VOSviewer and Microsoft Excel software are employed to process a total of 230 peer-reviewed articles, carefully selected based on relevant query and context, such as years, document type, country, journal’s name, authors’ name, number of authors, and the keywords that frequently used by authors. The major finding of this study is the disclosure of keywords connection which grouping into three various clusters. These three clusters have their own prime keyword, namely Islamic tourism, tourism, and halal tourism. The overall analysis and the summary in this study is designed to provide insights that help researchers to design future halal tourism research agenda. Moreover, this study investigates the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between P-O Fit and Intention to stay. Data were collected from 151 millennial employees working in Regional Government Bank located within Bandung. The hypothesized relationships were tested and analyzed using hierarchical regression analysis. The results showed that P-O Fit has a positive and significant effect on intention to stay. Moreover, job satisfaction mediates the relationship between P-O Fit and intention to stay.

This study maps and analyses the customer loyalty level, namely, the Millennials aged 23-38 shopping online through digital platforms in 2020. The study's objects include, Bukalapak.com, Shopee.co.id, Tokopedia.com, Bibbli.com, Lazada.co.id, Carrefour.co.id, Indomaret.com, Zalora.co.id, Tiket.com, Traveloka.com, Gojek.com, Grab.com, and Gopay.com. The survey was conducted in Malang City and Regency, Indonesia. The instrument used was a questionnaire containing the respondent's profile and a single question about the willingness to offer recommendations to friends or colleagues. The questionnaire was circulated using Google Forms through WhatsApp and email. Furthermore, descriptive statistical analysis was used to describe the data in percentage, while the Net Promoter Score (NPS) method was used to determine customer category. The results showed that most consumers using the digital platform were in the Detractor (46.15%), including Lazada.co.id (NPS=-1.30%), Tiket.com (NPS-1.80%), Carrefour.co.id (NPS=-3.66%), Zalora.co.id (NPS=-3.68%), Bukalapak.com (NPS=-12.03), and Blibli.com (NPS=-18.13%). It means those platforms have disloyal consumers due to poor service. The second level is in the Passive category (38.46%), including Gojek.com (NPS=39.48%), Traveloka.com (NPS=32.92%), Tokopedia.com (NPS=23.82%), Gopay.com (NPS=23.4%), and Indomaret.com (NPS=22.91%). It means their services are satisfactory. Only 15.38% of consumers are in the Promoter, namely Shopee.co.id (NPS=53.86%) and Grab.com (NPS=56.32%). The services of these platforms are excellent, and their customers are very loyal. Thus, based on the NPS method, digital platform users in Indonesia are mostly Detractor and Passive users, very few in the Promoter category.

This study aims to uncover the determinants’ effect on the return rate of government securities (GS). This study's data uses the government bonds that can be traded with the ten-year tenor, and the time-horizon of the collected data spans from 2009:M1 to 2018:M6. The study methodology utilizes the vector error correction model (VECM) model to determine the short-term backward behavior, which refers to the situation where the short-term balances are corrected for the long-term balances. Additionally, it is also to reveal the relationship between the variables within the model. Thus, this study is to see whether GS’s reciprocal level has been at the value of efficient return or not. The results show that the cointegrated determinants of the Bank Indonesia (BI) rate / seven days repo, outstanding tradable government bonds, Fitch Rating, exchange rate, sovereign country risk, and regional bond index positively affects the GS yield. In contrast, the determinants of Fitch Rating, exchange rate, sovereign country risk, and outstanding tradable government bond negatively influence GS yields. The implication of this research is that the Indonesian government securities are interdependent with the identified determinants; thus, the Indonesian government should maintain the movement of those determinants to ensure that its GS stays positive.

The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of option contracts using Black Scholes and GARCH on the LQ45 index using the long straddle strategy. This study uses time-series data as a time frame for conducting research, using a sample of closing price data for the LQ 45 daily index for 2009-2018. For the test the model, we used the secondary data of the closing stock price index from February 28, 2009 to March 31, 2019The results of this study are seen by comparing the average percentage value of Average Mean Squared Error (AMSE) of Black Scholes and GARCH with the application of a long straddle strategy, where the smaller the percentage value, the better the model will be. Within one month of option contract due date, Black Scholes is better than GARCH, with an error value on the call option of 2.77% and the put option of 1.56%. Within two months of option contract due date, GARCH is better than Black Scholes, with an error value on the call option of 8.12% and the put option of 4.00%. Within three months of option contract due date, Black Scholes is better than GARCH, with an error value on the call option of 12.38% and on the put option of 5.50%. The long straddle strategy in the LQ45 index only reached a maximum of 60% of possible profits, with an average of around 30% possible profits.

UNWTO states that the record of the length of stay of tourists in most tourist destinations in the world tends to be low and decreasing. In line with this issue, Kebumen Regency is recorded to have a low tourist length of average stay duration, which is 0.54 days until the end of 2019. The tourists’ length of stay is closely related to the acceptance of the destination expenditure, and an increase in tourist stays can be a solution for Kebumen Regency which is noted to be the poorest district in Central Java. This research is intended to find the level of influence of destination attribute variables on the tourists’ length of stay variables. In describing the required attributes, used ten attributes of tourist destinations, namely infrastructure, superstructure, accessibility, activities/ events, local culture, physiography, destination management, service quality, hospitality, and place attachments. In this study, a descriptive method with a quantitative approach is used to obtain a detailed description of the actual conditions of the Kebumen destination attributes and their effect on the length of stay of tourists from the measured sub-variables. The result is found that destination attributes have a significant effect on the tourists’ length of stay in Kebumen with a coefficient of determination (magnitude of influence) of 68.8%. The attributes considered in good condition by the respondents are infrastructure, superstructure, accessibility, physiography, destination management, service quality, and hospitality attributes. On the contrary, more intense and comprehensive development is still needed on the activities/ events, local culture, and place attachments attributes.

This study aims to determine how the Effect of Service Quality and Value Perception on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is descriptive and causality using quantitative methods involving 100 respondents who are customers of Chicken William restaurant in South Bandung, Indonesia. We conducted the research by taking a sample through non-probability sampling techniques with the type of purposive sampling. The analysis technique used in this study is Path Analysis using SmartPLS version 3. The results of the analysis show that Service Quality (X1) and Value Perception (X2) variables have a partial effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y), then Customer Satisfaction (Y) variables influence partial to Customer Loyalty (Z). Then simultaneously, there is the influence of Service Quality (X1) and Value Perception (X2) significantly influence Customer Satisfaction (Y). Then the intervening variable there is the influence of Service Quality (X1) and Value Perception (X2) directly affect Customer Satisfaction (Y), and this variable also influences Customer Loyalty (Z) indirectly through the Customer Satisfaction variable.
