AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji data-data empirik terkait pengaruh pola asuh orang tua dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap pembentukan karakter secara terpisah maupun simultan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional dan regresional terhadap data-data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari obyek penelitian yaitu para siswa di SD Islamic Village Kelapa Dua Tangerang. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 58 responden dari 165 populasi. Adapun pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik angket/kuisioner, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Jenis analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi yang dijabarkan secara deskriptif.  Kata Kunci: Pola Asuh Orang Tua, Lingkungan Sekolah, Pembentukan Karakter. AbstractThis study aims to determine and test empirical data related to the influence of parenting patterns and the school environment on character formation separately or simultaneously. In this study, the authors used a survey method with a correlational and professional approach to quantitative data obtained from the object of research, namely students at SD Islamic Village Kelapa Dua Tangerang. The purpose of this study was to analyze influence teache’s creativity on teaching towards the student learning interest in entrepreneurship with used explanatory survey method. Data collection techniques used question model on scale of 1-5 form with likert scale. The respondents of this research consist of 90 students in grade XI of Office Administration in Vocational High School in Cimahi. The technique of data collection with the use of simple regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, there are some information which are the teacher’s creativity on teaching significantly influences the learning interest for the students in grade XI of Office Administration in Cimahi. This study suggests the teachers to concern creative teaching method in order to increase the students’ learning interest on learning activities.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kreativitas mengajar guru terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai 5 model likert scale. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 90 siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Cimahi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan informasi yang menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas mengajar guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK di Cimahi. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pihak guru lebih memperhatikan cara mengajar yang kreatif, agar dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar.

Abstract. This research is motivated by the process of forming the character of discipline, responsibility and independence through the habituation and exemplary program in Kindergarten A. One of the keys is to inculcate habituation and example to students so that character building is related to creating positive things. Therefore, the formation of character is very important to change attitudes through habituation and exemplary. Based on the results of observations made, the character formation of students in TK A Pamekar Budi Enough. The problems examined in this study, namely how to prepare the process of forming the character of discipline, responsibility and independence through the habituation and exemplary program. Related to this problem, this study aims to identify the steps that the data do through the habituation and exemplary program. This research method uses descriptive analytic method. The data collection was carried out using observation interview techniques and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the formation of the character of discipline, responsibility and independence through the habituation and exemplary program carried out by schools by implementing and modeling is carried out at various stages. In character building in Pamekar Budi Kindergarten A, it can be successful or fulfill development as expected. Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh proses pembentukan karakter disiplin, tanggungjawab dan kemandirian melalui program pembiasaan dan keteladan di Tk A. salah satu kuncinya adalah menanamkan pembiasaan dan keteladanan kepada peserta didik agar dalam pembentukan karakter kaitannya dengan menciptakan hal yang positif. Oleh sebab itu, pembentukan karakter sangatlah penting untuk merubah sikap melalui pembiasaan dan keteladanan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan, pembentukan karakter peserta didik di Tk A Pamekar Budi Cukup. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini, yaitu bagaimana persiapan proses pembentukan karakter disiplin, tanggungjawab dan kemandirian melalui program pembiasaan dan keteladanan. Berkaitan dengan masalah tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah yang dilakukan data melalui program pembiasaan dan keteladan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pun dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan karakter disiplin, tanggungjawab dan kemandirian melalui program pembiasaan dan keteladan yang dilakukan sekolah dengan cara menerapkan dan mencontohkan ini dilakukan dengan berbagai tahapan. Dalam pembentukan karakter di TK A Pamekar Budi dapat berhasil dengan baik atau memenuhi berkembang sesuai harapan.

