The young generation has a very important role as the nation's next generation, so it needs special attention to make them strong and independent figures. The young age phase is also a determining gate for the future after completing education (United Nation, 2013). Unfortunately, in Indonesia the number of young unemployed reaches 22.48% (Central Bureau of Statistics, 2018). Under these conditions, one of the efforts that can be done to reduce the unemployment rate is through an entrepreneurial program (Fatoki, 2014). This is a challenge for all parties because Rahmatiah et al (2019) states that currently the young generation of Indonesia is still difficult to become entrepreneurs. Moreover, competition in the 4.0 industrial revolution era is getting tougher. For entrepreneurs in rural areas, the challenges faced are greater than those who live in urban areas (Azzahra & Dhewanto, 2017), however by utilizing digital technology and becoming digital entrepreneurs, rural residents are able to compete, minimize social inequalities and accelerate economic growth (Ratten, 2018 ). Only a few young people have the talent and interest to run a business (Ceptureanu & Ceptueanu, 2015). Therefore an in-depth study of the interests and entrepreneurial processes for rural youth to become a digital entrepreneur is needed. This research was conducted in order to have young digital entrepreneurs who came from rural areas to be able to compete in this 4.0 industry era. Thus, the research questions in this study are: (1). Why does rural youth want to be a digital entrepreneur? How is the entrepreneurial process of rural youth to become digital entrepreneurs? Keywords: Digital Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurial Process, Rural Youth

Social entrepreneurship is a relatively new form of solving problems in society. The development of social entrepreneurship depends on many factors, particularly the formal and informal institutional environment. The latter is undergoing rapid transformations driven by digital technology. The purpose of this study is to analyze and substantiate the impact of digitalization on the informal institutional environment at various stages of a social enterprise’s life cycle. The study uses the data on European countries provided by international reports the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) and European Index of Digital Entrepreneurship Systems (EIDES). Methodologically, we rely on regression and correlation analysis methods. The study provides evidence of the significance of the Internet accessibility to households for the development of social entrepreneurship. The research also shows the features of informal institutions for social entrepreneurship. The theoretical significance of this study is that we showed the patterns of social entrepreneurship development, taking into account the digital component of informal institutions. As for the practical significance of the study, we have demonstrated that it is important to consider specific stages in the life cycle of an organization and their characteristics in designing economic institutions to stimulate the development of social entrepreneurship.

The objective of this work was to specify a model for the study of electronic consumption. An exploratory, cross-sectional and psychometric study was conducted with a selection of Internet users, considering their time of use. An associative perceptual structure was found between the usefulness of the technology and the effectiveness of the respondent, although the research design limited the results to the research sample, suggesting the extension of the work towards other cybernetic contexts.

According to the 2017 Global Entrepreneurship Monitor report, there are 6.5 million adults aged 18-64 planning to start an entrepreneurial career by 2020. However, the gap between attempt and effective creations remains one of the largest within Arab countries (40% versus 9%). Given these statistics, we ask the question about the profile of the Moroccan entrepreneur. In this paper, we opted for a quantitative research methodology on an exploratory sample. We distributed a questionnaire to a sample of eighty Moroccan entrepreneurs representing different regions of Morocco. The objective of our study is to validate a measurement scale of three dimensions: 1/ entrepreneurial motivations, 2/ skills, and 3/ behaviour in the Moroccan context. To do so, we present, in the first part, a literature review on digital entrepreneurship. Then, we establish a state of the art of entrepreneurship in Morocco. Then, we show our methodology. Finally, we reveal and discuss the results of our study.
