ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan senyawa antioksidan teh hijau dan menjelaskan efektifitas teh hijau daun mangrove sebagai anticholesterol pada mencit. Senyawa kimia bahan antioksidaan teh hijau pada daun mangrove Bruguiera gymnorrhiza, B. parviflora, Rhizophora stylosa, R. mucronata, Lumnitzera racemosa, Ceriops tagal dan C. decandra dianalisis dengan GCMS, sedangkan khasiat teh hijau daun mangroves sebagai antikolesterol di ujikan pada mencit. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa senyawa bahan teh hijau bervariasi diantara daun mangrove yaitu polifenol sederhana ditemukan pada daun semua jenis mangrove yang menjadi sampel penelitian dengan konsentrasi yang bervariasi. Senyawa katekin hanya ditemukan pada daun mangrove Ceriops decandra, L. racemosa, R. mucronata dan R. apiculata. Di sisi lain, flavonoid terdeteksi hanya pada daun C. tagal, B. gymnorrhiza dan R. stylosa, sedangkan senyawa T-flavin hanya ditemukan pada daun B. parviflora. Teh hijau daun mangrove mampu menurunkan kadar kolesterol mencit dengan kisaran 33,33 sampai 53,67% mengindikasikan besarnya potensi daun mangrove sebagai bahan  teh hijau antikolesterol.Kata kunci: bahan teh hijau, polifenol sederhana, katekin, flavonoid, antikolesterol, daun mangroveABSTRACTThis study aimed to determine the antioxidant properties of green tea material in mangrove leaves and elucidate their capacity on reducing the cholesterol of mice. The chemical properties in  leaves of Bruguiera gymnorrhiza, B. parviflora, Rhizophora stylosa, R. mucronata, Lumnitzera racemosa, Ceriops tagal and C. decandra were analyzed by GCMS, while their capability as anticholesterol of mice were examined. The results showed that simple polyphenols were found in all sampled mangrove leaves with different concentration, while the chatechine was found only in leaves of four mangroves including Ceriops decandra, L. racemosa, R. mucronata and R. apiculata. On the other hand, flavonoids was detected only in leaves of C. tagal,  B. gymnorrhiza and R. stylosa. Meanwhile, T-flavine was detected only in leaves of B. parviflora. However, green tea material for all of sampled mangroves showed high capacity to reduce cholesterol of mice that ranging from 33.33% to 53.67%, which indicated high potentitiality of mangroves leaves as green tea material of anticholesterol.Keywords: Green tea material, simple polyphenol, cathechin, flavonoid, anticholesterol, Mangroves leaves

Ekosistem mangrove merupakan salah satu ekosistem pesisir dengan tingkat produktivitas yang tinggi, sehingga keberadaannya dapat memperkaya kawasan pesisir dan menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan perubahan luasan dan sebaran ekosistem mangrove dalam kurun waktu 20 tahun, yakni dari tahun 2000 sampai dengan 2020 dan untuk mengetahui kondisi vegetasi ekosistem mangrove di Pulau Tanakeke. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari hingga April 2020 di Pulau Tanakeke. Penentuan lokasi penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis perubahan luasan ekosistem mangrove dari tahun 2000 sampai 2020 menggunakan metode supervised classification dengan analisis maximum likelihood, sedangkan kondisi vegetasi ekosistem mangrove menggunakan metode analisis indeks nilai penting (INP) dan indeks keanekaragaman jenis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekosistem mangrove di Pulau Tanakeke dari tahun 2000 sampai 2020 mengalami degradasi seluas -337,41 ha (28,32% dari luas tahun 2000). Pada lokasi penelitian ditemukan 9 jenis mangrove, yaitu Bruguiera gymnorrhiza, Ceriops tagal, Rhizophora stylosa, Rhizophora apiculata, Rhizophora mucronata, Sonneratia alba, Phemphis acidula, Lumnitzera racemosa dan Ceriops decandra. Mangrove jenis Rhizophora mucronata memiliki indeks nilai penting tertinggi yaitu sebesar 192,55%, sementara untuk keanekaragaman jenis secara umum tergolong rendah.

Perencanaan dan pengelolaan yang baik hanya dapat dipenuhi apabila tersedia informasi yang lengkap dan akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji potensi ekosistem mangrove di Pulau Pannikiang ditinjau dari kondisi ekologi dan nilai ekonomi untuk menilai status keberlanjutan dan menentukan rekomendasi pengelolaan ekosistem mangrove. Pengumpulan data ekologi, ekonomi, dan sosial dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling, dan kajian literatur. Analisis ekologi menggunakan indeks nilai penting, analisis ekonomi menggunakan surplus consumer, replacement cost, contingent value, dan analisis keberlanjutan menggunakan modifikasi perangkat lunak Rapid Appraisal for Fisheries (RAPFISH). Jenis mangrove yang berhasil diidentifikasi adalah Rhizophora apiculata, Rhizophora mucronata, Bruguiera gymnorrhiza, Bruguiera sexangula, Ceriops tagal, Sonneratia alba, Xylocarpus granatum, Xylocarpus moluccensis, Aegiceras corniculatum, Lumnitzera racemosa and Avicennia marina. Hasil analisis nilai ekonomi total ekosistem mangrove di Pulau Pannikiang dengan luas 86,31 ha sebesar Rp5.050.275.373,00 /tahun atau rata-rata sebesar Rp58.513.212,00 /ha/tahun. Status keberlanjutan ekosistem mangrove di Pulau Pannikiang masih tergolong kurang berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, beberapa rekomendasi strategi yang disarankan adalah rehabilitasi vegetasi mangrove; mengendalikan kegiatan pemanfaatan ekosistem mangrove yang bersifat eksploitatif; melibatkan masyarakat dalam kegiatan pengelolaan ekosistem mangrove; membuat peraturan secara formal terkait pengelolaan ekosistem mangrove.

