With the development of technologies such as intelligent, automatic control and automatic detection, the research of smart cars has been gradually applied to all levels of people’s social life. The design aims to use K60 as the control chip of smart car and combined with image recognition sensor. Identify road condition information, feedback steering gear, motor control, to complete the intelligent driving of the smart car under complicated road conditions. The experimental results show that the control system has good response characteristics, good stability and meets technical requirements.

The dynamic performance of tractor-implement combinations is considered theoretically in terms of the changes in load, weight transfer, and forward speed arising from variations in implement working depth. Two tractors, one having a top-link sensing control system and the other having a lower-link sensing control system, were modified so that the driving wheels ran eccentrically, imparting a sinusoidal variation in working depth to mounted implements and field tests were carried out using mouldboard and chisel ploughs. The draught and vertical forces between the tractors and implements were recorded continuously during the test runs, together with implement working depth, tractor engine speed, and forward speed. Measured variations in draught correlated well with the variations predicted from laboratory measurements of the tractor implement-control system characteristics. It is concluded, therefore, that field performance can be predicted from standard test data if such measurements are incorporated. The theoretical analysis is used to suggest optimum parameters for implement-control systems. With fully-mounted implements, no significant difference was found between top- and lower-link sensing systems which were otherwise similar. Chisel ploughs were shown to be more difficult to control than mouldboard ploughs. Higher sensititivies would be required to retain control at higher working speeds and also for operating semi-mounted implements with lower-link sensing systems. Semi-mounted chisel ploughs are likely to be more easily controlled than fully mounted ones, but semi-mounted mouldboard ploughs would be slightly more difficult to control than fully mounted ones. A small dead-band in the response characteristics of implement-control systems is shown to have negligible effect on performance, and current maximum rates of lift are likely to be adequate for control purposes.

As engine designers look for ways to improve efficiency and reduce emissions, piezoelectric actuated fuel injectors for common rail diesel engines have shown to have improved response characteristics over solenoid actuated injectors and may allow for enhanced control of combustion through multipulse, closely spaced injections or rate shaping. This paper outlines the development of an 11 state simulation model for a piezoelectric fuel injector and associated driver that can be used for injector design and control system verification. Nonmeasureable states of the model are plotted and analyzed, while measurable quantities including injection rate, piezo stack voltage, and piezo stack current are validated against experimental injector rig data for two different rail pressures.

With superior performances, Linear motor driven pumping unit becomes the electrical control of the focus and emphasis of the recent oil field equipment. Against the beam pumping unit motor efficiency, low power factor and stoke that difficult to regulate, this paper proposes new research programs about energy-saving line pumping systems by linear motor driven source. Paper Studys the mechanical model of linear motor in detail, using MATLAB / SIMULINK, a simulation model is analyzed. At the base of vector control of revolving induction motor, we established the linear motor control system. Theoretical analysis and computer simulation results show that the speed control system has good performance, response characteristics of the electromagnetic force, and demonstrate the proposed mathematical model and control method.

Velocity ratio control is one of the key techniques of vehicle metal V-belt type CVT. In this paper, the working principle and hydraulic control system principle of the metal V-belt type CVT were introduced; the mathematic model and fuzzy self-adaptation PID control model of the velocity ratio electrohydraulic proportional control system were established and simulated. It was found that, fuzzy self-adaptation PID control system makes actual velocity ratio change as it was expected with good steady-state characteristics and dynamic response characteristics.

This paper presents a new distributed control system used in torque rheometer. It can overcome shortcomings in traditional control system of torque rheometer and optimize overall performance of the system. The measurement and control system was designed by modeling method. The enhanced PID control algorithm and integration separation digital PID control algorithm were adopted to improve dynamic response characteristics. The Modbus communication protocol was selected as data link layer protocol of communications network. The monitoring software was developed by Visual Basic. A large number of experiments demonstrate that the stability of system is improved greatly and maintenance and extension of instrument become easier.

PID controller is widely used in industry field, but when the industry presence exists noise interference, it is difficult for the conventional PID controller to achieve the expected control effect, in view of this situation, the method of combinating Kalman filter with the PID control is studied in this paper, the DC motor speed control system is simulated, the results shows that the PID controller based on Kalman filter is better to inhibit the effect of white noise, and it has a good dynamic response characteristics.

To ensure safe and stable dragging operations of engineering equipments under the complex sea conditions as well as realizing the quick response and precise control of constant tension winch, the design of the hydraulic control system for constant tension winch regards constant tension winch as research objects coupled with a combination of PDF control (pseudo differential control) algorithm. By establishing the PDF mathematical model of hydraulic control scheme, calculateing the appropriate PDF controller parameters and using sumlink simulation analysis. It is safe to draw a conclusion that the PDF based control algorithm of constant tension control system bears a good dynamic response characteristics and robustness to meet control requirements of constant tension winch in operation under complex sea conditions, in order to provide a reference for further research and development of the constant tension control technology.
