The main goal of the presented paper was to design the measuring device of the external hydraulic circuit of the agricultural tractor, with the implementation of verification measurement and functionality of the device. At the same time, based on the device itself, which was verified in practice, a simulation was created in the FluidSim simulation program using the results of operational verification measurements. At the beginning of the structural design, the requirements for the electro-mechanical device were determined. This device is used for loading of the external hydraulic circuit, determination of the measuring object and flow calculation of the hydraulic pump. The verification measurement itself takes place at rated speed, constant and overpressure pressure in the tractor´s hydraulic system.

This paper deals with designing and development of a bench for the test of a brushless DC motor. The bench contains a hydraulic circuit, which provides a controllable load for the motor. The hydraulic system is equipped with a hydraulic pump and choke valve and a manometer. The mechanical connection between the hydraulic pump and the BLDC motor is designed with two clutches and structure of two sheet plates. The bench contains a torque meter, which is built between the two shafts of the motor and pump. The system can determine rotational speed, torque, current and voltage with respect of the load.

This work aims to analyse a complete hydraulic system of a medium size agricultural tractor, in order to perform an energy dissipation analysis and to test possible alternative configurations and solutions. The fuel consumption and energy dissipation in off-road vehicles have infact become a key feature, given the great attention devoted to the need of reducing pollutant emissions, in order to satisfy the future emission limits. Standard and alternative architecture configurations are modelled and compared on the basis of the power consumption to perform the same duty cycle. Among the results, it is worth highlighting that a relevant percentage of energy may be saved with simple modifications in the hydraulic power generation group.

Abstract. To improve the automation degree in special working environment which contains explosive gas. We develop a new type of temperature control hydraulic sensor basically on theory and lots of experiments. As the temperature reaches about 85°C,the motion part of the inductor will stretch to a certain length, and then it will push the adjusting rod. Simultaneously, the adjusting rod will overcome the elastic force of the spring and compel the spool valve to deform, and finally the control valve port will be open, it allows the control oil of the hydraulic system to pass. At last it reaches our destination that we can make the control of hydraulic circuit be realized.

Performance and working principle of high-efficiency multi-cyclone were analyzed, and the structural design shortage of original high-efficiency multi-cyclone was pointed out. Its structure was researched and designed, including determination of setting chamber and pipe number, selection of material and the design of cyclones.

The need exists for a simplified structural review guide to enable U.S. Coast Guard marine inspectors to verify the structural adequacy of aluminum crewboats. The authors have developed such a guide. Typical existing crewboat forms and service speeds have been used to reduce the determination of impact pressures to a function of length and displacement. A design stress limit for the cyclic loading of the bottom structure has been determined based on wave observation data. Plating design has been verified by a comparison of sizing by beam theory versus elastoplastic analysis. A simplified grillage analysis has been used to determine the level of support provided by longitudinal plate girders or keelsons. A worked example and tables of section moduli for typical extrusions attached to plating are included as appendices.

An algorithm is proposed for calculating a closed volumetric hydraulic pump-hydraulic motor system using the example of the hydraulic system of a wind power plant, based on the calculation of the hydraulic systems of mobile machines. The main characteristics of the system components, the selection of initial data for the calculation, working fluid and diameters of hydraulic lines are analyzed. As oil exploration and production move into water depths over 1000 ft (305 m), several companies are investigating compliant structures as possible solutions to the economic and engineering problems involved. This paper focuses on the tension-leg type of platform, a positively buoyant structure kept on location by a pretensioned anchoring system. The basic approach to design of a tension-leg platform system, the various components of the system and the interaction between naval architectural and structural design considerations are presented. The author points out that planning for a successful design must include:preparation of good design criteria, determination of variables, evaluation of variables for sensitivity and interaction, accurate and timely engineering decisions in selection of a set of parameters, andparallel studies covering fabrication, transportation and installation requirements. Appendices give the mathematical bases for computing motions of the tenslon-leg platform and graphic illustrations of platform characteristics and the effects of typical exciting forces.

The goal of the measurement of the tractor ZTS 164 45 equipped with digital electrohydraulical control EHR-D BOSCH during ploughing with ploughs KUHN (4 bottoms) and 5 PHX 35 (5 bottoms) was to obtain time dependent states of pressure in the hydraulic system of the three point hitch of tractor. From the point of view of comparison of obtained results testing conditions were determinated with respect to physical and mechanical properties of soil such as soil volume mass, soil humidity, penetration resistance and shear resistance of soil. Beyond these measurements also measurements of operation parameters as a&nbsp;ploughing depth, ploughing width, working speed and fuel consumption were accomplished. The measured results of physical and mechanical properties of soil show big content of loam elements and stones in the soil. Simultaneously the measured results of the operation parameters of the ploughing sets confirmed that the ploughs KUHN and 5 PHX 35 are suitable for tractor ZTS 164 45. Based on the measured results there is a possibility to infer following conclusions: Control system of the three point hitch offers a reliable function. Hydraulic circuit is equipped by an improper distributor which causes pressure peaks which are corres-<br />ponding with safety valve adjustment. Hydraulic circuit has a&nbsp;low conductive resistance. Loading of tractor body is higher when using mounted plough than with semi mounted plough.

This paper presents the mechanical properties of soil. In order to determine the properties of soil under laboratory conditions, a special measuring device was constructed, viz. a bevameter. Two types of soil with different levels of moisture were examined and their mechanical properties were determined. Measurements were taken of non-compressed soil. A measuring network was set up, consisting of measuring and recording devices. In the course of measuring, the force and penetration depth of the pressing plate were recorded simultaneously. Three different diameters of pressing plate were used, namely 38, 50 and 70 mm. The pressure on the contact area was calculated after completion of the measurements, and the relationships between pressure and penetration depth were presented graphically.
