The purpose of this study was to analyze the simultaneous, partial and dominant influence of Trust and Satisfaction on the Loyalty of the santri guardian. This type of research is explanatory research, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between the two variables Trust and Satisfaction with the Loyalty of the guardian of the santri. The research population is the guardian of the students of the Riyadlul Jannah Islamic Boarding School Formal Education Unit Pacet Mojokerto. The number of samples was 95 people, while the data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) There was a simultaneous influence of trust and satisfaction on the loyalty of the guardians of students. 2) There is no partial effect of trust on the loyalty of santri guardians and there is a partial effect of satisfaction on the loyalty of santri guardians. 3) satisfaction has a more dominant effect on the loyalty of santri guardians than trust.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the simultaneous, partial and dominant influence of competence and job placement variables on work motivation. The research method explains that the location of Lesehan Dapur M'Riah Mojokerto, the type of research is explanatory research, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between two variables of competence and work placement on work motivation. The population of this research is the employees of Lesehan Dapur M'Riah Mojokerto. The number of samples is 30 people, while the data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) competence and work placement had a simultaneous effect on work motivation. 2) competence has a partial effect on work motivation and work placement does not partially affect work motivation. 3) competence has a dominant effect on work motivation.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the simultaneous, partial and dominant effect of the variable price and product quality on consumer loyalty. The research method explains that the location as a business institution, the type of research is explanatory research, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between the two variables price and product quality on consumer loyalty. The research population is consumers who are taken incidentally. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) price and product quality had a simultaneous effect on consumer loyalty. 2) price and product quality have a partial effect on consumer loyalty. 3) product quality has a dominant effect on consumer loyalty.

The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the influence of the number of tourist objects, the number of tourists and the level of hotel occupancy on local revenue with tourism sector acceptance as a Moderating variable which aims to determine the effect of the number of tourist objects, the number of tourists and hotel occupancy rates on revenue tourism sector as a moderating variable. The type of research used is associative. The independent variables used in this study are the number of attractions, number of tourists and hotel occupancy rates. The dependent variable in this study is regional original income with tourism sector revenue as a moderating variable. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with Pure regression model. The results of this study indicate that the number of tourist objects, number of tourists, and occupancy rates have a significant simultaneous influence on PAD, number of tourist objects, number of tourists, and hotel occupancy rates have a significant influence on PAD with the acceptance of the tourism sector as a variable Moderating; The number of attractions has a simultaneous influence on PAD with the acceptance of the tourism sector as a moderating variable; Acceptance of the Tourism Sector as a Moderating Variable cannot moderate the Number of Tourists towards PAD and Acceptance of the Tourism Sector as a Moderating Variable weakening the influence of Hotel Occupancy Rate on PAD. The number of tourist objects has a significant partial effect on PAD; The number of tourists does not have a significant partial effect on PAD; Hotel Occupancy Rate has a significant influence partially on PAD. It can be concluded that the Acceptance of the Tourism Sector as a moderating variable used in this study actually weakens the relationship between the Number of Attractions, Number of Tourists and Hotel Occupancy Rate as for Regional Original Revenue (PAD)

