The concept of implementing National Strategy for Financial Education has been gradually building. Most of the nations globally take initiative for implementing sound National Strategy for Financial Education. Whereas some developed countries already have there unified and coordinated national strategy for financial education. India is having second largest population in the world. There is an urgent need to develop a sound and stable financial system. it is more necessary to quickly formulate and implement a national strategy. Financial Literacy and Financial Education play important role in financial inclusion, inclusive growth and sustainable prosperity. Financial Literacy develops confidence, knowledge and skills to manage financial products and services enabling them to have more control of their present & future circumstqnces.59 countries worldwide are implementing National Strategy using guidance from the OECD/INFE high level principles on National Strategy for Financial Education. Several empirical studies have found that financial literacy level amongst Indians low by global standards. The need of the hour is to boost up financial education initiatives and comprehensive research should be done on national strategy for financial education. The present study aims at finding the role and relevance of financial education in India.

India is the second-largest populous country in the world. Population plays a vital role in any country. India is not only rich in natural resources but also blessed with human resources. Population growth of any area is an index of economic development, cultural background, historical event, social awakening and political ideology. In our country, the population increased at a rapid rate. This paper deals with population characteristics of the Allahabad district which mainly includes the growth of population and population density of Allahabad district. This paper is purely based on secondary data of Census 1991, 2001, and 2011 and shows the data through charts and graphs.

Education is that thread which ties the society with the discipline and knowledge. Role of education is experienced universally which transforms societies in a fastidious way and leading to the sustainable development. It is essential to development of any nation. It is the backbone of development and is critical for improving the ability of the human beings to handle environmental and development issues for which basic education is a foundation of environmental knowledge and higher education needs to be integrated as an important part of learning. Education sustains the human values which contribute to individual and collective well-being. Education can enhance the effectiveness of each policy instrument by developing information engagement, agency and empowerment among all affected stakeholders. Education can build a drastic change that is sustainable change because it is created by the learner and reaches hearts and minds. Education can also sustain different human values that can collectively contribute to well beings of individuals and the society. It is the basis for increasing confidence for facing challenges and lifelong learning deeds that can achieve every goal of the individual building. The definition of quality education is different from person to person. There are many important factors responsible for quality of education for example teacher pupil ratio, infrastructure of the school, expenditure of the school on various teaching aids and projects, etc. Major problems of quality education are; limited policy relevant knowledge, policies related to quality education are not based on thorough research, Absence of standardized outcome measures and absence of highly skilled researchers and research capacity in general. Present study is supposed to focus on quality parameters of education that can help achieve goal 4 of sustainable development goals therefore the purpose of this study is to give a brief review of quality parameters of education and status of sustainable development goals in Pauri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand.

The existence of gender gap in various socio-economic parameters is largely associated with regions such as hill rural regions of Uttarakhand which are underdeveloped and resource deprived. Various policy measures were implemented in these regions for reducing these gaps and simultaneously empowering women of these regions. Financial inclusion is one such policy initiatives which carried a holistic approach in development of a region and empowerment of its community along with focus on empowerment of weaker sections of the population. Financial inclusion has been the priority agenda for government mainly in 21 century and the major drive of financial inclusion was launched in August, 2014 which was named as the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY). PMJDY aims to deliver banking services to every unbanked household and is based on the guiding principles of banking the unbanked, securing the unsecured, funding the unfunded and serving unserved and underserved areas. But as it is comprehensive policy measure the financial inclusion not only signifies access to/holding of bank account or credit or any such basic facility but also requires the effective and regular utilisation of these facilities. In this context the present study explores the existence of gender gap in context of financial inclusion in hill rural regions of Uttarakhand and discusses the factors which inhibit the financial inclusion of women.

Most of the population in India lives in rural settings. There are roughly six lacs and thirtyeight thousands villages where employment could not be generated due to non utilization of natural resources. As most of the population depends on agriculture, the tendency of unemployment is mostly visible.Viewing the problem of unemployment and lack of basic facilities for a common folk, the Goverment of India launched a scheme on 2nd February, 2006 from Anantpur District in Andhra Pradesh, which can provide limited employment. The scheme was named as Mahatma Gandhi National employment Guarentee Scheme (MNREGA). Under this scheme more than 5 lacs people get employment. In the present communiation an attempt has been made to analyse the contribution of MNREGA scheme in employment generation in Rudrpur development Block in District Udhamsinghnagar in Uttarakhand.

The element of regionalism in Hindi novels is very old. Novels that have an overall depiction of the life of a particular state are called regional novels. Regional novels are often called character-oriented, While in these novels, the focus of the author is not so much on the characters as it is about presenting the culture of that region. That is why some people call these a novel without a hero, and consider the region as important as hero. In the present communication a detailed description of public life depicted in these regional Hindi novels.

India is the original place of sugarcane production. Sugar cane is used to prepare sugar and its other forms in India. In 1920, the then Governor-General of India established the Indian Sugar Committee, wishing a bright future for the business of sugar. In the year 1930, a Tariff Board was established on the recommendation of the sub-Committee of the Research Council of India. In this, the Government of India was recommended to protect the sugar industry. Though in Pratappur, UP, India’s first sugar mill was established, yet the farmers were facing numerous problems due to lack of installed system. The Government of India passed Sugar cane act 1934 and through which authorised state Governments to control prices of sugar manufactured by different sugar mills. In Uttar Pradesh, the Department of Sugar Development was established in 1935. The paper discusses the policies and their implementation in the field of sugar production.

Not only India but the entire world is suffering from covid- 19 epedemic. It has a worst impact on the humanity due to lock down and closure of the entire industrial establishments. India was not only affected socio-economically but the most importantly due to health hazards. Lot of people lost their lives and the entire humanitarian system was shattered. Human beings were forced to adapt band live in the changed scenario. On the basis of scientific, mythological and Vedic analysis, this statement is true that "Surya Tattva" is the power and utility of this entire world. The Sun illuminates the entire universe with a monolithic light beam, and the Sun rays provide life and power in all things. "Prakash" is used in various meanings in Indian poetry, its most prevalent meaning is "Knowledge", "Conscious", "Noun" and the cognition symptom "Intelligence". A brief discussion has been presented in the research paper presented, studying the scientific and mythological references of the importance and uniqueness of the sun god.

In the present communication a critical study is presented on the literature written by Sri Sri Kreshna Semwal. He has composed various poems combining his devotional expressions,satirical, eclectic, character based and emotional sources.”Bhakti Rasamritam Stuti Kavya” composed by Sri Sri Kreshna Semwal is filled with the extracts of basis devotion of indian culture. This is a unique collection of devotional songs. In this, there is an incarnation of Kavya Ras from the worship of different Gods and Goddesses. The poet has composed poetry on devotional expressions as well as on real subjects. On the one hand the poet has written the adornment of Shani, in other he tried to highlight the evil practices of the society by writing "Bhimshatakam". His composition “Indirakeertishatakam” is based on the life of former Prime Minister smt Indira Gandhi. It is tried to analyse the all faces of writings of Sri Sri Kreshna Semwal in this presentation.