The mangrove ecosystem has different density levels per location. It can be influenced by environmental factors or because of human assistance. This research was conducted in Tongke-tongke Village, Sinjai Regency and Pannikiang Island, Barru District. Observations were conducted on three groups, namely groups of trees, stakes, and seedlings. Tree group used plot size 10 m x 10 m, stakes group used plot size 5m x 5m, and the group of seedlings used plot size 1 m x 1m. The result of tree group density will be compared with the standard criteria of mangrove damage of the Minister of Environment to know the criteria and the level of density. The mangrove ecosystem in Tongke-tongke village is overgrown by Rhizophora mucronata and Avicennia sp. and is dominated by R. mucronata with very dense density. In the tree group, R. mucronata has a density of 8020 Ind Ha-1. The mangrove ecosystem in Pannikiang Island is overgrown with Rhizophora apiculata, Rhizophora stylosa, Sonneratia alba, Aegiceras floridum, Ceriops tagal, Avicennia sp., Excoearia agallocha, and Lumnitzera racemosa and has a rare and moderate density. In the tree group, the highest density in C. tagal with a density of 1270 Ind Ha-1 and indicated moderate density. Competition is always there in the ecosystem. The species of this ecosystem is fighting for space and nutrients. Therefore, competition can determine the density of plants in it.

Hutan Mangrove terletak di Kabupaten Trenggalek, Jawa Timur telah mengalami penurunan spesies diakibatkan perilaku konsumtif masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan mangrove. Keberadaan mangrove sangat penting untuk menjaga kesetabilansumberdaya laut khususnya perikanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Indeks Nilai Penting (INP) pada tiga zonasi, melakukan pendekatan kepada masyarakat sekitar terkait partisipasi dalam konservasi mangrove, dan membuatstrategi konservasi hutan mangrove berbasis Tanam Rawat Monitoring. Metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, pengambilan data mangrove random sampling dan pengambilan data wawancara kepada masyarakat sekitar purposive sampling. Analisis vegetasi menggunakan Indeks Nilai Penting, analisis partisipasi masyarakat menggunakan Pressure State Response. Hasil penelitian zonasi A didominasi Sonneratia alba (99,84%) kategori pohon, Sonneratia alba (89,03%) kategori anakanpohon, Rhizophora mucronata (80,74%) kategori semai, zonasi B didominasi Sonneratia alba (120,57%) kategori pohon, Sonnratia alba (57,55%) kategori anakan pohon, Sonneratia alba, Ceriops tagal, Rhizophora apiculata (32,47%)kategori semai, zonasi C didominasi Lumnitzera racemosa (132,40%) kategori pohon, Xylocarpus granatum (113,03%) kategori anakan pohon, Lumnitzera racemosa (60,28%) kategori semai. Pendekatan partisipatif dan kemitraan kepadamasyarakat sekitar melalui Pokmaswas Kejung Samudera berjalan lancar. Kesimpulannya konservasi berbasis Tanam Rawat Monitoringdi kawasan mangrove Cengkrong lebih efektif untuk diterapkan,  konservasi mangrove tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi role model masyarakat untuk menjaga hutan mangrove dan sumberdaya laut.

