Instagram is one of the most popular social media right now. This is proven by millions of active users who use it. In order to optimize Instagram marketing, research is done on well-known brands in Surabaya that use Instagram as their marketing media. The aim of this research is to explore more about which marketing techniques are more effective than others among Instagram business owners, so that it can be used by researcher to determine Instagram marketing optimization efforts for No Club business growth. The method used in this research is qualitative research using descriptive analysis. The informants in this study were three people who were selected based on purposive sampling. Observation and interview were conducted on brands in Surabaya who use Instagram as their marketing media, namely Other Rag Enterprise, Cosmic, and Garlick. The results of this study indicate that Instagram is effectively used for marketing activities. There are several strategies that can be implicated by No Club related to features on Instagram such as cameras, hashtags, arrobas, geotagging, and comments also need to be considered to improve service quality. The most effective marketing on Instagram is by soft selling and up to date every day with at least 1 post a day and a simple but attractive caption. Promotion can be carried out with selebgram and those who are still relevant to the young and fashion target market. The focus of the promotion is on the Instagram feeds and Instagram story features.

Principals, school administrators, and other personnel deliver quality education. School administration employees are educators that help school administration. This research seeks to evaluate how education staff may improve service quality at SMA Negeri 18 Garut. This study employed qualitative research with descriptive analysis. Based on the study, SMA Negeri 18 Garut's education professionals have three skills to improve service quality in line with the National Education Government Regulation No. Efforts to improve school administration at SMA Negeri 18 Garut include training educational personnel, finger prints at every entry and exit, monthly motivation and morale meetings, and comparison studies with other schools. Provide care for the teaching personnel of SMA Negeri 18 Garut.

Nowadays, marketing research is increasingly important for the success of enterprises. Conducting marketing research reduces the risk of making wrong decisions in the analysis and development of marketing strategies, planning and control of marketing activities. The article provides an overview of the emergence of marketing research, explores the latest methods of marketing research, their advantages and disadvantages, the possibility of its application at different stages of marketing activities. Scientific approaches to the interpretation of the concepts "marketing research", "methods of marketing research" are systematized. The latest methods of marketing research that widely use AI, Big Data, ML, TRI * M, have been studied. The technologies of mobile advertising, areas of use of artificial intelligence, the essence and features of the formation of Big Data and machine learning were researched in the article. The benefits of using artificial intelligence, big data and machine learning to conduct marketing research were researched in the article. Analytical materials are confirmed by cases from the practice of marketing research. All research outcomes were proved by cases of Independent Media, TNS Ukraine, British Council, Chat fuel and Coca - Cola. The scheme of the marketing research process is supplemented by the possibilities of applying the latest technologies, which are grouped by stages. Any marketing research is a sequence of steps. Each of them uses a set of tools that provide collection, processing and analysis of data about the target market, customers, or economic processes. Each of these stages can be implemented using the modern technologies that are widely used in various spheres of human life. The directions of application the artificial intelligence, Big data, machine learning for carrying out office researches, field researches, pilot researches and a method of focus groups are offered. The analysis of realization of methods of marketing researches on the basis of Big Data, AI, ML is carried out.

This research argues that the internationalization of "West Papua" issue through social media has contributed to a shift of Indonesia's policy to the South Pacific region from ignorance to initiative approach. Underlying this argument is a growing concern of Indonesia regarding the use of social media by Papuan pro-independence activists that resulted to the increasing awareness and support towards the independence of West Papua from Pacific countries as human rights problems become the highlight of West Papua’s issue. The method used in this research was qualitative research method focusing on descriptive analysis of the internationalization of West Papua issue on social media. This research results show that initiative approach from Indonesia is merely narrowing the gap of the issue instead of reducing the internationalization of the West Papua issue.

The contribution to the state and the source of our income comes from taxes. One of the final income tax objects is the interest rate on deposits and customer saving. This study aims to find out how to calculation and record of accounting deposit interest rate and savings customers at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Manado. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis of  research data obtained from interviews and literature studies. The results of the study show the count of income tax on interest deposits customers from PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Manado has been accordance with goverment regulations No.131 of 2000 and KMK-51/KMK.04/2001. And accounting records has been accordance with accounting PSAK 101 Syariah. PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Manado must improve service quality  for improvement costumers.Keywords:Calculation, Recording, Deposit Interest, Customer Savings

While Covid19 and its effects are spreading fast around the world, it is important to understand the effects of this period in order to create a sustainable community. During the epidemic, daily life has rapidly become digital and social media has increased its effectiveness as an important interaction area. The interaction skills and tendencies of both consumers and business owners have started to change in the meantime. Social media users' perceptions of marketing activities in this platform begin to have interaction with the fear of Covid19. This study differs from other studies in terms of examining social media marketing activities from the perspective of Covid19 fear. In this respect, it is expected that the study will contribute to the field. In this context, the purpose of the research is to investigate the relationship between the fear of Covid19 and the perception of social media marketing activities, and identify the relationship between the low/high fear of Covid19 and the perception of social media marketing activities. Therefore online questionnaire method is selected as the data collection method in this study. The sample of the questionnaire consists of 757 (N=757) people. As a result of the research, it has been identified that there is a meaningful relationship between the fear of Covid19 and the perception of social media marketing activities. The obtained data is examined within the relevant literature.

