Modeling the processes of creating and improving production technologies is one of the most important tasks in the sphere of providing competitiveness for enterprises, branches and complexes in the strategic aspect. For the moment, the model Gartner’s Hype Cycle is used for the specified tasks, which describes changes in expectations from technologies in the course of a determined period of time from the moment when this technology appears to the moment of its complete development. At that, the results of analysis of literary sources on the explored theme speak about the lack of effective instruments for mathematical description of the process of developing and implementing production technologies in the practice of industrial enterprises. The given circumstance has validated the necessity of working out a mathematic model for the specified process; its elements should have a determined functional designation and it enables comparing the processes of development of different technologies.

The efficient sales policy of the machine building innovatively active enterprises is connected with its rational process financing. Optimal determination of innovative production distribution expenses is top-priority element to increase economic subject’s activity profitability and to increase its competitive positions at the market. Thus, planning of costs for innovatively active machine building enterprises sales has to be based on economic and rationally adaptive mathematic tools to industrial enterprises activity specific. Practical implementation of the mentioned task is possible owing to economic and mathematic model to plan costs for innovatively active enterprises production, which preconditions urgency of the given research. Besides the tools investigation is also urgent and it allows to foresee future expenses amounts for sales, demand for production and profit of the innovatively active industrial enterprise, behavior in future depending on market situation. The article deals with scientific and methodic approach to optimize distribution expenses of the innovatively active industrial enterprises in Ukraine. Economic and mathematic modeling methods allowed to formalize models to plan distribution expenses of innovatively active enterprise, demand and profits, that is prerequisite to form prognostications by proper directions. Practical implementation of the suggested scientific and methodic approach on the example of machine building enterprise in Ukraine results in confirmation of models correspondence and establishment of inefficiency to distinguish expenses. It gives evidence about necessity to optimize expenses of enterprise and to introduce active managerial decisions concerning its activity profitability growth

Aim. Studying of black nightshade young plants’ response to the induced mechanical stresses. Methods. Researches conducted in small plot fi eld experiments. Results. Change of sensitivity level of Solanum nigrum L. plants depending on phases of their development at the moment of damage of elevated parts has been proven. Owing to loss of the surface capable to photosynthesis, there is an essential decrease in volumes of photosynthesis at plants of weed survived and their possibilities of ontogeny passage. The deep induced dis- stresses reduce biological effi ciency of plants, their ability to accumulate weight and to form seeds and even lead them to death. Conclusions. The defi ned principles of response of weed plants to the induced mechanical dis-stresses are can be used for working out and ecological receptions of crops protection from weeds.

The article gives an overview, performs analysis and classification of successful managerial practices applied at Russian industrial enterprises in the framework of the national project “Labour productivity and employment support”. The paper emphasizes the main factors of labour productivity growth as follows: investment policy, growth of human capital, and efficient use of managerial capital of enterprise. In order to determine the need of enterprises to increase labour productivity, the author proposes four universal criteria that signal the existing inefficiency even before the loss of competitiveness: 1) the dynamics of labour productivity in the company is not positive during a given period; 2) the company is behind competitors by labour productivity indicator; 3) the company is behind competitors by labour productivity growth rates indicator for a certain period; 4) unit production costs rise. These criteria allow you to take into account the situation both within the enterprise and in comparison with other enterprises. Each criteria can be considered separately or in combination with the others, applied to enterprises of different industries, specialization, and scale. Criteria indicate the direction of development in which the company is experiencing difficulties at the moment, or may experience them in the future.

Soviet reactions to Western writings on the Soviet Union are as old as the Soviet regime itself. They are handled in an organized manner, with targets, delivery vehicles and gradation of response carefully coordinated and measured.Soviet response is, moreover, not solely connected to the perceived degree of offensiveness of the given Western work; in addition, such considerations as general relations between the USSR and the country from where the publication came, as well as political opportunities of the moment, are given even more importance than the committed “offense.”

Tourism is recognised as an important economic, social and cultural factor in modem societies. However, statisticians still face an enormous challenge when it comes to measuring the economic importance of tourism for given national economy. In his paper author examines the position of tourism in System of National Accounts (SNA-as presented in the version from 1993) and in European System of Accounts (acronym ESA, from 1995). He comes to the conclusion that is impossible to get the full answers on the importance of tourism for the given national economy within those frameworks. The main reason for such conclusion he has found in the fact that tourism is the multifacet activity, with difficult concept to define, let alone measure. He gets the proof for his conclusion comparing the different methodologies for defining who is the tourist, finding six different criterias in application at the moment. The results obtained are, of course, differing considerably, what makes them strictly incompatibles. The comparison of such data is for that reason difficult to make and the comparative results are of limited use. Author advocates a need to make on international level a Unified Tourism Economic Account (UTEA), covering the main activities of tourism sector. He regards the existing work by OECD and WTO as a good basis for further work. Only when majority countries would make UTEA, based on accepted methodology, could be the cross-country comparison made on scientific basis.