Teachers are the spearhead and mover of educational progress, not limited to routines carrying out obligations with rewards set by the government. Because it is not easy to bear the burden as a teacher. Teachers are faced with internal problems that are still complex, accompanied by demands to promote cultured education. The purpose of this study was to analyze the simultaneous, partial and dominant influence of work motivation and work environment on teacher job satisfaction. This type of research is explanatory research to analyze the influence between two variables of Work Motivation and Work Environment on Teacher Job Satisfaction. The research population was the teacher of Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Junior High School, Mojokerto. The number of samples is 49 people, while the data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) There was a simultaneous influence of work motivation and work environment on job satisfaction. 2) There is a partial effect of work motivation on job satisfaction and there is a partial effect of work environment on job satisfaction. 3) the work environment has a more dominant effect on job satisfaction than work motivation.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga dan Brand Trust Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Sinergy Celular Medan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Sinergy Celular Medan sebanyak 77 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner (angket) yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel (responden) dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda.Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel, datanya diuji menggunakan uji normalitas data, multikolinearitas, dan heterokedastisitas.Serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor Harga dan Brand TrustTerhadap Keputusan Pembelian digunakan rumus Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hipotesis penelitian diterima apabila t hitung >  t tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,1. Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,993. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 2,107 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima, nilai t hitung variabel X2   sebesar 3,405 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima. Kata kunci: Harga, Brand Trust, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThis study aims to determine the Influence of Price and Brand Trust on Purchasing Decision at Sinergy Celular Medan. The sample in this study is all visitors Sinergy Celular Medan as many as 77 people.Data collection technique used is through questionnaire (questionnaire) that is by distributing questionnaires to the sample (respondent) and collect it back. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Before the data is diregresikan then first in the test the relationship between variables, the data tested using the test of data normality, multicollinearity, and heterokedastisitas. And to know the contribution of price factors and Brand Trust Against Purchase Decision is used the formula Coefficient of Determination (R2). Research hypothesis accepted if t arithmetic> t table with significance level 0,1. The value of t table in this study is 1,993. This study aims to understand accountability and improve financial management as well as partial and simultaneous motivation for teacher performance in SMAN 1 dan SMAN 68 Jakarta. The research approach is a quantitative and associative quantitative approach. Data obtained using a questionnaire. The population is 82 teachers of SMAN 1 and SMAN 68, Central Jakarta, using saturated sample techniques. Data analysis technique is statistical analysis of multiple linear regression. The results of the study, partially the accountability variable has a positive effect on teacher performance. Transparency variable does not significantly influence teacher performance. The motivation variable partially has a significant effect on performance. Simultaneously the accountability, transparency and motivation variables significantly influence teacher performance. The ability of accountability, transparency, and motivation to explain changes in teacher performance is 58.4%. Among the three variables that most dominant influence teacher performance is motivation, thus motivation is very helpful for teachers in improving their performance.

This study purposes were determined the effect of leadership, work environment, work discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan, Grobogan Regency. The research type is a survey research using a questionnaire as the instrument. The research population are employees at the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan, Grobogan Regency. The sample used in this study amounted to 62 respondents. Data collection technique used questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results shown that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership, work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance both individually and simultaneously. Leadership is the variable with the most dominant effect on the performance of the employees of the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan in Grobogan Regency.

This  research  is  aimed at  analyzing  the  effect  of  relationship  marketing  on  the commitment of company, communication of company and the complaint handling of PT. ELI on the loyalty of supplier of tobacco with manual drying in East Lombok. The  data  were  collected  through  questionnaire  and  verified  with validation  and reliability test. The data then were analyzed using classic assumption, multiple linear regression, significance test, and certain use of parameter to proof the hypothesis. The research showed that there is partially and simultaneously significant effect of relationship     marketing     consisting     of     company     commitment,     company communication,  and complaint  handling of  PT  ELI on the  loyalty of  supplier of tobacco with manual drying in east Lombok. Of the relationship marketing of PT ELI that  has  a  dominant effect  of  the  loyalty  of  supplier  in  East  Lombok  is  the commitment of company. The level of effect of commitment of company is 24.10 percent (the value of r2X1Y) on the loyalty of supplier. The simultaneous effect of the three dimensions of relationship marketing is 50.40 percents (R2   =0.504) on the loyalty of supplier, categorized as the high criteria. One of the suggestions for the management of PT ELI is to improve partnership with the supplier, with the concept that may be applied as well as possible in order that the partnership can give sustainable and high economic benefit for the farmers. Keywords:  relationship, marketing  (Company, commitment, communication,  and complain handling) and loyalty of Supplier

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Board of Directors, Non Independent Commissioners, and Managerial Ownership to Manufacturing Company Performance on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was conducted at food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression to determine the relationship between more than two variables. Based on the results of the study stated the Board of Directors statistically has no significant effect to company performance (ROA). Non independent commissioners statistically has no effect to company performance (ROA), Managerial ownership has no statistically significant effect to company performance (ROA). This study aims to: know and analyze whether the Competence and Discipline Work simultaneously and partially effect on Customer Satisfaction in the Office of State Assets and Auction (KPKNL) Palu. This study uses quantitative research which is a study that aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with a sample of 49 customers and data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded that: (1) based on regression test results obtained sig. F of 0.00 <0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence and Work Discipline affect simultaneously to Customer Satisfaction. (2) based on regression test results obtained Competence variables have significance level t sig. 0.010 <α 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) based on the regression test results obtained variable Work Discipline has significance level t sig. 0,000 <α 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Work Discipline partially significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Kompetensidan Disiplin Kerjaberpengaruh secara serempak dan parsial terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 49 pelanggan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,00 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kompetensidan Disiplin Kerjaberpengaruh secara serempak terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Kompetensimemiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,010 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kompetensisecara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Disiplin Kerja memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,000 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.
