The analysis of the use of the land fund of the Krasnodar Territory and the analysis of the rational use of land resources were conducted, using the following coefficients: coefficient of arable land, coefficient of plowing of the territory, and territory development coefficient. The paper discusses the techniques and methods of statistical analysis of the distribution of the land fund by categories of land in the Krasnodar Territory for 2005-2019. Since the area of land by categories changes in dynamics, the indicators of the growth rate, increase, and average values of the series were used. This gives an understanding of how intensively the land areas of the Krasnodar Territory change. The analysis of the use of the land fund of the Krasnodar Territory is necessary in order to determine the possibilities for a more rational and effective use of it, as well as to preserve and improve the quality of the land. Therefore, it is relevant.

The branch characteristics of activity of the enterprises of housing and communal services are defined with features of management of receivables: its absence of alternative concerning partially rendered services to consumers that would directly influence reduction of incomes of the enterprise of housing and communal services; its impossibility of resale of services, lack of clear control over the quality of services provided and its price, which leads to dissatisfaction with the social needs of the population; its lack of flexible discounts for honest payers of housing and communal services. The analysis of the structure of receivables of the population for the consumed housing and communal services of the enterprises of the Lviv region during April-August 2020 is carried out. It is established that the use of inefficient methods of housing management leads to low payment discipline of buyers, which contributes to the deterioration of the financial condition of the industry as a whole. Therefore, methods of accelerating the payment of receivables with appropriate reporting on the quality of services provided should be actively used. The dynamics of the amount of funds for which agreements on debt restructuring for housing and communal services have been concluded, and the amount repaid by consumers-debtors indicates increased activities on concluding contracts and gradual repayment of debts by consumers. In case of overdue receivables for housing and communal services, the consumer should be reminded of the need to pay the debt in different ways. These are in the form of a re-receipt, correspondent (send by registered mail on demand), SMS, or call, or direct visit of the housing and communal services department representative to the service object, and finding out the cause of existing receivables, the order of criteria for their classification into doubtful and bad types of receivables. The purpose of the research is to identify sectorial characteristics of housing and communal services, which determine the features of receivables management and improve the methodology of statistical analysis of receivables to identify causes of late payment of housing and communal services and ways to motivate consumers to repay debts. Methodology. The method of statistical analysis of receivables is developed to be carried out in three stages: analysis of the structure of receivables; analysis of the dynamics of receivables for communal services; analysis of the effectiveness of receivables restructuring. Results. The following stages of statistical analysis of receivables for housing and communal services are offered. Analysis of the structure of receivables to determine the types of housing and communal services for which we observe the largest and smallest share in total is proposed. Analysis of the dynamics of receivables for communal services to determine trends in indicators in the regional aspect is suggested. Analysis of the effectiveness of the restructuring receivables (provides for the calculation of the increase in the number of agreements on debt restructuring and assessment in the dynamics of repayment of these receivables) is proffered. Practical implications. We identified effective management methods of receivables of housing and communal services that improves the financial condition of the industry as a whole. Value/originality. The statistical analysis of the receivables of enterprise of housing and communal services has been further developed.

This study aimed at assessing the effect of how submontane soils are managed on the quantity and quality of leachate water, as well as on the load of nutrients leached with it. The quality of leachate water moving through the soil profile at the depth of 0–30 cm was investigated. The quality of leachate water from six research variants was analyzed in three periods: intensive growing, inhibited growing, and the non-growing season. It was established that the type of flora had a significant effect on the amount and chemical composition of water flowing through the soil profile. The highest loads of minerals were leached with leachate waters from arable land. Contrary to the common opinion, unused meadow had the best quality of leachate waters. On account of the quality of leachate waters in submontane and montane areas, it is recommended to reduce plow tillage in these areas. It is also recommended to use these areas as meadows and pastures, with moderate fertilization and rational use, i.e., two mowings or three grazings during the growing season. The study emphasizes how important the management of the use of submontane and montane areas is for the quality and quantity of leachate waters.

In order to realize the status of cultivated land resources in Changsha and to protect cultivated land resources. According to output benefit coefficient, consumption and return coefficient, population and substitution coefficient and intensive cultivation coefficient, cultivated land utilization benefits were quantitatively analyzed in Changsha from 2002 to 2011. The results showed that: the trend of the quantity of cultivated land was upward in general in Changsha. But the quality of cultivated land decreased. At the same time, the output benefit of arable land was good in 2004, 2006 and 2008, but the rest of year was lower, and the tendency was dropping. On this basis, the effectiveness of the strategies was improved to use of arable land resources.