With the growing attention to smart buildings, local governments are seeking practical ways to optimize the energy consumption of commercial buildings. An ideal smart building is capable of monitoring its own energy consumption and adjusting the operation of electric devices, being lighting and air conditioners, based on the occupant behaviour. In this study, data had been obtained from the monitoring sensors in a commercial building located in the heart of Sydney from 2013 until 2020 on a 15-minute time intervals. The data derivation and analysis are intrinsically static at the moment which makes it difficult for building management to make instantaneous decision regarding the measures to be taken for a lower energy consumption. Using data analysis and visualization tools in Tableau, this study provides detailed insights about the trends in energy consumption in the given building. The outcomes facilitate the decision making for building management and can be seen as a milestone towards a dynamic optimization protocol in a bigger picture which is introduced in the second part of this study.

Introduction: The article presents data from literary sources and a statistical analysis of our own research on the nature, mechanism and prescription of kidneys injury in case of mechanical trauma and the absence of alcohol intoxication. The aim: To study the dynamics of changes in the histological parameters of the kidneys injured tissues in case of mechanical trauma depending on the prescription of injury. Materials and methods: The material of the study was the kidneys tissue of 48 males and females aged from 20-60 who died at known and unknown time in the presence and absence of alcohol in the blood. We used histological, histochemical methods, and carried out the analysis of results. Results: The obtained results showed that during the mechanical injury of kidneys there often developed a capsule and a parenchyma with hematoma in the area of injury. Our records showed that during the first 6 hours after injury, there appeared a hematoma in the center of the injury. Hemolysis of the erythrocyte particles was observed in the center of the hematoma. There were also isolated leukocytes and fibrin tissues closer to the edge of the hematoma. Conclusions: The obtained results indicate that there are several histological changes in the damaged kidneys tissues area which directly depend on the time which passed from the moment of injury.

Rosa Luxemburg's The Accumulation of Capital, which spurred intense discussion and debate from the moment of its publication in 1913, has taken on new resonance in light of the global expansion of capitalism, the destruction of indigenous cultures and habitats, and capital's reconfiguration of public and private space. No less important is a series of additional works by Luxemburg that address these themes, but which have received far less attention. These include her notes and lectures on pre-capitalist society that were composed as part of her work as a teacher at the German Social Democratic Party's school in Berlin from 1907-14 and her Introduction to Political Economy, which first led her to confront the problem delineated in The Accumulation of Capital. These writings shed new light on the contributions as well as the limitations of her understanding of the internal and external limits to capital accumulation, especially insofar as the ability of non-capitalist formations and practices to survive the domination of capital is concerned. Luxemburg's understanding of the impact of capitalism in undermining noncapitalist strata has crucial ramifications for working out a viable alternative to capitalism today.

In this article, the set of boundary conditions is defined for first and boundary value problems for the second approximation of Boltzmann’s system of one-dimensional nonlinear moment equations and their logic. For the second approximation of Boltzmann’s one-dimensional non-stationary nonlinear moment equations, which satisfies the Maxwell-Auzhan boundary condition, the theorem for the first boundary problem is considered and by proving this theorem, it is proved that there are only solutions to the given problems. It is known that in many problems of gas dynamics there is no need to describe the complete state of the gas by the function of microscopic distribution of molecules. Therefore, it is better to look for an easier way to describe the gas using macroscopic gas – dynamic variables (density, hydrodynamic average velocity, temperature) are determined in this rotations by the moments of the microscopic distribution function of the molecules, the author faced with the problem of analyzing the different moments of the Boltzmann equation. By studying the moment equations, the author obtained some information about the function of the microscopic distribution of molecules and the convergence of the moment method.

Traditional methods of teaching in medical high school of informatics as computer sciences and statistics as a section of high mathematics contradict to requirements of modern applied medicine and a medical science. A research objective is revealing of the reasons of the given discrepancy and its elimination ways. Similar discrepancy was revealed earlier by foreign researchers studying efficiency of the statistic school programs. The revealed laws appeared to be extended to a technique of teaching of statistics in a high medical school. Pursuing this aim the tests of educational achievements developed by the author were applied on the students of medical and biologic department of the Siberian State Medical Universirty that trained on specialities of “biophysics" and “biochemistry". The fundamental problem of statistical education is that symbols used by these science concern to the objects, which students still have to design. As a substantiation of this conclusion serves the ontosemiotical approach to working out of the maintenance of a course. In the article there are considered the approaches to the permission of the given contradiction, based on the experience of teaching of statistics in foreign schools and on the workings out of the author. In particular the conclusion about necessity of revision the tradition of using professional statistical packages and introduction of a special educational software. To working out the maintenance of a learning course it is offered to more widely apply the historical approach which concrete definition is represented by a principle of a guided reinvention.
