The research objective is to analyze the direct impact of leadership toward transfer knowledge and work effectiveness in Boven Digoel. Data analysis in this research is quantitative using a path analysis model (path analysis) with the help of Smart PLS Software version 3.2 .8. The research distributed questionnaires to 89 respondents of officers assigned at the secretariat office in Boven Digoel Regency. On the basis of statistical results, it was found that leadership can be said to have impacted positively and significant knowledge transfer and work effectiveness. The knowledge transfer also has a positive impact on work effectiveness.

UNSTRUCTURED Covid-19 outbreak was first reported in Wuhan, China. The deadly virus spread not just the disease, but fear around the globe. On January 2020, WHO declared COVID-19 as a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC). First case of Covid-19 in India was reported on January 30, 2020. By the time, India was prepared in fighting against the virus. India has taken various measures to tackle the situation. In this paper, an exploratory data analysis of Covid-19 cases in India is carried out. Data namely number of cases, testing done, Case Fatality ratio, Number of deaths, change in visits stringency index and measures taken by the government is used for modelling and visual exploratory data analysis.

Learning is an interaction process between learners and educators. At the covid '19 pandemic study activity is experiencing a lot of problems, students are struggling to understand the materials the teachers explain through an online system. Addressing the problem, the madrass sabielil muttaqien an open-ended learning approach to a learning activity that is carried out once a week with the system offline by keeping the health protocols recommended by the government. The research is intended to describe the steps of open-ended learning and action action at the madrasah ibtidaiyah sabileil muttaqien lesson year 2020-2021.The study a descriptive qualitative approach and the type of research is case study. Research subjects select using adhesive techniques. As for the data-gathering techniques in this essay using non-participant observations, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Whereas data analysis the interactive data analysis model presented by miles and Huberman and the validity of the data using source and technical triangulation. The study concludes: 1) Preparation of an open-ended approach learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sabilil Muttaqin is a teacher constructing a learning device that is Silabus and described in the form of an invasive learning plan (RPP) by listing the open-ended question in the application of the learning plan (RPP). 2) The performance of open-ended learning approach works effectively and passionate learners follow the learning process. Learning activities consist of introductory activities, core activities, final or concluding activities and evaluation activities. For the core activity of the delivery of materials with the six stages of activity carried out by the teacher. ABSTRAK Pembelajaran merupakan proses interaksi antara peserta didik dengan pendidik. Dimasa pandemi Covid’19 kegiatan pembelajaran banyak mengalami permasalahan, peserta didik susah memahami materi yang dijelaskan oleh guru dengan system online. Menanggulangi permasalahan tersebut Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sabielil Muttaqien menggunakan Pendekatan Open-Ended Learning pada kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan satu minggu sekali dengan system offline (tatap muka) dengan tetap menjaga protokol kesehatan yang dianjurkan oleh pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kegiatan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan Open-Ended Learning berjalan dengan efektif dan peserta didik semangat mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Untuk kegiatan inti berisi tentang penyampaian materi dengan enam tahap pendekatan Open-Ended Learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan jenis penelitian adalah studi kasus. Penentuan subjek penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive. Adapun tehnik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi Non-Partisipan, wawancara semi terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan model analisis data interaktif yang dikemukakan oleh Miles dan Huberman dan keabsahan datanya menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Penelitian ini memperoleh kesimpulan: 1) Persiapan Pendekatan Open-Ended Learning Pada Pembelajaran Tematik di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sabilil Muttaqin adalah guru menyusun sebuah perangkat pembelajaran yang berupa Silabus dan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Dan membuat pertanyaan Open-Ended dalam isian Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). 2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan Open-Ended Learning berjalan dengan efektif dan peserta didik semangat mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Kegiatan pembelajaran terdiri dari kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti, kegiatan akhir atau penutup dan kegiatan evaluasi. in this study is to find out how the influence of service quality, price and promotion on customer satisfaction with the aim of testing and analyzing the effect of service quality, price and promotion on customer satisfaction at PT. Benua Trans Maju Bersama Cabang Medan. The research was started in October 2020 – May 2021. In this study, the researcher used quantitative research techniques with the type of research being descriptive quantitative and the nature of the research was descriptive explanatory research. The population in this study were all customers has 223 customers. where validity and reliability were first tested in order to determine whether a questionnaire was valid or not, and researchers did it to 30 customers and the rest were 143 customers as a sample test. Then it is processed using the classical assumption test which includes: normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis model in this study uses multiple regression analysis. The conclusion from the results of this study is that there is a service quality partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The price partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Promotion positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction Simultaneously the variables of service quality (X1), price (X2) and promotion (X3), there is a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction (Y).

