<p class="06IsiAbstrak"><strong>Implementation of Guidance and Counseling Management at MTs NU TBS Kudus</strong><strong>. </strong>This study aims to determine the implementation of guidance and counseling management at MTs TBS Kudus. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach at MTs TBS Kudus. The collected data was then analyzed by the data analysis technique used in this study is a descriptive analysis in the field of the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that the implementation of the management of counseling guidance at MTs TBS Kudus has been going well. The program planning stage is by analyzing student needs and problems, analyzing school conditions, determining goals, understanding and determining materials, determining time and place, determining facilities and planning budgets. The organizing stage is carried out by selecting a competent counselor. The stage of implementing guidance and counseling at MTs TBS Kudus by carrying out counseling services in accordance with SOP equipped with supporting activities. The evaluation stage of the BK program is by evaluating programs and then improving them again.</p><strong>Keywords:</strong> Implementation, Counseling Guidance Management, MTs TBS Kudus

<em>This article aims to describe, 1) Discipline program planning through guidance and counseling services at SDN 2 Jogomertan, 2) Implementation of disciplinary programs through guidance and counseling services at SDN 2 Jogomertan, 3) Evaluation of discipline programs through guidance and counseling services at SDN 2 Jogomertan . This research is a descriptive study with the object of 1 school principal, 10 teachers and employees, and 10 students in grades 4, 5, and 6. The data analysis technique uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study, 1) Program planning is poured in a plenary meeting with all student guardians, parents' group meetings of each class, and school routine meetings, 2) Planting student discipline including coming to school on time, literacy before starting learning, discipline in doing homework, discipline to maintain environmental cleanliness, and regular prayer in congregation. 3) Evaluation of disciplinary programs is carried out at every report on program implementation (in the form of program reports, evaluation reports and follow-up to program implementation)</em>

This research aims to find out (1) the description of needs toward the model of Lulo dance of Southeast Sulawesi to improve students’ social skills and (2) utility, feasibility, and accuracy in the model of Lulo dance of Southeast Sulawesi to improve students’ social skills. This research applied the development research proposed by Borg & Gall. Small group testing was conducted to 12 students. Data collection technique used in this research was interview and social skill scale. This research employed descriptive statistic and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results point out that (1) students were indicated to have low social skills, so school counselors need social guidance and counseling services so that the video-based model of Lulo dance of Southeast Sulawesi was developed to improve students’ social skills (2) the validation test with 3 (three) experts shows that utility, feasibility, and accuracy in the model of Lulo dance of Southeast Sulawesi based on video were suitable to improve students’ social skills. The observation result from the limited group explained that the model of Lulo dance of Southeast Sulawesi could be accepted well by the students.

This study aims to determine the description of the Planning program preparation of counseling program especially PKO Services with the field of Tutoring and to know the extent to which the implementation of Tutoring Teachers Teachers in overcoming students' learning difficulties in SMA Simpang Semambang. The subjects of this study are teachers, principals and students. This type of research is field research (field research), with qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques by observation, documentation, interview and distribution of KPMP data. Data analysis technique used qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of research and data analysis have concluded that Program Guidance and Counseling Service (Tutoring) in Simpang Semambang State Senior High School has been planned and made in accordance with the needs of schools and guidelines. In fact the implementation of tutoring in SMA Simpang Semambang sometimes not fully able to solve every problem of student learning difficulties that occur due to the service process or guidance is implemented minimal intensity and minimal continuity, it could be from other factors that influence it. The services are done with classical format that is in the classroom as for the service materials only in the form of advice and motivation, while the service with the field of tutoring is still minimal. Management of guidance and counseling services means cooperation to determine, implement, and achieve the goals of guidance and counseling services by implementing planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and leadership and controlling. . Even though the guidance and counseling service program in schools was aimed at helping students to be able to develop optimally, the fact was that there are still many students who are afraid to go to the GC room just to consult with their GC teacher. It was because there is a negative stigma about GC teachers, namely for students.GC teachers were identical to judges at school because they tend to work to solve the problem of student behavior deviations in schools. This study used a qualitative method. The results showed that the process of guidance and counseling services in private schools in urban areas, the participants carried out several stages of activities as a unit of guidance and counseling service activities. These stages were as follows: (1) orientation stage, (2) planning stage. (3) the implementation stage, (4) the evaluation stage.

The research was conducted to know: how are the educational values on the learning process contained in the film Dangerous Minds. The use of research methods that are seen from the type of research that uses a qualitative study/approach is to observe and direct the film. As for analyzing the authors using a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, that describes the values contained in the film. The results of this research show that there are learning values in Film Dangerous Minds, which are various theories of learning namely, theories of learning behaviorism, learning Theory of cognitivism, learning theory of constructivism, learning theory of humanism. Then several methods of learning are methods of learning questions and answers, methods of learning recitation (giving assignments), methods of learning lectures, learning methods of discussion.

