinds of situations and conditions that children have in the environment guided by the intensive role of women in increasing children's resilience are very significant.  Children get knowledge about obligations and sunnah in Islamic teachings and also socialize with the environment.  A child is able to understand that every problem that every child has has a way to increase resilience so that he is able to overcome every problem at hand.  The result of the role of women in accustoming religious activities to children is that they have increased resilience for a child.

Learning skills and learning motivation must be in students to be successful and successful in learning, in this case, students need help and guidance to succeed in learning. One of those who play an important role in helping students is the school counselor. This type of research is qualitative research. The informants in this study were the principal, school counselor, subject teachers, homeroom teachers, and students. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Techniques for Guaranteeing Data Validity The research was carried out by means of a Credibility Test, Transferability Test, Dependability Test, and Confirmability Test. Data analysis techniques are carried out through the process of data reduction (data reduction), data display (data display), and conclusion (verification). The findings obtained in this study indicate that the role of school counseling in increasing student learning motivation is carried out well through the provision of information services. Meanwhile, the role of school counseling in improving student learning skills still needs to be improved by providing more intensive services with a combination of content mastery services, this is because there are still students who do not have good learning skills, and there is still a lack of service provision regarding learning skills that are felt by them. students, so that student learning outcomes are less than optimal. This study also reveals that "Good motivation to learn without the support of adequate learning skills has an impact on not optimal learning outcomes. On the other hand, adequate learning skills without the support of good learning motivation also have an impact on learning outcomes that are not optimal.

Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin lembaga pendidikan sekolah mempunyai peran penting sebagai supervisor. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor dalam mengefektifkan proses pembelajaran PPKn dan apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat supervisor dalam mengefektifkan proses pembelajaran PPKn di SMP Negeri 10 Mataram. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subyek peneliti adalah kepala sekolah dan guru PPKn. Tehnik analisis data digunakan adalah data reduction, data display dan conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi kepala sekolah adalah sebagai supervisi kepada guru yaitu memberikan bimbingan, arahan agar guru bisa melaksanakan tugasnya dengan professional dan bisa mengusai kompetensi berupa kompetensi sosial, pedagogik, professional dan kepribadian sedangkan faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat supervisor akademik, faktor pendukung supervisor akademik adalah para guru selalu siap untuk disupervisor oleh kepala sekolah. Faktor penghambat supervisor akademik ini adalah adanya beberapa kesulitan yang dialami oleh kepala sekolah yang berupa jika kepala sekolah mensupervisor guru yang bukan bidang studi yang menjadi background pendidikan kepala sekolah.Principals as leaders of school education institutions have an important role as supervisors. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the principal as a supervisor in streamlining the PPKn learning process and what are the supporting factors and inhibitors of supervisors in making the PPKn learning process effective at Mataram State Middle School 10. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were the school principal and the PPKn teacher. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing / verification. The results showed that the principal's function was as supervision of the teacher, namely providing guidance, direction so that the teacher could carry out his duties professionally and could control competencies in the form of social, pedagogical, professional and personality competencies while supporting factors and inhibiting factors of academic supervisors, supporting factors of academic supervisors the teachers are always ready to be supervised by the principal. The inhibiting factor of this academic supervisor is that there are some difficulties experienced by the principal in the form of if the principal supports supervisors who are not in the field of study who are the educational background of the principal.

Seeing the important role of services for the advancement of tourism, this research needs to be carried out with the aim of analyzing the understanding of guides about the competence of a guide, services provided to tourists, the obstacles faced by guides in providing services to tourists, and the efforts made by guides and museum institutions to overcome the obstacles encountered. Respondents in this study were guides and chief of guides at the Aceh Tsunami Museum. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive data. The data in this study uses the techniques of documentation study, interviews and observations. Then the data are analyzed using several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification or drawing conclusions. The results of the research are the Aceh Tsunami Museum placed the competence and services of tour guides as the spearhead of tourist satisfaction, although there is a deficiency that the tour guides have not received adequate seminars or training as the way to support their profession. Conclusion, the guides got many improvements related to their English competence dominantly by learning directly from tourists, learning from experience, learning self-taught, and considering tourists as friends.