Wayang Topeng (Mask Puppet) in Jombang is a folk performance whose presence is needed by the society. Along with the development of the society, it experiences downturn. Currently, various attempts have been made by artists in Jombang to preserve the performance. The study aims to investigate the function and continuity Wayang Topeng functions in todays society. Observation, interviews and literature studies were used to collect the data. The interactive analysis was used as the data analysis model. The result of the study shows that Wayang Topeng in Jombang still has manifest functions such as a vow ritual, a giver of inner experience, a breadwinner, and an entertainment; and latent function which is to form social solidarity. The life of Wayang Topeng after being raised by Purwa has received good response from the people and gained popularity. However, because the regeneration process is not well managed, the existence of this art performance is at the tip of torpor and deterioration. The revival of Wayang Topeng in Jombang is realized soon after a primary school teacher has tried to revitalize it.Wayang Topeng di Jombang merupakan pertunjukan rakyat yang kehadirannya dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat.Seiring dengan perkembangan masyarakat wayang topeng ini mengalami kegoncangan sehingga hilang. Berbagai usaha telah dilakukan oleh seniman-seniman di Jombang hingga saat ini telah muncul kembali. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui fungsi wayang topeng di masyarakat saat ini dan mengetahui kontinuitas kehidupannya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka, dan analisis interaktif sebagai model analisis datanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wayang topeng di Jombang masih memiliki fungsi manifes yaitu fungsi ritual nadzar, sebagai pemberi pengalaman batin, sebagai pencari nafkah dan sebagai hiburan; serta fungsi laten yaitu pembentuk solidaritas sosial. Kehidupan wayang topeng setelah dimunculkan oleh Purwa mendapatkan tanggapan yang baik oleh masyarakat sehingga cukup eksis, namun karena proses regenerasi tidak dilakukan menyebabkan kesenian ini mati suri dan kemerosotan.Kebangkitan kembali telah dialami oleh wayang topeng di Jombang setelah ada seseorang guru SD berusaha untuk melakukan revitalisasi.

This study was aimed at identifying the language functions, analyzing the types of errors in and identifying the sources of errors committed by local guides in DanauTamblingan. This study was a descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were three local guides in DanauTamblingan. The data were collected through observation and interview. Interactive data analysis model was used to analyze the data. The results of this study show that 14 language functions namely advising, thanking, greeting, refusing, self-introduction, offering something, asking information, giving information, explaining something, giving suggestion, giving command, telling prohibition, apologizing, and saying goodbye. There were 4 types of error: omission, addition, misformation and misordering. The total number of errors were 579 which consisted of 365 errors or 63.0% in omission, 103 errors or 19.0% in addition, 93 errors or 15% in misformation and 18 errors or 3.0% in misordering.

The Brain

Humans are the perfect creation of Allah SWT. It lies within their mind. Moreover, they also have the brain as a control center for all human activities. This article aims to explain the concepts of al-quran and neuroscience as well as the study of the brain and mind in al-quran and neuroscience. The approach used was qualitative of Creswell model library research. Data sources were obtained from the literature in the fields of the brain and mind, al-quran and neuroscience. Data collection techniques had used Sugiyono model. The data analysis technique had used Moleong analysis model. The results of this study indicated that if humans use their brains and mind to think properly and correctly, they would be able to provide and to create new ideas in solving various problems. After humans are even more aware, they would increase the faith and devotion to Allah.

The Impact

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh (1) kemajuan teknologi komunikasi yang telah mengubah perilaku masyarakat dalam berkomunikasi;  (2) semakin maraknya kegiatan swafoto (selfie dan wefie) yang diunggah di media sosial; dan (3) muncul gejala sosiopat bagi para pengguna media sosial. Rumusan masalah yang dikedepankan adalah: (1) bagaimana munculnya gejala sosiopat di kalangan mahasiswa;  (2) apa dampak sosiopat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari? Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelian berlangsung di Malang Raya di lingkungan aktivis mahasiswa Mazhab Djaeng, yaitu kelompok diskusi aktivis mahasiswa yang dilaksanakan seminggu sekali di luar kampus dan diikuti oleh seluruh mahasiswa di Malang dan masyarakat umum. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis interaktif Matthew B. Miles dan A. Michael Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) foto selfie memperkuat gejala narsisme di kalangan mahasiswa; (2) narsisme yang kelewat batas memunculkan gejala penyakit sosial di masyarakat, yaitu antisosial; (3) perlunya gerakan literasi media dan masyarakat untuk menekan dampak munculnya sosiopat.Kata Kunci: Media Sosial, sosiopat, swafoto This background of this research is (1) the advancement of communication technology that has changed people's behavior in communication; (2) the increasing number of selfie activities that uploaded on social media; and (3) sociopathic symptoms appear for social media users. The formulation of the problems is: (1) how the symptoms of sociopaths arise among students; (2) what is the impact of sociopaths in everyday life? Using a qualitative approach, the study took place in Malang Raya in the Djaeng School student activist environment, namely a student activist discussion group held once a week outside the campus and attended by all students in Malang and the general public. The data analysis technique used is interactive analysis model Matthew B. Miles and A. Michael Huberman. The results of the study showed (1) selfie photos strengthened the symptoms of narcissism among students; (2) overarching narcissism raises symptoms of social disease in the community, namely antisocial; (3) the need for media and community literacy movements to reduce the impact of the emergence of sociopaths.Keywords: Social media, sociopath, selfie
