This study aims to describe how the development of tourism, including supporting and barrier factors of the government for development of Bukit Khayangan tourism object. And analyze the effect that come from the development of Bukit Khayangan tourism object to the economic of local community. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this research were conducted by interviews, observations, and documentation. The result showed that there was an increase in facilities after the development, although the cleanliness and safety still were not optimal. The development of Bukit Khayangan tourism object gives contribution to the increase of local community bussiness, one of them is to opening jobs for local community. But, the participation of local community need to be improved to moving forward improve overall the community welfare.

This research aims to describe and determine how entrepreneurial readiness of the Faculty of Tourism and Family Welfare Department of Padang State University. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive . The population of this research is the students Department of Family Welfare Education Study Program of family welfare berjumlah122 students. Sampling techniques using the proportional Random Sampling technique amounted to 55 students. The data collection technique is to disseminate the questionnaire (questionnaire) that has been proven validity and reliability. Further data is analyzed through descriptive analysis with the method of categorizing assessments based on average score and percentage assessment. The results showed that the respondents ' readiness for entrepreneurship of the Family Welfare Department students overall amounted to 56% in medium category. Further entrepreneurial readiness is reviewed from personality indicators of 51% by medium category, motivation indicator at 53% with medium category, personality indicator by 58% with medium category and knowledge indicator of 51% Medium category.

E-Learning method influences the effectiveness of lectures at Fakulty of Social Sciences, Padang State University. E-Learning variable has positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of lectures at Faculty Social Sciences, Padang States University aggregate 66.7%. Based data of respondents in Faculty of Social Sciences there are as many 6 majors, that is the division of geography, education civics, administration public, sociology and Islami education . The data of the majority of respondents were 50 men while woman were 46 people. So the total respondents were 96 people. Therefore the result of the E-Learning implementation variable show that the E-Learning variable is the good category.

The study aims to describe and to know the profile of soft skills and hard skills of the college students to enter the work field. The type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population of this research is the students of padang state university family welfare education study program totally 49 people. The sampling technique is total sampling that taking the entire population. The technique of collecting data is by transferring a questionnaire (Questionnaire) using Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed through descriptive analysis with the categorization method. The results of the study is the soft skills and hard skills profile of college students to enter the work field that included in high category are indicators of work ethics, collaboration, discipline, related to norms and the medium category are indicators of speaking skills and confidence.

Meeting the needs of food for the community in connection with increasing population and decreasing the number of agricultural areas. resulting in serious problems because the amount of food available is deficient. Based on this, a strategy that needs to be followed up to overcome the food crisis going forward. One of the efforts carried out by the government so far is to optimize the use of community houses as a source of family food. Food is a basic need for human survival, so everyone needs to be guaranteed to get quality and safe food. Food that is not produced properly and can be a source of microorganisms and chemical contaminants that can be dangerous and cause disease to humans. Cases of food poisoning should not need to occur if food products are processed with the correct processing procedures (Badan POM, 2007). Conditions for the fulfillment of food for the state up to individuals, as reflected in the availability of sufficient food, both in quantity and quality, safe, diverse, nutritious, equitable and affordable and not contrary to religion, beliefs, and culture of the community, to be able to live healthy, active, and productive in a sustainable manner (Law No. 18/2012).

