Due to the fact that all diseases began to be considered as multifactorial, the main direction of pharmacology in the 21st century is the design of multitarget ligands. The relevance of this approach is confirmed by the authors’ research in the field of analysis of the spectrum of affinity for nine ion channels of the heart for three antiarrhythmic drugs, as well as the results of initiatory research into the search for fundamentally new multifunctional multitarget inhibitors of glycation end-product receptors.

Currently, the modern poultry farms are located in regions with different climatic conditions. Thus, the component of the electric power being the base for combined heating and ventilating systems, lighting, and local heating of poultry farms, is great in power engineering on the territory of the Russian Federation. The analysis of energy costs of poultry farms showed that of the estimated options for reducing the cost of electricity for poultry farms, one of the most effective can be an alternative source such as the generation of own electricity. Naturally, for biological production with a continuous technological cycle (poultry farming, for example), seems to be replace about 45-55 % of the needs of the factory and serve as a reserve for the rest, but not cover all 100 % of needs.

Currently, powerful modern poultry farms require built-in logistics with an optimized structure of control and management. Such a system requires formalization and ranking, responding to the tasks of specific divisions of enterprises and poultry farms in general. The analysis of the robots on the Russko-Vysotskaya site shows positive results when the Big Dutchman company introduced the BigFarmNet Manager and AMAKS systems for 11 years of operation of this complex allowing to regulate and control the production processes of egg processing, feeding, drinking, to manage the microclimate of poultry houses in real time from the central office or from a portable personal computer using the Internet.

In the framework of the study, the degree of defragmentation of DNA by the DNA-comet method is evaluated when exposed to the cell culture of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), and an in vitro model is developed to evaluate the antioxidant activity of new pharmacological agents. The results of working with cell lines show that the percentage of damage to the genetic material of cells of intact samples does not greatly vary from the method of removing the cellular monolayer from the culture plastic. Concerning the effect of H2O2 as an inducer of oxidative stress on DNA cell damage, the optimal level of DNA defragmentation has been modeled for subsequent studies of the protective action of antioxidants.

On the base of investigation of material kept in Herbarium of flora laboratory (Institute for Biology and Pedology, National Aсademy of Sciences (FRU), a synopsis of the genus Phleum L. (Poaceae) in flora of Kyrgyz Republic with a key for identification of species and short citats is presented. Six species are recognized in Kyrgyz Republic (Phleum phleoides H. Karst., Phleum himalaicum Mez, Phleum paniculatum Huds., Phleum pratense L., Phleum roshevitzii Pavlov, Phleum alpinum L.). Phleumroshevitzii Pavlov newly reported for Kyrgyz Republic (Issyk-Kul Lake depression, Northern Kyrgyzstan). Maps of distribution for species growing in Kyrgyz Republic (Laskov GA., Sultanova BA., 2011) and list of studied specimens are provided. NK - Northern Kyrgyzstan (Chu Valley with adjacent northern macro-slope of Alexander Mountain Range, and the basin of Chon-Kemin River); IK - Issyk-Kul Lake depression (including northern macro-slope of TerskeiAla-Too Mountain Range, southern slope of KungeiAla-Too Mountain Range, basins of Tyup, Jergalan, and Karkyra rivers); CT - Central Tien Shan (basin of the Sary-Dzhaz River); WT - esternTien Shan (Talas and Chatkal valleys together with slopes of adjacent mountain ranges, and Ketmen-Tyube Valley); F - Cis-Ferghanian Kyrgyzstan (edges of the Fergana Valley, with adjacent macro-slopes of Chatkal Mountain Range, Fergana Mountain Range, Turkestan Mountain range, and Alai Mountain System); IT - Inner Tien Shan (the area bounded in the north by Kyrgyz Mt. Ridge, in the southwest by Fergana Mountain Range, and in the south-east by Kokshaal-Too Mountain System); А - Alai Valley (including southern macro-slope of Alai Mts. and northern macro-slope of Trans-Alai Mt. Range); EK - Entire territory of Kyrgyzstan (i. e. species is registered in all of abovementioned regions). Kyrgyz Republic is located in the centre of Eurasia. The distance to an Indian Ocean is about 3 000 km. The total square is about 198,500 km2. Altitudes are from 410 to 7 439 m above sea level. Over 90 % of the territory is elevated above 1 500 m. About 40 % of nearly uninhabitable: glaciers, permanent snow, rocks, scree, alpine desert, etc. Ca. 7 % of territory is occupied by the cultural landscape: fields, settlements, roads, and industry (Atlas…1987). Only the main literature sources are cited for species: “Flora URSS” (Ovczinnikov, 1934), “Flora of Kirghiz SSR”(Nikitina, 1950), “Conspectus florae AsiaeMediae” (Gamajunova, 1968), and also the monograph of Tzvelev NN. “Grasses of URSS” (Tzvelev, 1976). The article contains 1 Figures, 1 key for identification of species, and 11 References.

The diversity of climatic zones in Russia has no analogues in the world. This fact testifies to the diversity of climate control in poultry farms located at different natural latitudes. Taking into account the fact that twenty-two regions in Russia have “comatose” climatic zones, and the decrease in temperature on the tributary to remove heat surpluses should be 3-4 0C lower, this imposes significant requirements on the microclimate system of poultry houses. On this basis, the algorithms of transition periods (spring-autumn) are proposed which are calculated to remove excess moisture and technical means selected for winter and summer in the Russian Federation. Techniques of optimization algorithm for climate control in poultry houses introduced domestic and foreign companies in the poultry farms supplying micro-climatic equipment in Russia. The practice of rapid calculations of the microclimate on the” average “ indicators leads to overspending of energy costs, it is one of the reasons that the bird does not reveal the potential for productivity. We proved that the use of optimized microclimate control algorithms solves the problem of energy cost overruns and increases the productivity of poultry farms.

The possibilities of using non-biological methods for clarifying sewage from poultry farms are presented, which testify to the high efficiency of using electrochemical technologies. Unlike biological purification, the technology of electro-chemosorption clarification provides for a rigid treatment regime, when not only minerals, organic substances are oxidized, but also microorganisms and all persistent specific contaminants falling into the poultry drains occur. It has been revealed that electro-chemisorption plants can purify effluents to the maximum permissible concentrations over a wider range of contamination levels.

The study is devoted to 8-oxo-2'-deoxyguanosine (8-oxo-dG), which is used as a biomarker of oxidative damage to DNA and its associated diseases. The study is based on the hypothesis put forward by the authors about the ability of 8-oxo-dG, which is the main product of DNA oxidation, to act as a signal molecule that activates cell resistance to nonspecific stress and DNA repair. In addition to studying the molecular mechanisms of the action of 8-oxo-dG, the authors have carried out an investigation of the effects that they caused on the organism level.

The paper presents a brief overview of the problems in studying the aging under the influence of oxidative reactions in the Human body. The features of the free radical theory of aging were analyzed, the role of antioxidant enzymes was considered. Aging is a complex of processes and phenomena occurring in the Human body under the influence of various factors, the oxidative metabolism has an important role in this process. The study of the mechanisms of aging opens up the prospect of using this knowledge to find methods to prolong human life.