The aim of the study is to find out Nurse's perception of patient safety culture in an effort to improve service quality. This study uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. The result of the study is obtained that the informants assume that the socialization carried out by the hospital in the context of increasing knowledge related to patient safety is not effective. Education and training for patient safety is carried out continuously to increase knowledge, improve and maintain staff competence. While the socialization carried out by the hospital did not have much influence to increase the informant's knowledge related to patient safety.

This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on customer satisfaction of BNI Mobile banking users through the image of the bank as an intervening variable. Data used in this study are primary data, data collection through questionnaires with a total sample of 185 respondents who are "BNI Mobile banking" customers use a purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that: The e-service quality variable directly affected the customer satisfaction variable; The e-trust variable directly influences the customer satisfaction variable; e-service quality variables affect the image of the bank, e-trust variables affect the image of the bank, and the image of the bank affect customer satisfaction. Thus, BNI Bank should continue to improve service quality and trust in the Bank so that customers feel satisfied so that the bank's reputation is better.

<p>This research aimed to evaluate the school administrators’ and teachers’ views about the use of social media at schools as a new platform in organizational communication. Phenomenology, a qualitative research model, was used in the research. A total of 17 participants who were included in the research (school administrators and teachers) were selected by using the purposive sampling methods that were well-suited to the qualitative research studies, namely, the “maximum variation sampling method” and the “criterion sampling method”. Participants’ views were received via semi-structured and in-depth interviews. The research data were analyzed by using the NVivo 12.0 software. The inductive descriptive analysis, content analysis, and the constant comparison technique were utilized in the interpretation of interview texts. In this context, the participants’ views were grouped under the themes of “views about the definition of social media”, “views about whether the use of social media at schools is necessary”, “views about the purpose of using social media at schools”, “views about the likely effects of using social media at schools”, and “views about recommending the use of social media at schools”. In the research, the participants stated that they viewed social media as a communication tool, the use of social media at schools was necessary, social media platforms could be used for education &amp; instruction and giving (sharing) information, social media could have positive effects besides negative effects, and certain societal, technical, and legal measures should be taken to assure that the social media was used effectively. An important marketing strategy is carried out by a business so that it does not lag behind its competitors, of course it must be carried out in accordance with marketing in Islamic sharia. In the face of competition, Martabak Terangbulan Bogasari Bandung implements a marketing mix strategy. This research uses case study qualitative research method. Data collection techniques used through interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. The informants of this research are business owners, supervisors, outlet employees and consumers of Martabak Terangbulan Bogasari Bandung. The results of this study, the marketing mix strategy applied by Martabak Terangbulan Bogasari Bandung in the face of competition includes product strategy, price, place, promotion, people (employees), process and physical evidence. These strategies include making quality products, providing menu variants, setting affordable prices, strategic outlet locations, opening branch outlets, promoting on social media and offering purchases through Gofood. The marketing mix strategy used by Martabak Terangbulan Bogasari Bandung is not in accordance with Islamic sharia. The discrepancy can be seen from the behavior of employees who smoke while serving purchases.

Background and objective: This study seeks to investigate domestic agro-healing farm resources so that preliminary data can be obtained on the systematic provisions for agro-healing programs in order to improve service quality and to identify the quality of agro-healing policy services.Methods: For this study, owners of agro-healing facilities were asked 24 questions via an online survey. An importance–performance analysis (IPA) was conducted to identify service quality for each policy sector.Results: Respondents’ satisfaction levels were low when compared to agro-healing farm owners’ perceptions of the above-average importance of each sector. The results from the resource analysis of domestic agro-healing farms indicated that the main operational purposes of farms were, in descending order, experience (90.0%), healing (86.7%), and education (84.0%). With respect to the type of program that was operated, cultivating crops (horticultural therapy) was identified most frequently at 83.3%.Conclusion: As a result of this study, the resources possessed by agro-healing farms were identified. In addition, the results of the IPA analysis in terms of service quality are not as good as expected, and performance levels should be increased to improve this. The results of this study are expected to provide useful information not only to improve the quality of agro-healing services, but also to revitalize the agro-healing industry while developing a systematic agro-healing program.
