Research background: Technological changes are one of the reasons for the resizing of jobs. Demographic change is affecting the labour market, both locally and regionally. Thus, together with technological changes, they lead to changes in the level of education of graduates. The process is accentuated by globalization. There are changes in the labour market that require people with higher skills. Purpose of the article: For Romania, the analysis of the level of education of graduates at regional level, depending on the county, is presented in this article. In the paper, depending on the level of education, the evolution at county level of the number of graduates is presented. At the same time, the evolution of the total number of graduates for the levels of primary-secondary, vocational, high school, post-high school education, respectively for the level of university education, is analyzed. Methods: Thus, following the analysis, it is observed that, at national level, the number of graduates decreased. Also, for certain levels of education and only for some counties, the number of graduates has increased. Findings & Value added: The radiography performed is important for the regional needs’ analysis of the labour market. Thus, following the analysis, it was found that most graduates of tertiary education are from university centers: Bucharest, Cluj, Iași, Timiș. Graduates with a high level of knowledges, skills, and competencies have higher opportunities and abilities to identify and occupy a job.

Lifelong education does not seem to know any limits of age or scientifi c disciplines. For the most part, it could be perceived as an ongoing aspirationfor something new and diff erent. Furthermore, a society based on lifelongeducation can provide more stable environment for better future and betterquality of life. With relation to skills, abilities, support of primary and secondary environmenttogether with their dependence on fi nancial possibilities, individualmotivation and energy connected with ever changing needs of workplace, most people are bound to educate and acquire knowledge throughout theirentire life.Th e empirical part of my research task consists of a questionnaire (Appendix1) that was answered by 92 respondents, out of which 56 (60,9%) werefemale and 36 (39,1%) male. Considering the level of education, 12% ofrespondents had PhD, 30.4% of them acquired MA, 28.3% had professionaldegrees, 21.7 acquired associate degrees, 4.3% did not fi nish higher/university education, whereas 3.3% had secondary/high school educationonly. Average age of the respondents was 44.9 years. Th ey were chosen bythe method of random sampling, and submitted their answers via digitallyformedquestionnaire.

The general objective pursued is to describe and to relate the students’ reading anxiety, reading self-efficacy to their reading competency in the Vocational High School in Singaraja. The design applied is a quantitative research. There were 90 students recruited using cluster quota sampling. The data were gathered using scales and reading test. The obtained data were analyzed in two phases: descriptively and inferentially. Whereas inferentially, the data were analyzed using pair-wise correlation and multiple correlation technique. The findings show that: 1) the students’ reading anxiety is at high level while reading self-efficacy and reading competency are at the low levels; 2) the relations pair-wisely are negative and positive significantly correlated; and 3) the simultaneous or multiple relationships of the reading anxiety and reading self-efficacy to the students’ reading competency is proven to be significant (  =0.81; α =0.01).

This study aims to determine the reasons for conflict between the female and male students attending 11th grade at the vocational and technical Anatolian high school in Bağcılar, Istanbul in the school year of 2016-2017, and to understand whether such reasons significantly vary depending on sex, age, the field of study, the level of satisfaction with the field of study, academic achievement, level of education of parents and the level of income of the family. The study uses survey model. It was conducted on 339 subjects, consisting of 178 females and 161 males were selected by stratified sampling method. The study used, as data collection tool, “Scale of Reason of Conflicts Between Students” to determine the reasons for conflict between students. The data collected were analyzed for arithmetic mean, standard deviation and by using t test, Anova test and Kruksal Wallis analysis, employing SPSS package software. As shown by the results from the study, among the reasons for conflict between vocational high school students, the level of the reasons for conflict which is related to school and school administration is “low”, the level of those which is related to teachers and those which is related to self and other students is “high” while the level of these reasons combined is “moderate”. An examination of the reasons for conflict between vocational high school students showed that the teachers-related reasons for conflict have the highest values while the lowest values were for the school- and school administration-related reasons for conflict. The reasons for conflict between high school students do not significantly vary depending on the variables such as age, father’s level of education and level of income of the family while they significantly vary depending on the variables such as sex, field of study, the level of satisfaction with the field of study, academic achievement, mother’s level of education. Accordingly, it was revealed that there is a significant difference between the levels of the perceived reasons for conflict between female and male students, which is in favour of female students. The reasons for conflict perceived by the students studying in the field of social sciences is more positive than those perceived by the students studying in the field of sciences. The vocational high school students whose answer was “very satisfied” with the reasons for conflict were more positive than those whose answer was “not satisfied at all”. The vocational high school students who responded with the answer of “very successful” were more positive than those who responded with the answer of “very unsuccessful” in terms of reasons for conflict. The vocational high school students whose mothers are university graduates were more positive than those whose mothers are illiterate. Keywords: School, student, adolescent, vocational high school, reasons for conflict

Abstract Educational mismatch in labour markets is a phenomenon that has been widely analysed, mainly with respect to rising concerns about a possible oversupply of graduates. Like most European countries, the Czech Republic has experienced a boom in tertiary education in the last decade. The incidence and determinants of over- and undereducation vary substantially depending both on the mismatch measurement approach and the data source applied. Educational mismatch is also reflected in wage levels: overeducated workers have lower wages and undereducated workers have higher wages than workers with the same education whose jobs match their education level. Second, overeducated workers earn more and undereducated workers earn less than their co-workers with exactly the required level of education. The effects are qualitatively the same regardless of the data source and measurement approach applied, but their sizes differ slightly.

The lower Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) is considered the best clustering algorithm based on the criteria that yields a cluster set. The purpose of this research is to optimize the clustering results using DBI. The data sources used are the number of villages that have school facilities and the level of education is obtained from the government website (https://www.bps.go.id). The level of education in question is senior high school and vocational high school. The method used is k-means. The results show that from the number of clusters (k = 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) the optimal DBI for (k = 2) is obtained with a value of 0.168 for Measure Type = Mixed Measures. For the value of k = 2, a mapping of areas with L0 (low) = 31 province and L1 (high) = 3 provinces is obtained. The final centroids obtained for each cluster are L0 (315 and 155) and L1 (1710 and 1259). Based on the results of mapping by optimizing k-means and DBI, more than 90% of the villages still have school facilities, especially at the high school and vocational high school levels.