This study aims to reveal a number of determinants of financial not independent be the cause of the elderly in disadvantaged areas. The study was designed in the format of mixed method, wherein in the first stage of qualitative data collection to identify a number of determinants of the causes of the financial not independent elderly. All variables are declared invalid later developed into quantitative data collection instrument at a later stage. The results of different Kruskal-Wallis test was applied to see the differences between the determinants of independent elderly and elderly are not independent. Then performed logistic regression analysis to see the effect of each determinant to provide empirical evidence on the probability not independent elderly. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and organizational commitment toward employee performance in PT. XYZ. This study uses survey method and data collection techniques used is literature study, questionnaires, and interviews. The population in this study was all employees of PT. XYZ (XYZ Print), which amounted to 79 people. This study uses regression analysis mooted simple and multiple regression. The collected data were processed using SPSS 23. The results showed that motivation and organizational commitment has a significant influence on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. Motivation and commitment to the organization to have a greater influence on employee performance if both improved simultaneously rather than partially. This study aims to analyze the effect of office spatial on work effectiveness of employees by using survey method. This study performed data collection by using a questionnaire with a range of scores 1 to 5. Respondents of the study consisted of the employees of the Office of Education of Bandung City. This study used simple regression analysis as the data analysis technique. The results reveal that the office spatial brings positive effects on the work effectiveness of employees. Therefore, the work effectiveness of employees can be improved through the improvement of office spatial conditions.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tata ruang kantor terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai dengan menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dengan rentang skor antara 1 sampai 5menggunakan model rating scale. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa tata ruang kantor memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu, efektivitas kerja pegawai dapat meningkat melalui adanya peningkatan kondisi tata ruang kantor.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji data-data empirik terkait pengaruhkompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja gurusecara simultan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatankorelasional dan regresional terhadap data-data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari objek penelitian yaituguru-guru Sekolah Islam Al-Hamȋd Jakarta Timur. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden daritotal 100 guru di Sekolah Islam Al-Hamȋd Jakarta Timur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan denganmenggunakan teknik angket/kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Jenis analisis yang digunakanadalah analisa korelasi dan regresi yang dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalahterdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dan BudayaOrganisasi Sekolah Secara simultan terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru di Sekolah Islam Al-Hamȋd JakartaTimur dengan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,500 dan koefisien determinasi (Rs) sebesar 25%. Arahpengaruh ditunjukan dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 44,471 + 0,324X1 + 0,370X2.. Dari persamaanini dapat dibaca bahwa setiap kenaikan 1 poin kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah (X1) dan BudayaOrganisasi Sekolah (X2) Secara bersama-sama akan diikuti kenaikan motivasi kerja guru (Y) sebesar0,694 poin.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Manajerial, Budaya Organisasi Sekolah, Motivasi Kerja Guru. This research aims to identify and test empirical data about the impact of managerialcompetencies of the school principal and the organizational culture on teachers’ work motivationsimultaneously. In this research, I used survey method with correlational and regressional approach onquantitative data obtained from the teachers of Sekolah Islam Al-Hamȋd, East Jakarta. The samples ofthis research are 80 respondents from the population of 100 teachers at Sekolah Islam Al-Hamȋd, EastJakarta. Datas were gathered through questionnaires distribution, observation, and documentation.The datas then were analiyzed using correlation regression analysis which are elaborateddescriptively. The results of this research are there is positive and significant impact of organizationalatsmosphere on teacher’s work motivation and organizational atsmosphere on teacher’s workmotivation at Sekolah Islam Al-Hamȋd, East Jakarta simultaneously with coefficient of correlation (r)of 0,500 and coefficient of determination (Rs) of 25%. The regression equation is Ŷ = 44,471 +0,324X1 + 0,370X2. This means that every 1 point increase of the school principal’s managerialcompetences (X1) and the organizational atsmosphere (X2) is simultaneously followed by the increaseof teacher’s work motivation (Y) of 0,694 point.Key words: managerial competencies, school organizational culture, teacher’s work motivation.