AbstractThis study proposed a multi-criteria evaluation system for arable land resources by combining the soil integrated fertility index (IFI) with a soil cleanliness index (based on heavy metals and metalloid content). A total of 16 typical arable land units in Chongming District, China, were evaluated using the proposed evaluation system based on 104 collected soil samples in 16 towns. The comprehensive soil evaluation scores of arable lands in 16 towns were in the range of 90.7 to 99.2 with a mean of 96.2, indicating that the arable land in all 16 towns was at the level of excellent (≥ 90.0). Lower cleanliness indices had a significant impact on the final evaluation score. In comparison with single-index evaluation systems (i.e., the IFI or soil cleanliness index), the proposed multi-criteria system better reflects the quality of the soil. In the practice of arable land requisition and subsidy policy, the proposed multi-criteria evaluation system not only encourages farmers to preserve arable lands during farming but also helps agricultural authorities make effective and reliable management decisions.

As the purpose of the study, the author reveals the problems of improving the quality accounting of agricultural land. The article examines the state of farmland, problems of land management, in particular in the field of agriculture. The omissions in the land legislation in relation to the classification of agricultural lands and their characteristics are revealed. The advantages of space monitoring of land areas are shown. The lack of economic criteria leads to ineffective planning, and in the future - irrational use of land areas. It has been determined that agricultural land that has been withdrawn from circulation is not effective in market economy, therefore, measures are required to involve them in circulation. The dependence of most industries on land quality determines the importance of choosing a methodology for assessing the quality of land. For the effective use of farmland, conscientious agricultural producers should be encouraged, which, in turn, will contribute to the increase in arable land, hayfields, pastures, and perennial plantings. The methods of correlating agricultural land to a specific type of agricultural land in foreign countries are generalized and examples of their improvement are given taking into account regional characteristics. Recommendations on improving the quality accounting of agricultural land using the example of GIS technologies were developed.

Last time, management of equipment, maintenance and use of teaching equipment in lower secondary schools in Dien Bien district, Dien Bien province has been paid more attention, making important contributions to keeping sustainably, improve the quality of education in the district. Every year the lower secondary schools have been given funding and have plans to equip additional teaching equipment. Most lower secondary schools have full-time staff in charge of teaching equipment; with equipment storage rooms, cabinets are gradually added; laboratories and classrooms have been built more and more; have a system of records of teaching equipment management established; The work of inventorying and purifying teaching equipment periodically was also concerned. The movement of innovating teaching methods has made education managers and teachers more interested in using teaching equipment effectively. The positive management measures have caused many teachers to use teaching equipment as an integral part of the lesson, helping the quality of the lessons be increasingly improved to meet the requirements of changes. New teaching methods. Education administrators, teachers, teaching equipment staff are becoming more and more serious in teaching device management. However, the reality of teaching equipment management still reveals many limitations: The management of teaching equipment in schools is still administrative and ineffective. The equipment has no overall and detailed plans; The procurement of teaching equipment is not guaranteed in terms of quantity, lack of uniformity (some are redundant, some are lacking), quality is limited (durability, accuracy is not guaranteed, some new ones are not used); preservation still has many shortcomings; lack of specialized staff; lack of storage space or insufficient storage; lack of cabinets, prices, laboratories, subject classrooms; specially managing the use of teaching equipment is not tight; Many places teachers have not paid attention to use, ineffective use. The situation of “teaching vegetarianism” is still common, teaching equipment used is still movement, mostly used only in special cases such as competitions for good teachers, lectures or when there is a delegation check; There are many cases of information technology abuse in teaching. The effective use of teaching equipment oriented student capacity development is not much. The management of the use of teaching equipment oriented to develop student competencies in the current trend of Industry Revolution 4.0 is a matter of great concern to educational managers. Thus, the task of surveying the situation of managing the effective use of teaching equipment, finding subjective and objective reasons in order to propose measures to effectively manage the use of teaching equipment in the direction of developing students’ practical capacities and contributing to improving the quality of teaching in secondary schools in Dien Bien district, Dien Bien province is a very important and necessary task today.
