The aims of this study are: 1) To determine and analyze the effect of the work environment on work motivation. 2) To find out and analyze the effect of work engagement on work motivation. 3) To find out and analyze the work environment on performance. 4) To find out and analyze the effect of work engagement on performance. 5) To find out and analyze the effect of work motivation on performance. 6) To find out and analyze the work environment on performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. 7) To find out and analyze the effect of work engagement on performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. The population in this study were all employees in the Puri sub-district, Mojokerto Regency totaling 28 people. The sampling method in this writing uses the census technique. From the research results, it can be concluded as follows: 1) Work environment has no effect on work motivation. 2) Work engagement has a significant effect on work motivation. 3) Work environment has no significant effect on performance. 4) Work engagement has a significant effect on performance. 5) Work motivation has a significant effect on performance. 6) Work environment has an indirect effect on performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. 7) Work engagement has an indirect effect on performance with work motivation as an intervening variable.

Work motivation is an influential condition for arousing, directing, and maintaining behavior related to the work environment including nurse work motivation. The purpose of this study was to edit the Nurses' Work Motivation in the Inpatient Room of Majalaya Regional Hospital. This type of research uses analytic survey methods. The sampling method uses a total sampling technique with a total sample of 55 nurses in 6 inpatients. Data collection techniques using a work motivation questionnaire. The analysis used is univariate. The results of the study 28 people (50.9%) have high work motivation. The conclusion of the results of this study some nurses have work motivation of nurses in the inpatient room of Majalaya Regional Hospital. Based on the results of the study are expected to require motivation support to increase work motivation of nurses.

This study aims to determine whether work motivation, work environment, and work stress affect the performance of employees of UMKM Arumanis Haji Ardi. The population in this study used all employees at UMKM Arumanis Haji Ardi, totaling 80 employees. The sampling method is a non-probability sample with a purposive sampling technique using the Slovin formula, data collection is done through a questionnaire and get the results of 64 respondents as a sample. The results in this study indicate that; (1) Work motivation has no partial effect on employee performance, (2) Work Environment has a partial effect on employee performance, (3) Work Stress has a partial effect on employee performance, (4) Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Work Stress have an effect simultaneously.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance, the effect of compensation on employee performance, and the influence of the work environment on employee performance. This research is classified into quantitative research in the form of associative causality. The population in this study were 86 employees using a simple random sampling method so that as many as 71 employees were used as samples. The analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results obtained that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This research was conducted at Rijan Mart III (Komplek PP. Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Mojokerto) Raya Polsek, Jl. West Pacet, Ledok, Pacet, Kec. Pacet, Mojokerto, East Java 61374, research time in August 2016. The population in this study were employees of Rijan Mart III (Komplek PP. Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Mojokerto). The sampling method used was saturated sampling because the population was only 40 people. Other terms of saturated sample are census, quantitative data analysis and statistical testing methods. From the research results it can be concluded as follows: 1) Knowledge has a significant effect on work motivation. 2) Skills have a significant effect on work motivation. 3) Knowledge does not have a significant effect on performance. 4) Skills have a significant effect on employee performance. 5) Work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. 6) Knowledge does not have an indirect effect on employee performance mediated by work motivation. 7) Skills have an indirect effect on employee performance mediated by work motivation.

This research was conducted to test work stress, work motivation, work environment on employee performance. The research sample was 50 respondents and used a total sampling method. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a research questionnaire that was filled out by predetermined respondents. Variables are measured with a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing using SPSS V20 tools with multiple linear regression analysis methods.The findings about the effect of work stress, work motivation, work environment on the performance of employees of UD. Patama Karya city of Kedirir. First, work stress and work motivation have no significant impact on employee performance. Second, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Third, the work stress silmultually variable work motivation and work environment significantly influence employee performance. The results of this study are expected to be the basis for developing new strategies in an effort to improve work stress, work motivation, work environment on employee performance.

