This study aims to determine the relationship between Psychological well-being and students' altruistic behaviour. The psychological well-being of students is very important to note, this is because it is related to the mood of satisfaction and happiness, especially for students. Altruistic behaviour is a person's volunteerism in helping and helping others. This research was conducted during the COVID-19 pandemic to find out whether there was a relationship between Psychological well-being and Altruistic behaviour during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study involved 175 high school students in Semarang City who were taken using the conventional technique. The instruments used in this study were the Psychological Well Being Scale and the Altruistic Behaviour Scale. This research is a quantitative correlation study and the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis with the help of IBM SPSS for Windows to describe the relationship of Psychological well-being with Altruistic behaviour. The results showed that the overall significance value (Sig = 0.77 0.05) so that there was no significant correlation between Psychological Well Being and Altruistic Behaviour.

The purpose of this study was to describe the correlation between student’s learning interest and motivation with problem-solving abilities in online learning. This research was a quantitative correlation study. The population in this research was 7th-grade students of SMP 2 and the sample was 72 students. The instruments in this study consisted of three questionnaires, namely the questionnaire of student's learning interest, the questionnaire of student's learning motivation, and the questionnaire of problem-solving skills for daring learning. The data analysis technique used was simple and multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicated that there is a negative correlation between students' interest and motivation to learn simultaneously with problem-solving skills in distance learning but in the low category.

A phase field crystal (PFC) model is employed to study morphology evolution of nanoheteroepitaxy and misfit dislocation generation when applied with enhanced supercooling, lattice mismatch and substrate vicinal angle conditions. Misfit strain that rises due to lattice mismatch causes rough surfaces or misfit dislocations, deteriorates film properties, hence, efforts taken to reveal their microscopic mechanism are significant for film quality improvement. Uniform islands, instead of misfit dislocations, are developed in subcritical thickness film, serving as a way of strain relief by surface mechanism. Misfit dislocations generate when strain relief by surface mechanism is deficient in higher supercooling, multilayers of misfit dislocations dominate, but the number of layers reduces gradually when the supercooling is further enhanced. Rough surfaces like islands or cuspate pits are developed which is ascribed to lattice mismatch, multilayers of misfit dislocations generate to further enhance lattice mismatch. Layers of misfit dislocations generate at a thickening position at enhanced substrate vicinal angle, this further enhancing the angle leading to sporadic generation of misfit dislocations.

This study aims to determine the relationship between authoritarian in developing with elementary school student learning outcomes. This research is a quantitative correlation study conducted at SD 4 Piji Dawe District, Kudus Regency. The research subjects were 5th grade students of SD 4 Piji. Data collection techniques used include questionnaires, direct observation, interviews, research documentation. Interviews were conducted with students and the main. In analyzing the data, a Likert scale model is used, namely the assessment using a scale of 1 to 4. Respondents are expected to provide an opinion on each question item ranging from 'always' to 'never' by circling or cross-marking the answers to be selected by the respondent on the questionnaire sheet. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between authoritarian parenting and learning outcomes of SD 4 Piji Dawe Kudus with a score of r table (-0.792 0.433) with a significance value of 0.000, which means less than 0.05 (0.000 0, 05). From these data it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between authoritarian parenting and learning outcomes at SD 4 Piji Dawe Kudus.

Motivation of employees in an organization can be considered simple and can also be a complex problem, because basically humans easily motivated by giving what is his desire. Problems employee motivation can be difficult to determine what remuneration which is considered essential for one is not necessarily important for others. With the motivation to work, it can be seen the effect of the performance of the employee in which the employee will act on the basis kainginan to excel and gain higher positions in the company. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of motivation and work experience to employees performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II (Persero) Tanjung Morawa. This research is a quantitative correlation study. The population in this study was 452 and sampled is 82 people. Data collection techniques used through interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that in partial motivation (X1) but not significant effect on employee performance (Y). Partial variable work experience (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y). Simultaneously motivation variable (X1) and work experience (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y). The coefficient of determination of 37% indicates that the motivation (X1) and work experience (X2) as the independent variables are able to explain the variable performance of employees, while the remaining 63% is explained by other factors that are not included in this study.

The purpose of this quantitative correlation study was to determine the extent to which leadership style preferences correlate with employee satisfaction with supervision among employees and leaders of some companies. This study measured preferences for each of five common leadership styles and examined correlations with measures of employee satisfaction. The styles studied were transactional leadership, transformational leadership, autocratic leadership, charismatic leadership, and situational leadership. Results indicated that each of the five leadership styles has a positive correlation with employee satisfaction, suggesting that the situational leadership style may be the most appropriate style for leaders in some companies.

The aim of this study is to find out the relation between emotional intelligence and marital adjustment among early adulthood men in Denpasar. This study is a quantitative correlation study. The amount of the subject in the study is 66 young adult men with the criteria of the age limit is 20 – 40 years old, have been married with the age of marriage is not more than 2 years. The technique of collecting data used was purposive sampling. The measuring instrument used in the study was emotional intelligence scale with the reliability 0,885 and the scale of marital adjustment with the reliability 0,882. The result after examining the hypotheses by using the method of correlation data analysis by Spearman shows that the significance level is 0,008 (sig<0,05). The value is showing that there is a significant correlation between emotional intelligence and marital adjustment among early adulthood men. The correlation coefficient between emotional intelligence and marital adjustment is 0,323 that means 32,3% variations in marital adjustment are determined by emotional intelligence, meanwhile the other 67,7% are determined by other variables which are not analyzed in this study. Keywords : Emotional Intelligence, Marital Adjustment, Early Adulthood Men
