The study object - technological process of interference fits assembling is identified, the scheme with oil supply from the end face is adopted as the technological scheme. Technological pressing equipment is considered, its applicability for hydropress assembling is evaluated. The main aspects of hydropress joints assembling on a base of mechatronic press are established: increasing of assembling performance, its stability. Mathematical models and an algorithm that regulate the process of liquid friction and formation of an oil layer between the contacting surfaces of joint mating parts are developed. The basic requirements for the regulation channels of control system that ensure the quality of hydropress fits during automated assembling are established.

In this paper we consider the technological process of manufacturing micromechanical gyroscopes, the output of which is divided into cells of the crystal plate and each cell contains a fixed number of product elements. The estimation of structural similarity for measurements of technical characteristics of various devices is offered. A relatively large value of structural similarity assessment means that there is a dependence of the quality of the manufactured devices on the position on the crystal plate. This gives a good reason for further work to improve the quality of the process or to change the technological scheme as a whole. The article considers a numerical example based on a real sample of microelectronic products. The proposed method can be used both in the process of adjustment of the production process and in the rejection of products, when further configuration of the equipment is no longer possible.

Assessment of the quality of separation of hydrocarbon raw during its field preparation is necessary to determine the efficiency of the entire technological process of preparation. The absence of complex criteria for assessing the quality of separation for multi-stage processes does not allow one to obtain unambiguous solutions in justifying the process flow diagrams and equipment for separation. We have analyzed the typical technological scheme of separation of hydrocarbon raw materials and existing criteria for separation processes. It is proposed to use the criterion for a comprehensive assessment of the separation processes of hydrocarbon raw materials, allowing calculating the efficiency of the process, taking into account the possible production of intermediate fractions and their qualitative composition

In this article, a task of enhancement of the operational performance of modern sawing equipment, is set and solved. One of the necessary element thereof is to install scanners of presence of metal inclusions (metal detectors) on the feed line of bolt timber. In this article the control object under observation is the small sawing line based on two round-sawing machines KARA MASTER. It is proposed for the line that a classic technological scheme should be modified in a way the bolt timber, moving through a conveyor, to be passing an aperture of metal detector. In this article, the approach for algorithmization and programming of the control system is proposed to be SWITCH-technology and the corresponding area of programming, an automata-based programming. This technology, made a perfect showing for controlling of various objects, is proposed to be introduced for developing of models of typified technological process of small timber sawing. The relevance of this work is associated with the need to reduce the volume of water used by returning it to the start of the technological process. Thus, the work aims to improve the quality of the recycled water supply to petrochemical and oil refineries, in particular Atyrau Refinery LLP. This article provides data on purification of blowdown water by reverse osmosis method. A pilot reverse osmosis unit with a capacity of 600 l / h has been manufactured and a technological scheme for purification to standards that meet the requirements of make-up water has been developed, as well as a technical task for the design of industrial recycling water supply systems and appropriate recommendations have been provided.

A schematic structure of the adaptive control system is presented, the application of which will ensure the consistency of the quality of the surface layer of surfaces obtained by turning non-rigid parts. Refined mathematical models which describe patterns forming the radial component of the cutting forces and roughness of finish turning of steel 18NiCrMo5 are developed, thus forming the basis of a control algorithm of the presented adaptive control system.

The paper analyzes problems related to optimal selection and possible control of parameters of transport movements of the manipulator serving galvanizing and quenching baths. Evaluation of the acceleration and braking processes as well as minimization of the deflection during oscillations of the suspended loading are considered. Mathematical models of the transfer manipulator together with the loading unit were developed, which enable dynamic evaluation of transporting movements. Calculations of the dynamics of the model and simulations of the transfer process were performed. The obtained research results allow to improve the quality of the processing and reduce the emission of pollutions.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence between the Quality of Human Resources, Utilization of Information Technology and Internal Control System Against Timeliness of Village Government Financial Reporting at Gunungkidul Regency. This research is causative research. The population is the village government in Gunungkidul Regency, especially in Gedangsari subdistrict. Criteria of respondents in the study were to village and village apparatus. We use questionnaire to collect data. We use multiple regression with SPSS program version 16.0 to analyze data. We find that quality of human resources and internal control system have a positive influence on the timeliness of village government financial reporting. On the other hand, utilization of information technology does not influence the timeliness of village government financial reporting. These imply that the quality of human resources and internal control system can speed up the preparation of village government financial reporting.

This study implements the auto start control system on an electric motor 3 phase C4Feeding pump when the discharge pressure is low-low (4.3 kg /cm²). The C4 feeding pumpmotor was initially manually operated from the local control station, this was very ineffectiveand inefficient because it still relied on the field operator to operate the pump motor and whenthe plant was in normal operating it is very risk if the field operator late to operate motor then itwill impact to quality of the product, and if the delay time to operate motor is too long then planthave to shut down, therefore improvement is needed in the C4 feeding pump motor controlsystem. In this paper, various types of 3-phase motor control are explained which allow it to beapplied to the C4 feeding pump motor that are on-off, inverter, and variable speed drive andefficient selection of the three systems control of the motor. Software and hardware used in thisthesis work are DCS CENTUM VP Yokogawa.
