Based on the law national education system Number. 20 of 2003 there are 8 national standards, which aim to improve the quality of an educational institution. Based on government regulations, one of the eight national education standards is a financing standard. education financing is the most important and inseparable thing in education management activities. So, among other things, the government policy is to roll out BOS funds at the school level. Education financing and funding managed by schools / madrasahs must be transparent in order to create accountability. The jurists agree that a person who refuses the commandments of Allah and his Messenger means that he has returned (left) from Islam, whether because of doubt, refusal or disobedience. Allah SWT very clearly and firmly states that for apostates it means that he has wasted his good deeds and a person who dies in an apostate or disbelieving state is eternal in hell. A person is considered to have left Islam (Murtad) if he refuses an act which is required by religion by denying this obligation and considers it permissible to not fulfill it. For example, he does not perform prayers, zakat or hajj because he believes these things are not obligatory and he refuses to carry out his obligations. A person is also considered to have left Islam if he does not want to do what is required by Islamic law and the scholars agree on this obligation. a person is considered an infidel if he is reluctant or refuses to carry out an obligation even though he must know that obligation.

Power of attorney and lawsuit are two things that are inseparable when an Advocate carries out his profession to defend the legal interests of his client, especially in civil cases in court, so it can be said that these two things are the heart of handling civil cases that an Advocate must really understand. In formulating a power of attorney and a lawsuit an Advocate is required to understand the formal and material laws of the case he is handling, in addition to that Advocates are required to understand the legal construction of the case being handled by an Advocate, without understanding the above it is very difficult to narrate the minutes of the power of attorney and lawsuit in the said case. Understanding in formulating a power of attorney and lawsuit is the basic capital of a prospective Advocate before carrying out the Advocate profession, so that the Advocate Organization makes this an object of examination for prospective Advocates in the Advocate Professional Exam to assess whether the prospective Advocate is eligible to be appointed as an Advocate being appointed as an Advocate by the Advocate Organization but unable to formulate a power of attorney and lawsuit, of course this is very detrimental to the justice-seeking community in general.

Educational problems in the modern era are not only limited to systems, methods and strategies, but rather how to prepare future generations. The phenomenon in the modern era shows that the younger generation grows with an individualistic and pragmatic attitude. So that many graduates of educational institutions are trapped in understanding their teachings more deeply, so that the virtue of Islam, which is actually very broad, becomes stagnant and narrow because it is only for oneself. The Transitive Islamic perspective requires that the output of the graduates of Islamic education institutions be agents of change or be transitive. In the sense of an outward movement, which is not only selfish but also tries to make other people get safety, security, peace, prosperity and even the happiness of life in this world and the hereafter.

This article discusses efforts and strategies for developing Islamic studies in Islamic boarding schools that have gender insight. Previous studies on gender and Islamic boarding schools focused more on the socio-cultural dimensions of gender, power relations, women's empowerment, the image of women in the yellow book, figures and agencies. However, there are several studies that have tried to examine efforts to develop gender-based pesantren education at the formal institutional level. Very few have analyzed efforts to develop gender-based Islamic studies in the world of pesantren. This is more due to the difficulty in accepting some pesantren caregivers of the concept of gender equality, which according to them does not come from an Islamic scientific body. Using the integration-interconnection approach developed by Amin Abdullah and Jasser Auda, this paper explains that the development of Islamic studies in pesantren is urgently carried out by utilizing relevant concepts from other sciences such as cultural, social, economic, psychological and so on. Through the so-called scientific interconnections, new Islamic gender insights can be developed and understood more holistically and contextually in the academic environment of the pesantren.