The most important aspect of being an employee of performance within an organization, because it is becoming one of the determining factors in the achievement of the vision and mission of the organization. This study aimed to examine the effect of work motivation, work environment, work discipline on employees’ performance. This research was conducted in SAMSAT Office of Makassar City for two months. The types of data were quantitative data and the sources of data were primary and secondary data. The populations were all employees of SAMSAT Office of Makassar City consisting of 75 people (the police and the civil officials 51 people, dispenda 21 people, and jasaharja 3 people). All populations were taken as samples (census sampling method). They were obtained through survey. They were analyzed using validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research indicate that work motivation, work environment, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance. All researches hypotheses are accepted. This indicates that the increase of work motivation, work environment, and work discipline can improve employees’ performance.

Orientation: The orientation of this study was towards authentic leadership and its influence on psychological safety, trust in supervisors and work engagement.Research purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of authentic leadership on trust in supervisors, psychological safety and work engagement. Another aim was to determine whether trust in supervisors and psychological safety had an indirect effect on the relationship between authentic leadership and work engagement. An additional objective was to determine if authentic leadership indirectly influenced psychological safety through trust in supervisors.Motivation for the study: Globally, businesses are faced with many challenges which may be resolved if leaders are encouraged to be more authentic and employees more engaged. In this study, investigating the role of trust in supervisors and psychological safety on the relationship between authentic leadership and work engagement is emphasised.Research design, approach and method: This study was quantitative in nature and used a cross-sectional survey design. A sample of 244 employees within the South African mining industry completed the Authentic Leadership Inventory, Utrecht Work Engagement Scale, Workplace Trust Survey and Psychological Safety Questionnaire.Main findings: The results indicated that authentic leadership is a significant predictor of both trust in supervisors and psychological safety. This study further found that authentic leadership had a statistically significant indirect effect on work engagement through trust in supervisors.Practical or managerial implications: The main findings suggest that having more authentic leaders in the mining sector could enhance trust in these leaders. Authentic leadership thus plays an important role in creating a positive work environment. This work environment of authenticity and trust could lead to a more engaged workforce.Contribution or value-add: Limited empirical evidence exists with regard to the relationship between authentic leadership, work engagement, psychological safety and trust in supervisors. This is particularly true in the mining sector. This study aimed to contribute to the limited number of studies conducted.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on the Employee Performance of the Musi Rawas Cooperative Office for Small and Medium Enterprises. A sample of 44 employees was selected by the Saturated Sampling Method. The results showed that the calculated Fcount (18,566) was greater than the Ftable 2,810. Conclusion, work motivation and leadership simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees in the Department of Cooperatives of Small and Medium Enterprises in Musi Rawas Regency. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Dukungan Organisasi, Kejelasan Tugas, Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Motivasi Kerja Perawat dan Profesional Kerja juga untuk menganalisa pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Profesional Kerja Perawat di RSUD Jaraga Sasameh Buntok. Model path analysis digunakan untuk menganalisis pola hubungan antar variabel dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung seperangkat variabel bebas (eksogen) terhadap variabel terikat (endogen). Model path analysis yang dibicarakan adalah pola hubungan sebab akibat atau “a set of hypothesized causal asymmetric relation among the variables”. Kata Kunci : Dukungan Organisasi, Kejelasan Tugas; Lingkungan Kerja; Motivasi dan Profesional  Kerja.   Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational support, clarity of tasks, work environment on employee motivation and work professionalism as well as to analyze the effect of work motivation on professional work employees of RSUD Jaraga Sasameh Buntok. The path analysis model is used to analyze the pattern of relationships between variables in order to determine the direct and indirect effect of a set of independent (exogenous) variables on the dependent variable (endogenous). The path analysis model discussed is a pattern of causal relationships or "a set of hypothesized causal asymmetric relations among the variables". This study aims to determine whether the Effect of Organizational Culture and Competence on Employee Work Motivation PT Selaras Mitra Sejahtera partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted using quantitative descriptive and verification methods, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing, and testing hypotheses, and making conclusions and suggestions. Samples were collected using Saturated Sampling method with 140 respondents from a population of 140 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observations. To see the effect, the analysis used is path analysis. So that the results of the study will be known partially variable Organizational Culture and Competence have a significant effect on Work Motivation. The research results can be concluded that there is an influence of organizational culture and competence on work motivation. And there is a simultaneous influence of Organizational Culture (X1) and Competence (X2) on Work Motivation (Y). This shows that motivation and work discipline together have an influence on the performance of employees of PT. Putra Bintang Sembada.
