This study aims to determine students 'perceptions of the term moonlighting lecturers and find out the effect of moonlinghting on lecturers' performance which is mediated by achievement motivation. This study uses quantitative methods with path analysis based on data from 145 student respondents in private universities in Jeneponto Regency. The results of the study showed that students perceive moonlighting as a natural thing for lecturers to do as an alternative to meet the needs of lecturers. The findings indicate that moonlighting has a significant positive indirect effect which is mediated by the achievement motivation of lecturers on the performance of

The objective of this research is to examine the effect of compensation, achievement motivation, and working ethic towards employee performance of Taufiqurrahman Foundation in Bekasi. The research was conducted using quantitative approach and method of survey. The size of population in this research is 100 employees at Taufiqurrahman Foundation. Reseach sample were selected as 66 employees using sample random sampling technique. The data obtained with questionaires and tests. The analiytical method used in data analyzing is path analysis technique.The result shows that compensation, achievement motivation, and working ethos have positif direct effect toward the employees performance of Taufiqurrahman Foundation in Bekasi. The findings lead to recommendation that in order to build compensation, achievement motivation and working ethic should be considered seriously.

This study was done to examine the causal structure of attitudinal variables that relate to beliefs about money. In all 306 subjects completed various questionnaires measuring the work ethic, achievement motivation, mastery, competitiveness, conformity, and beliefs about money. Path analysis indicated the variables of work ethic, conformity, and mastery operated indirectly through the mediating effect on achievement motivation, competitiveness, and beliefs about money. Factors such as work ethic, mastery, and achievement appear to have a direct causal effect on competitiveness. Ultimately in our culture, monetary success is a result of successful competitiveness.

The objective of this causal research is to obtain information concerning the effect of communication and achievement motivation on PPs UNJ student satisfaction. The research was conducted by using a survey method with path analysis in testing hypothesis. In this research, PPs UNJ students of the school year 2009/2010 has been choosen as a unit analysis and 211 samples of student were selected in random. The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a direct positive effect of communication on achievement motivation indicated by the value of the path coefficient = 0.404; (2) there is a direct positive effect of communication on PPs UNJ student satisfaction indicated by the value of the path coefficient = 0,223; (3) there is a direct positive effect of achievement motivation on PPs UNJ student satisfaction indicated by the value of the path coefficient = 0,304. Therefore, student satisfaction can be improved by optimizing the communication made by the director and staff, lecturers and administrative staff to students using a variety of appropriate media to get positive feedback from students. Furthermore, by constantly increasing the motivation of the students themselves.

This study aims at describing the effect of leadership and achievement motivation on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all PNS (Civil Servant) teachers at SMKN 2 Pekanbaru. The total population was 107 people. The participants were obtained by using a simple random sampling technique to obtain a sample of 84 people. This qualitative descriptive research uses a type of correlative research. The data were obtained through questionnaire and documentation techniques. The collected data were then analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of the study showed that there was an influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance. The coefficient of positive path analysis shows that there is a positive relationship between the principal's leadership and teacher's performance. It is found that the leadership of the school principal is very influential on teacher performance; there is a correlation between achievement motivation and teacher performance; and there is also a positive relationship between principal’s leadership and achievement motivation on teacher performance. Principal leadership influences teacher performance to increase work productivity in achieving goals.

The pressure and burden of studying in the medical faculty of UI is greater than other majors because of the high pass mark requirements which cause stress. The adaptation process for students is difficult and the medical department is not a passion, instead the demands of parents make low achievement motivation which has an impact on decreased academic achievement. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of achievement motivation and stress to the academic achievement of FKUI students. This study uses a quantitative approach using survey methods and path analysis techniques. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire on google form based on the Likert scale. Hypothesis testing is obtained from the t test and F test. Hypothesis testing of this study uses Path Analysis with the help of the SPSS Version 20.0 application. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia (FKUI) Depok and as the unit of analysis are new students for the 2019-2020 school year of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia. The research was carried out from January to April 2020. The survey method involves collecting data to test hypotheses or answer people's questions about certain topics or problems. The number of research samples was 64 international class students. Sampling in this study using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. This is because the population is not homogeneous. The finding of the results of this study is that achievement motivation has a positive contribution to academic achievement. Stress has a negative contribution to academic achievement. Achievement motivation has a negative contribution to stress.