Mangrove merupakan tumbuhan yang berada di wilayah intertidal pesisir laut. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis struktur vegetasi mangrove (frekuensi, kerapatan, dominan) dan karakteristik habitatnya (kualitas lingkungan) di kawasan pesisir pantai kepulauan Karimunjawa. Penelitian dilakukan pada Desember 2019 di 3 stasiun dengan metode plot bertingkat, masing-masing stasiun dibuat 3 transek yang berukuran 10m x 10m (pohon), 5m x 5m (pancang), dan 2m x 2m (semai). Hasil penelitian ditemukan 7 jenis mangrove yaitu Rhizophora stylosa, Avicennia marina, Rhizophora apiculata, Ceriops tagal, Excoecaria agallocha, Lumnitzera racemosa, dan Ceriops decandra. Indeks nilai penting tumbuhan mangrove pada strata pohon, pancang, dan semai paling tinggi adalah Rhizopora stylosa (244,77%), (163,03%), dan (157,96%).  Nilai kerapatan Rhizopora stylosa tingkat pohon, tingkat pancang dan semai yaitu (2.500-10.100 ind/ha), (10.400-48.400 ind/ha), dan (97.500-280.000 ind/ha). Kondisi lingkungan di sekitar kawasan mangrove yaitu rata-rata suhu (28,75%), pasir (10,75%), lanau (51,46%/), lempung (37,79%), salinitas (26,60%), pH (7,26), DO (3,28 mg/L), N total tanah (0,24%), P total tanah (120,49 ppm), C Organik tanah (2,10%), N total air (0,28%), P total air (0,27 mg/L), C Organik air (1,56 mg/L).ABSTRACTMangroves are a plant that are found in the intertidal area of marine coastal environments. The study aim to analyze structure of mangrove vegetation (frequency, density, and dominance) and the mangrove habitat (environmental condition) in Coastal Coast Karimunjawa Island. The research was conducted in December 2019 at the three stations using the stratified plot method, and one stations divided three observation transects sized 10m x 10m (trees), 5m x 5m (saplings), and 2m x 2m (seedlings). The result of the study found seven mangroves species were Rhizophora stylosa, Avicennia marina, Rhizophora apiculata, Ceriops tagal, Excoecaria agallocha, Lumnitzera racemosa, and Ceriops decandra. The highest value index of mangroves for trees, saplings and seedlings is the highest Rhizopora stylosa (244,77%), (163,03%), and (157,96%). Density value Rhizopora stylosa in tree level, saplings, and seedlings were (2.500-10.100 ind/ha), (10.400-48.400 ind/ha), dan (97.500-280.000 ind/ha). The environmental conditions around the mangrove area are average temperature (28,75%), sand (10,75%), silt (51,46%/), clay (37,79%), salinity (26,60%), pH (7,26), Dissolved Oxygen (3,28 mg/L), N total land (0,24%), P total land (120,49 ppm), C Organic land (2,10%), N total water (0,28%), P total water (0,27 mg/L), C Organic water (1,56 mg/L).


Mangrove trees grow only on sheltered coasts, hence on Aldabra they occur along the shores of the lagoon. In these mangrove communities four species are common and were found in each locality visited. These are Avicennia marina (Forsk.) Vierh., Bruguiera gymnorhiza (L.) Lam., Ceriops tagal (Perr.) C.B. Rob., and Rhizophora mucronata Lam. In a few localities only, these are accompanied by one or other of Lumnitzera racemosa Willd., Sonneratia albaj. Sm., or Xylocarpus granatum Koen. The fern Acrostichum aureum L. is abundant on Aldabra, sometimes in association with mangroves but more commonly among the maritime scrub where it tends to occur in crevices and solution holes at a slightly lower level than the trees and shrubs of the scrub. Mangroves occur almost all round the lagoon shores, more commonly in some places than in others, more luxuriantly in some places than in others. Along only a few rocky stretches of the lagoon shores are they absent. Nowhere on the island is there a complete pattern of the zonation described for other Indian Ocean shores by Macnae (1968). On Aldabra the landward fringe is well developed only in one locality and the seaward fringes have rarely developed.

Vegetasi mangrove merupakan salah satu bagian penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat Papua. Penelitian dilakukan dengan observasi lapangan dan telah pustaka. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui vegetasi mangrove yang dipergunakan sebagai bahan makanan pada empat suku yang ada di Papua Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 7 jenis dari 3 suku vegetasi mangrove yang dimanfaatkan sebagai makanan. Ke-7 jenis tersebut :Bruguiera gymnorrhiza Lam, Ceriops tagal B.Rob, Nypa fruticans Wurmb, Bruquiera parviflora, Rhizopora apiculata, Sonneratia alba J.Sm, dan Sonneratia avota dari 3 suku Rhizophoraceae, Sonneratiaceae, Arecaceae. Kegunaan vegetasi mangrove sebagai bahan makanan di antaranya: sebagai makanan pokok, rujakan, pengganti pinang, pengganti kelapa, penambah rasa, dan minuman.

The article reveals the measures undertaken by the Soviet state during the “thaw” in the fi eld of reproductive behaviour, the protection of motherhood and childhood. Compilations, manuals and magazines intended for women were the most important regulators of behaviour, determining acceptable norms and rules. Materials from sources of personal origin and oral history make it possible to clearly demonstrate the real feelings of women. The study of women’s everyday and daily life in the aspect related to pregnancy planning, bearing and raising children will allow us to compare the real situation and the course of implementation of tasks in the fi eld of maternal and child health. The demographic surge in the conditions of the economy reviving after the war, the lack of preschool institutions, as well as the low material wealth of most families, forced women to adapt to the situation. In the conditions of combining the roles of mother, wife and female worker, women entrusted themselves with almost overwork, which affected the health and well-being of the family. The procedure for legalising abortion gave women not only the right to decide the issue of motherhood themselves, but also made open the already necessary, but harmful to health, habitual way of birth control. Maternal care in diffi cult material and housing conditions became the concern of women and the older generation, who helped young women to combine the role of a working mother, which the country’s leadership confi dently assigned to women.
