AbstractAlthough chemotherapies are successful in some cases, systemic toxicity could be simultaneously observed due to the lack of drugs selectivity to cancerous tissues, leading to the failure of the chemotherapies. Furthermore, the therapeutic effects will be significantly improved if the anticancer drugs could be delivered to cancer cells with high selectivity. In recent years, there have been many advances in the field of diagnosis and treatment of cancer as a result of the development of novel materials with noticeable and often unique properties. Nanoparticles have unique biological properties, owing to their small size and large surface area-to-volume ratio, which allow them to bind, absorb, and carry compounds such as small molecule drugs, DNA, RNA, proteins, and probes with high efficiency. In the course of the last decade, Graphene and its derivatives have attracted growing interest in medicinal and pharmaceutical sciences, and many studies have focused on the potential of Graphene and its derivatives as carriers for targeted drug delivery intended for cancer diagnosis and therapies. In the present study, we will review the characteistics and application of Graphene and its different derivatives and finally discuss the opportunities, limitations, and challenges in this encouraging field.

Recurrent oral ulcer is a common oral mucosal disease. Due to its periodic and recurrent characteristics, the onset of burning pain is unbearable, which brings great inconvenience to the patient’s life and seriously affects the patient’s quality of life. There are certain limitations to conventional drug therapy. With the rapid development of nanotechnology, the obvious advantages of nanotechnology such as targeting, controlled release, biocompatibility is obviously shown. The combination of nanotechnology and medical research has led to the emergence of polymer nanoparticles and ligands. Nano-drugs for gene therapy, and many other new nano-drug carriers, polymer micelle is a new type of nano drug carrier that has appeared in recent years. It has both a hydrophilic shell and a hydrophobic core, and has a variety of excellent properties, such as higher stability in vivo and in vitro, and poorly soluble drugs. In this paper, a new method for treating recurrent oral ulcers based on a new nano-drug carrier was studied. Because of the hydrophilicity and biocompatibility of oral cell surface proteins, the research progress of nanopharmaceutical carrier in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers is reviewed. The experimental results show that the method has good reproducibility and high efficiency in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers. It is used to explore the application and progress of nanotechnology in the diagnosis and treatment of recurrent oral ulcers, and to provide new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of recurrent oral ulcers. This new technical method has wide practical application value.

Aim. The study was designed for the optimization of the approaches to the diagnosis and management of women with background diseases and tumor pathology of the vulva.Materials and methods. The study involved more than a thousand and a half patients from different regions of Russia and CIS countries with precancerous and tumor pathology of the external genitals. A variety of methods were used in the primary diagnosis and monitoring in the treatment and observation, ranging from the banal examination, palpation, laboratory studies and ending with modern morphological studies, CT, MRI and PET diagnostics.Results. The characteristic differences in the background processes of the vulva were revealed, which allowed us to divide them into two groups: the first group – the pathological process occurs against the background of dystrophic changes in the tissues of the external genitals; the second group – the dermis and subcutaneous fat are not changed. Clear morphological criteria of two variants of changes are accompanied by a significantly different clinical picture. Conservative measures had low efficiency in the pathology of the vulva with a neurodystrophic process. Carrying out a photodynamic therapy and laser vaporization is justified only in young and middle-aged women with precancer. It was found that the high efficiency of surgical treatment is combined with a large number of early and late postoperative complications, which in itself causes discomfort, pain, dysuric phenomena, and dyspareunia. It is possible to reduce the frequency of postoperative complications and improve the functional and cosmetic results of the treatment only with the use of reconstructive plastic surgery. We have developed and widely implemented the methods of closing wound defects in everyday practice and evaluated their effectiveness. Conclusion. Over the past 20 years, a lot of work has been done to address the topical issues related to the diagnosis and treatment of background processes, precancer and vulva cancer. However, at present, there is no center where theoretical issues are studied at a serious level, conservative and invasive methods of treatment are developed, and educational and methodical work with doctors is carried out. Without proper attention to these issues, this problem is unlikely to be solved in the near future, both from theoretical and practical points of view.

Gastric cancer (GC) is a serious threat to the health and lives of people around the world. In China, the incidence and mortality of gastric cancer are much higher than the world average, coupled with its low early diagnosis rate, low survival rate, poor prognosis, and complex etiology, especially the serious lack of effective early warning methods, which has become the main constraint on the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer factor. Therefore, finding reliable, effective, and specific markers that can be applied to early warning and diagnosis of gastric cancer has been a hot issue in gastric cancer research. Magnetic nanoparticles are an ideal molecular carrier for gene separation because they have many advantages such as easy operation, fast, high efficiency, and non-destructive non-recognition biological entities. Changes in gene levels can detect the development of early diagnosis and treatment of prognosis in patients with gastric cancer by affecting susceptibility, clinical phenotype, and drug response. PcG protein can modify chromatin and affect tumorigenesis. The experimental results show that the introduction of magnetic nanoparticles can improve the sensing signal, detection sensitivity and gene differentiation. Combined with the latest magnetic nanoparticle technology to analyze the relationship between SNPs of some genes in the pathways involved in gastric cancer treatment and DNA specificity, screening and identifying specific SNP markers are helpful to the mechanism of gastric cancer development. Understand to achieve the purpose of individualized treatment. By introducing the RAS-BRAF gene on the surface of magnetic nanoparticles, the surface of the magnetic particles was biologically functionalized and used for the separation and detection of proteins and pathogens, respectively. The results show that the system has excellent detection sensitivity and separation selectivity. At present, the research results of susceptible genes screened by coding gene association studies are inconsistent. In this study, PLCE1 gene was found to be used as a DNA gene identification method through high expression of cells to analyze that polymorphisms are closely related to the incidence of gastric cancer. In addition, the study suggests that PLCE1 gene may be a susceptible gene for tumor cells. The signaling pathways involved in the regulation play an important role in tumorigenesis, development, migration, and apoptosis, and are closely related to disease prognosis. Therefore, at the gene level More analysis of the role of these genes in gastric cancer is needed.

CircRNAs have the potential to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of lipid diseases, and further study and development is needed in the future. Further advancements, for example, are required in disease-oriented critical circRNA screening technology, which can analyze differentially expressed circRNAs in different tissues and screen out the key circRNAs, providing valuable biomarkers for diagnosis or targets to treat lipid disorder diseases. We need to figure out how to modulate circRNA expression upstream, such as biogenesis and decay, or how to directly upregulate or downregulate certain circRNA expression, setting the framework for clinical intervention in certain critical circRNA in the etiology of certain lipid disorders illness. Understanding the principles governing circRNAsponging mciroRNAs is critical because it will aid in the development of new nucleic acid treatments for lipid diseases.Engineered circRNA with bulged miRNA binding sites effectively sponged the miRNA132/212 family and attenuated myocardial hypertrophy with a low dosage requirement, extended half-lives, high efficiency, and stability when compared to the antagomir, suggesting that it has exciting potential as a novel therapeutic tool. These studies will pave the way for circRNAs to be employed as diagnostic biomarkers or therapeutic targets for lipid diseases in the clinic.
