On a random Tuesday in May 2019, I found myself in Shanghai's Pudong International Airport, waiting in a fortunately short and quickly moving immigration line prior to a return flight home. Just to the right was an immigration desk with what appeared to be a new sign: a “Belt-and-Road” channel (Yidai yilu tongdao). There was no one behind the BRI desk. I was intrigued by this, but of course did not dare to take a photograph of the sign in a restricted zone. Twenty minutes later I attempted to log on from the airline lounge, and ended with failure. The relevant two-step process now involved a passport scan, the receipt of a registration number that required inputting an (overseas) mobile number and receiving SMS verification with further password. The juxtaposition of the fast-track but empty BRI immigration desk and the clunky double verification procedure to get online at all seemed to encapsulate much China's current position in the world.

For an emerging economy like India, fast economic development is possible essentially by embracing ICT in a big way, as ICT alone can provide the requisite competitive edge that is essential for fast and sustained economic growth in a globalized environment. In its endeavor to become the ‘global services hub’, what India needs to attain is nothing but unmatched performance in respect of ICT, BPO and allied sectors. While, it appears that the policy initiatives so far have been in the right direction and so is the performance of this industry over the years, there is no scope for complacency as is evident from ever growing competition from other nations, especially the developing world. In this context, it is relevant to make an analysis of the trend in respect of the performance of Indian ICT industry over the last few years vis-à-vis the rest of the world, the latest developments and trends in the field. Such an analysis would reveal, inter alia, the problems and weaknesses of the industry, as well as its opportunities and threats.  Accordingly, it helps us to formulate meaningful strategies that are helpful for  making the industry abreast of the changes. This paper is an effort in this direction.

This disquisition was conducted to design, flourish and beforehand perpetrate the Automatic Trash Segregator with Mobile Application. Specifically, it identified the dilemmas encountered in dissociating the junk by the purchasers; the right features of the machine that can be improved to address the dilemmas encountered, and the respondents’ level of espousal of the user toward the enhanced machine when it comes into the field of performance, portability, operability, and efficacy. Today, solid-junk management conditions in the developing world are often quite dire and reminiscent of those found in the enhanced world several generations ago. As the world becomes more urbanized and enhanced consumption rates are on the rise. An inevitable consequence of more consumption is the rapid increase in thenumber of junk that is produced. The impact of inadequate solid junk management practices on natural and human environments is now being acknowledged.Qualitative-quantitative disquisition method was used for this disquisition that utilized a researcher made questionnaires and many interview questions. Traditional junk segregation that may lead to have poor junk disposal, filthiness all over the environment, destruction of the land that our farmers use to grant food for the country, burden of working on junk collection or landfill works and importance for the cleanliness of the country are the dilemmas encountered in dissociating the junk by the purchasers. There are many respondents for this disquisition; I have ten (10) street sweepers and six (6) janitor and janitress and fifty (50) trash collectors. The government or other authorities will accommodate the suitable use of the propose machine to avoid having a problem in dissociating. The schools should also be having a seminar about how the technology helps in make our life easier, with this, they will get an idea to improve or to grant better machine that the proponent made. It is also recommended to have a sensor for biodegradable, thus having more classification in automatic way. There are many possible suitable features for this machine that can be enhanced to address the dilemmas encountered, first is the use of sensors to make the process of junk segregation quick and easy. Next one is the last possible feature, saying that successfully enhanced unit would be a stand-alone machine that will allow a one-at-a-time processing of solid junks, dissociating biodegradable and non-biodegradable. The respondents’ ratings for Automatic Trash Segregator with Mobile Application were extremely receivable in terms of performance (4.62); portability (4.52); operability (4.68); and efficacy (4.59).

A river flows serenely accepting all the miseries and happiness that it comes across its journey. A tree releases oxygen for human beings despite its inner plights. The sun is never tired of its duty and gives sunlight without any interruption. Why are all these elements of nature so tuned to? Education is knowledge. Knowledge comes from learning. Learning happens through experience. Familiarity is the master of life that shapes the individual. Every individual learns from nature. Nature teaches how to sustain, withdraw and advocate the prevailing situations. Some dwell into the deep realities of nature and nurture as ideal human beings. Life is a puzzle. How to solve it is a million dollar question that can never be answered so easily. The perception of life changes from individual to individual making them either physically powerful or feeble. In current forensic medicine practice, the need for the development of new, scientifically based approaches and methods of forensic medical identification is still very important. The number of left-handed people in the world varies from 5 to 30 %, and it can be useful in forensic practice. The possibility of establishing a dominating hand based on the intensity of dental caries (CFE - CARIES-FILLIN-EXTRACTION index) was studied. Taking into consideration the intensity of caries damage to the teeth on the right and left sides of right-handed, left-handed and ambidextras people, we offered and calculated the CFE difference index: «CFE on the right – CFE on the left». Significant differences in the CFE indexes can help to determine what hand has been predominant and it might be useful for forensic specialists.

In vision of searching for the right Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) for a specific mission, there are multiple factors to be considered by the operator such as mission, endurance, type of payload and range of the telemetry and control. This research is focusing on extending control range of the UAS by using 4G-LTE network to enable beyond-line-of-sight flying for the commercial UAS. Major UAS such Global Hawk, Predator MQ-1 are able to fly thousands of kilometers by the use of satellite communication. However, the satellite communication annual license subscription can be very expensive. With this situation in mind, a new type of flight controller with 4G-LTE communication has been developed and tested. Throughout the research, blended-wing-body (BWB) Baseline B2S is used as the platform for technology demonstrator. Result from this analysis has proven that the proposed system is capable to control a UAS from as far as United Kingdom, with a latency less than 881 ms in average. The new added capability can potentially give the commercial UAS community a new horizon to be able to control their UAS from anywhere around the world with the availability of 4G-LTE connection