This study develops an e-counseling application as an effort to improve the provision of guidance and counseling services at Senior High School 1 Jeneponto. The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) Knowing the field needs of the e-counseling application (2) Knowing the prototype of the e-counseling application as an effort to improve the provision of guidance and counseling services at Senior High School 1 Jeneponto, (3) Knowing the validity of the e-counseling application. as an effort to improve the provision of guidance and counseling services at Senior High School 1 Jeneponto. This study used the Borg and Gall Research and Development (RnD) method but only reached the Second Revision stage. This research was conducted at Senior High School 1 Jeneponto with 6 students as research subjects. The data collection technique used was the Material and Media Expert Validation Sheet to determine the validity of the media and the student response questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. So the results show that the e-counseling application developed has been valid and practically used for the provision of guidance and counseling services at Senior High School 1 Jeneponto.

The aim is to see the Village Fund Allocation Management in Lawang AgungVillage Rupit District, North Musi Rawas Regency. This research included qualitativeresearch. The operational variable of this research was the Management of Village FundAllocation with Indicators for planning, implementation, administration, reporting, andaccountability. Secondary data in the form of agency profiles and Village Fund Allocationdocuments. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The resultsshowed that the Village Fund Allocation Management planning stage in the Lawang Agungvillage is not yet fully the community’s expected needs at that time. The implementation phaseof the Village Fund Allocation, there was a delay of more than one week even though theworking time was only 5 days in preparing several documents. So that it made delays inadministration, reporting, and accountability. The Village Fund Allocation Administrationstage, due to the delay in reporting form activities in the field, had an impact on delays inclosing the books which result in late submission of accountability reports to the Village Head,and it had an impact on the delay in reporting to the District and District. The Village VillageFund Allocation reporting stage, the reporting stage also occurs due to delays due to delays inthe implementation phase so that the impacts on delay in the administration and reportingdelays on the District and District parties. For the accountability phase of the Village FundAllocation, it was timely that the accountability report was made and reported monthly, 31December. But the accountability report of the village government was not informed to thecommunity. Therefore it had been no direct accountability to the community with themanagement of the Village Fund Allocation in Desa Lawang Agung, Rupit District, NorthMusi Rawas Regency.

The purpose of this study was to discuss the ethical role of the guidance and counseling profession, especially the principle of confidentiality in the implementation of online counseling. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative literature review that examines several scientific articles accompanied by the results of interviews and previous research results. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study explain that counselors have an ethical responsibility to explain the meaning of confidentiality in group counseling. The principle of confidentiality is important considering that the professional ethics of the counselor pays more attention to the privacy of the counselee, because it will involve comfort and security in receiving counseling services. In the implementation of online counseling, counselors can anticipate the possibility of unwanted violations by making efforts such as: (1) Conducting interviews and evaluations when forming groups, (2) Conducting in-depth observations when providing classical services in the classroom, (3) Grouping individuals who voluntarily and voluntarily participate in group activities, (4) Giving informed consent containing personal data, applicable rules, and cooperation agreements which contain the privacy security of themselves and other members, (5) Members affix their signatures on the under a statement about what they will accept if they do not fulfill it.

This study developed truth and dare monopoly counseling guidance media to increase self-confidence in students. The focus of this research is: 1) How is the description of the service needs of the truth and dare game counseling guidance media effective in increasing self-confidence in students at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar ?, 2) What is the level of validity of the truth and dare game monopoly game counseling guidance media to be applied to students at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar ?, 3) What is the level of acceptance of the truth and dare monopoly game counseling guidance media to be applied to students at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar? The purpose of this study was to find out: 1) Knowing the description of the service needs of the truth and dare monopoly game counseling guidance media is effective in increasing self-confidence in students at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar, 2) Knowing the level of validity of the truth and dare game counseling guidance media for applied to students at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar, 3) Knowing the level of acceptance of the truth and dare monopoly game counseling guidance media to be applied to students at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar. This article aims to look at how to improve self-efficacy through guidance and counseling services at SMP 1 Pleret, Yogyakarta. This type of research is qualitative descriptive, data collection methods through interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Results and discussion that there are still many students who have low self-efficacy so they are difficult to achieve good learning outcomes. This is proven by some students rarely doing school work and rarely doing homework also do not have the motivation to excel. BK teachers try through guidance and counseling services in the form of a preventive approach for those with high self-efficacy and a curative approach for students with low self-efficacy. Such as helping students to convince themselves that students are able to do tasks even though it is difficult and able to excel and to convince students to avoid feeling inferior about themselves. Guidance and counseling provided by BK teachers shows significant changes in some students who already have high self-efficacy. So it can be concluded that through guidance and counseling can be an effort to improve student self-efficacy.