ABSTRACTIn the temporary observation the performance of employees in BPR was still low, less activities of service. As for example the credit administration did not only perform their own duties but also did the transfer, and there were still employees who came late and, there were employees who did not finish the job on time, some employees still looked relaxed in doing the job. So it could be concluded that the performance of employees in PD. BPR was still low. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the influence of compensation and organizational culture on employees' performance in PD. BPR Kuningan.This research used a quantitative approach and survey method. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Sample and population was employees in PD. BPR Kuningan, amounting to 89 people. Data collection used questionnaires. The validity test and reliability test of data collection were carried out, the results of instrument test stated that the instruments used in this study were valid and reliable. Multiple regression analysis was used to find out to what extent of influence among variables.The result of this research showed that: (1) both compensation and organizational culture had positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) compensation had positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) organizational culture had positive and significant effect to employees� performance.Compensation and organizational culture needed to be improved and maintained on the performance of employees so that the tasks and objectives of the agency could be achieved in accordance with expectations and achieve satisfactory results.�Keywords: Compensation, Organizational Culture, and Employees� Performance�ABSTRAKPada pengamatan sementara kinerja pegawai yang terjadi di BPR masih rendah dilihat, kurang berjalanya pelayanan. Seperti misalnya bagian administrasi kredit selain melakukan tugasnya sendiri juga merangkap bagian transfer, dan masih adanya pegawai yang datang terlambat serta, masih adanya pegawai yang dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya tidak tepat waktu, pegawai masih terlihat santai dalam mengerjakan pekerjaanya. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja pegawai pada PD. BPR masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PD. BPR Kuningan.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survey. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Sampel dan populasi yaitu pegawai pada PD. BPR Kuningan yang berjumlah 89 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian di uji validitas dan realibilitasnya, hasil uji intrumen menyatakan bahwa hasil intrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini valid dan reliabel. Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh antar variabel menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) kompensasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.Kompensasi dan budaya organisasi perlu ditingkatkan dan dipertahankan atas kinerja pegawainya agar tugas dan tujuan instansi tersebut dapat dicapai sesuai dengan harapan dan mencapai hasil yang memuaskan.�Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Budaya Organisasi, dan Kinerja Pegawai.

This paper reveals about the intensity of dhikr ratib al-haddad, spiritual intelligence of santri, and the influence of the dhikr ratib al-haddad intensity to the spiritual intelligence of Pondok Pesantren santri Mathla'unnajah Ujungjaya Sumedang. The method used is survey method with quantitative approach through simple correlation and regression analysis. Data collection techniques were conducted by observation, questionnaire, and documentation. The results obtained from this study indicate that the intensity value of dhikr ratib al-haddad is 0.79 or 79% of each item statement with high categorization. While the value of spiritual intelligence of santri of 0.80 or 80% of each item statement with a very high categorization. In addition, based on the analysis of coefficient of determination can be seen that the percentage of the influence intensity of dhikr ratib al-haddad to the spiritual intelligence of santri is 0.246 or 24.60% and 0.754 or 75.40% other influenced by other variables outside the variable X.   Tulisan ini mengungkapkan tentang intensitas dzikir ratib al-haddad, kecerdasan spiritual santri, dan pengaruh intensitas dzikir ratib al-haddad terhadap kecerdasan spiritual santri Pondok Pesantren Mathla’unnajah Ujungjaya Sumedang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui analisis korelasi dan regresi sederhana. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai intensitas dizkir ratib al-haddad yaitu 0.79 atau 79% dari setiap item pernyataan dengan kategorisasi tinggi. Sedangkan nilai kecerdasan spiritual santri sebesar 0.80 atau 80% dari setiap item pernyataan dengan kategorisasi sangat tinggi. Selain itu, berdasar pada analisis koefisien determinasi dapat diketahui bahwa besarnya presentase pengaruh intensitas dzikir ratib al-haddad terhadap kecerdasan spiritual santri yaitu 0.246 atau 24.60% dan 0.754 atau 75.40% lainnya dipengaruhi variabel lain di luar variabel X.

This study aims to determine the development of labor, investment and business units in the production of the batik industry in Jambi City. This research uses quantitative data collection methods. The data used in this study is secondary data, secondary data used is a combination of periodic series (time series). In this study, it is assumed that labor, investment, and business units have a positive and significant effect on Jambi batik production in Jambi City. The data used in this study are data on labor, investment, business units, and batik production in Jambi City from 2006-2017.