Abstrak: Tujan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan komitmen mahasiswa terhadap motivasi berprestasi di PTS Jakarta. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 80 mahasiswa. Kerangka penelitian mengacu pada apakah kualitas pelayanan dan komitmen memunyai pengaruh terhadap motivasi berprestasi yang diukur lewat angket. Instrumen penelitian terdiri atas 25 butir pertanyaan untuk kualitas pelayanan, 26 butir komitmen, dan 29 butir motivasi berprestasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi, analisis regresi ganda, dan koefisien jalur dengan bantuan SPSS versi 17.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh dari kualitas pelayanan terhadap motivasi berprestasi; (2) terdapat pengaruh dari komitmen terhadap motivasi berprestasi; (3) terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan komitmen secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa PTS Jakarta. Kata Kunci: kualitas pelayanan, komitmen, motivasi berprestasi THE INFLUENCE OF SERVICE QUALITY AND STUDENT COMMITMENT ON ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION AT PRIVATE UNIVERSITY Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of service quality and commitment on achievement motivation at Private University in Jakarta. The subject of this research were 80 students, by using 5 Likert Scale. The framework of this research was based on that service quality (X 1 ) and commitment (X ) had influence of achievement motivation (Y). The service quality was measured with 25 items question, commitment was measured with 26 items question, and achievement motivation was measured with 29 items question/statement. Data analysis used in this research was a multiple regression and path analysis. Obtained data then were examined with SPSS 17.0 version. From the research it can concluded that: (1) there was influence of service quality toward achievement motivation; (2) there was influence of commitment toward achievement motivation; (3) there was influence of service quality and commitment simultaneously toward achievement motivation students in Private University Jakarta. 2 Keywords : service quality, commitment, achievement motivation

The influence the use of multimedia learn and motivation achievement  of students in learning English lesson in school district 10 Palembang. Guided by Waspodo and H.Lin Yan Syah. In the process of achieving the goal of learning, the use of multimedia motivation to learn is also a very big role on the interpretation of student learning. Due to the learning motivation in students , thus increasing learning achievement is also high on student achievement. The purpose of the study is to investigate and examine the effect of multimedia learning and motivation against students in achievement learning English lesson in school in school district 10 Palembang. The study also wanted to know and test whether the two exogenous variables from the above that the dominant influence on student achievement in English language subject in school district 10 Palembang. Causal type of research is the research that aims to explain the influence of several variables. The object of the study were students and a sample set a of 60 samples. By using random sampling model analysis was used to prove the hypothesis that use of the Path Analysis Testing (path analysis) with AMOS, USING Structural Equation Model (SEM). SEM results with the value of CR (Critical Ratio) of-0 082 for multimedia on learning achievement and 8595 for Achievement Motivation Learning to learn, with CR Values > 1671 CR means of two values which are able to explain and a strong influence on the variable endogenous variable is the motivation to learn.  Where multimedia effect on motivation to learn is casually with the CR 3297

Abstract: The purposes of the study are to find the description and empiric evidence about the correlation of school climate, teaching load, achievement motivation, and teacher?óÔé¼Ôäós job satisfaction with teacher?óÔé¼Ôäós performance. Sampling technique withproportional random, data collection used questionnaire, and data ware analysed by descriptive and path analysis. The result of the descriptive analysis show that from five variables, achievement motivation was perceived on high category and teacher?óÔé¼Ôäós performance is good, whereas the three variables were perceived on moderate category. Findings of the path analysis show: (1) there is no significant direct relation between school climate with achievement motivation; (2) there is positive direct relation and significant between teaching load with achievement motivation; (3) there is positive direct rela-tion and significant between school climate with teacher?óÔé¼Ôäós job sat-isfaction; (4) there is no significant direct relation between teach-ing load with job satisfaction; (5) there is positive direct relation and significant between achievement motivation with performance; (6) there is positive direct relation and significant between job sat-isfactionwith performance; (7) there is positive direct relation and significant between school climate with performance; (8) there is positive direct relation and significant between teaching load with performance; (9) there is no significant indirect relation betweenschool climate with performance by achievement motivation; (10) there is positive indirect relation and significant between teaching load with performance by achievement motivation; (11) there is positive indirect relation and significant between school climatewith performance by job satisfaction; (12) there is no significant indirect relation between teaching load with performance by job satisfaction.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan memberikan bukti korelasi antara iklim sekolah, beban mengajar, motivasi berprestasi, dan kepuasan kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru. Teknik sampling dengan proporsional random sampling,pengumpulan data dengan angket, dan analisis data dengan analisis jalur. Hasil dari analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa dari lima variabel, motivasi berprestasi masuk kategori tinggi dan kenerja termasuk bagus. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan: (1) tidak ada hubungan langsung yang signifikan antara iklim sekolah dengan motivasi berprestasi; (2) ada hubungan langsung yang positif dan signifikan antara beban tugas denganmotivasi berprestasi; (3) ada hubungan langsung yang positif dan signifikan antara iklim sekolah dengan kepuasan kerja guru; (4) tidak ada hubungan langsung yang signifikan antara beban tugas dengan kepuasan kerja; (5) ada hubungan?é?á langsung yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja; (6) ada hubungan langsung yang positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja; (7) ada hubungan langsung yang positif dan signifikan antara iklim sekolah dengan kinerja; (8) ada hubungan langsung yang positif dan signifikan antara beban tugas dengan kinerja; (9) tidak ada hubungan tidak langsung yang signifikan antara iklim sekolah dengan kinerja melalui motivasi; (10) ada hubungan tidak langsung yang positif dan signifikan antara bebantugas dengan kinerja melalui motivasi berprestasi; (11) ada hubungan tidak langsung yang positif dan signifikan antara iklim sekolah dengan kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja;(12) tidak ada hubungan tidak langsung yang signifikan antara beban tugas dengan kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja guru SD Negeri di Kota Mojokerto.Kata-kata Kunci: kinerja guru, iklim sekolah, beban tugas, motivasi berprestasi, kepuasan kerja.