Abstrak Perkembangan warna tekstil dengan zat kimia banyak membawa dampak negatif terutama bagi lingkungan dan kesehatan kulit. Oleh sebab itu orang kembali menggunakan zat warna alam, maka dalam penelitian ini meneliti kulit buah kopi untuk zat warna alam. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang bersumber dari 15 orang panelis, kemudian data yang terkumpul diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan Uji Friedman K-Related Sample dan persen dengan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) Versi 21.0. penulis melakukan eksperimen kulit buah kopi menjadi ekstrak warna dengan perbndingan 1:10 menggunakan mordan asam cuka, soda kue dan kapur sirih. Pencelupan bahan katun dengan ekstrak kulit buah kopi (Coffea) menggunakan mordan asam cuka Off-White dengan kode warna #1DBCA dan kerataan warna yang rata, pencelupan ekstrak kulit buah kopi (Coffea) menggunakan mordan soda kue menghasilkan warna Wheat Lihgt Brown dengan kode warna #FDB4D4 dan kerataan warna yang cukup rata, pencelupan ekstrak kulit buah kopi (Coffea) menggunakan mordan kapur sirih menghasilkan warna Sepia Brown dengan kode warna #974706 dan dengan kerataan warna yang rata. pada kerataan warna menunjukkan hasil 0,528 > 0,5 yang artinya HO diterima. artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan akibat perbedaan mordan terhadap kerataan warna dalam pencelupan bahan katun. Kata Kunci: pengaruh, perbedaan mordan, pencelupan, bahan katun, ekstrak kulit buah kopi Abstract The development of textile colors with chemicals has many negative impacts, especially on the environment and skin health. Therefore people re-use natural dyes. So in this study, the authors examined the skin of coffee fruit for natural dyes. This type of research is experimental research. The data used are primary data sourced from 15 panelists, then the collected data is processed and analyzed using the Friedman K-Related Sample Test and percent with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) Version 21.0. The author conducted a coffee fruit skin experiment into a color extract with a ratio of 1:10 using mordan vinegar, baking soda, and whiting . Immersion of cotton with coffee fruit skin extract (Coffea) using mordan acid vinegar Off-White with color code # 1DBCA and flat color uniformity, dyeing coffee fruit skin extract (Coffea) using mordan soda cake to produce Wheat Light Brown color with color code # FDB4D4 and fairly flat color evenness, immersion extract of coffee fruit skin (Coffea) using mordan whiting produces Sepia Brown color with color code # 974706 and with flat color evenness. on the flatness of color shows the results 0.528> 0.5, which means that HO is accepted. meaning that there is no significant effect due to differences in mordan on the evenness of color in dyeing cotton. Abstrak Tenunan Balai Panjang adalah salah satu tenunan yang ada di Sumatra Barat, yang merupakan pengembangan dari tenunan songket. Namun belum banyak Masyarakat yang mengetahuinya. Maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat proses menenun, bentuk motif dan tata letak motif pada tenunan Balai Panjang di Kelurahan Balai Panjang Kecamatan Payakumbuh Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Jenis data berupa data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dari sejumlah informan yang terdiri dari Disperindag Kota Payakumbuh, pimpinan, sekertaris, bendahara dan pengerajin. Selanjutnya data dikaji dan dianalisa dengan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsaha data dilakukan dengan perpanjangan pengamatan, meningkatkan ketekunan, dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian yaitu 1) Proses meenenun meliputi : (a) proses persiapan (b) proses menenun (c) finishing. 2). Bentuk Motif yang digunakan pada Sentra Tenunan Balai Panjang terinspirasi dari: (1) bentuk alam (tumbuh-tumbuhan, binatang, buah-buahan) seperti : motif tampuak manggih, motif bungo rayo, dan motif pucuak rabuang, motif itiak tabang, motif itiak pulang patang dan sapik kapitiang. (2) bentuk geometris: motif tenun Bintang Kejora, motif bintang jo kumbuah, motif Lakuak Kumbuh dan motif gonjong limo. Bentuk motif tenunan tersebut sudah distilasikan sedemikian rupa sehingga membentuk motif tenunan. 3). Pola Hias yang sering digunakan untuk tenunan pada Sentra Tenunan Balai Panjang adalah pola hias pinggiran, pola hias mengisi bidang, dan pola hias serak. Penepatan motif disesuaikan dengan kegunaan produk. Kata Kunci: Tenun, Songket, Balai Panjang. Abstract Balai Panjang weave is one of the weavings in West Sumatra, which is the development of songket weavings. But not many people know about it. So the purpose of this study was to see the weaving process, the shape of the motifs and the layout of the motifs in Balai Panjang weaving in Balai Panjang District, Payakumbuh Selatan District. This study uses a qualitative method. The types of data are primary and secondary data. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The research data was collected from a number of informants consisting of the Department of Industry and Trade Payakumbuh, leaders, secretaries, treasurers, and craftsmen. Furthermore, the data is reviewed and analyzed by the steps of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data is done by extending the observation, increasing perseverance, and triangulation. The results of the study are 1) The weaving process includes: (a) the preparation process (b) the weaving process (c) finishing. 2). Forms of Motif used in Balai Panjang Woven Center are inspired by (1) natural forms (plants, animals, fruits) such as advanced tiapak motifs, bungo rayo motifs, and motifs of rabuang pucuak, motifs of itiak tabang, motifs of itiak return kapitiang stems and sapik. (2) geometric shapes: Bintang Kejora woven motifs, jo kumbuah star motifs, Lakuak Kumbuh motifs, and gonjong limo motifs. The shape of the woven motif has been distilled in such a way that it forms a woven motif. 3). Ornamental patterns that are often used for weaving at Balai Panjang Woven Centers are fringe decorative patterns, decorative patterns filling fields, and hoarse decorative patterns. The acceleration of the motif is adjusted to the use of the product. Keywords: Tenun, Songket, Balai Panjang.

The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of food security policies to improve welfare through food reserve management programs. The aim is to increase the volume of group food reserves to ensure access and adequate food for its members and increase group capital through productive economic endeavors. This study uses qualitative research with a normative-empirical and phenomenal approach. The informants in this study were determined by purposive sampling with a total of 6 people, namely the Head of Planning, the Head of Food Security, the Mayor of Nagari and the Communitys. The data used are primary data and secondary data, derived from field observations or observations, interviews and documentation studies. This data is tested for validity using source triangulation techniques which are then analyzed with qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the process of implementing food security policy in its implementation still needed some improvements such as in terms of resources involved, characteristics of the ruling institutions and responses from implementers. Supporting factors in the implementation of food security policies are built by the government food storage (granary) which is built by the special allocation fund (DAK) in agriculture and is given a budget in replenishing community food reserves. Whereas the saving factor is the lack of community understanding of how the system in managing community food reserves which causes internal problems in groups such as people who borrow grain / rice in storage (granaries) do not return loans according to the agreement. Efforts made by the Department of Food directly met with members of the group to request that loans be returned in accordance with the agreement that had been made so that the stock of community food reserves could still be available in storage areas (granaries).
