The  mathematical model of the complex product motion along the lateral lines at the plate conveyers of the bottle lines is presented in the artcle. The experimental evaluation of the gained theoretical dependence is suggested.   The calculation results coordinate well with the modelling and experiment resuls.

The process of melt crystallization of the material in a twin-roll mold is considered. An adjoin of heat conduction through variable thickness of wall "rolls wall - hard layer" with a convective heat exchange from two sides problem important for the chemical industry is solved using Fourier method and Duhamel theorem. A theoretical dependence of the thickness of a frozen layer on the physical parameters of the melt and technological parameters of the crystallization process is obtained.

This article informs us about testing the theoretical dependence to calculate cone index re-garding the soil deformation module. Common methods of calculation tractive performance of wheeled mover do not allow to analyze the influence of the geometric parameters of wheeled mover,inner tire pressure, slip ratio, wheel load, as well as the physical and mechanical properties of forest soil on rolling resistance, net thrust and drawbar pull coefficient in complex.

In the estimation of intellectual level the adherents of the Binet-Simon scales still claim for it a predominant position (1). This type of code is empirically constructed, and relies on obtaining small samples of cognitive behaviour of widely different kinds (2). There is, however, another system of testing, diametrically opposed in principle to the Binet plan. This, which is sometimes styled the factorial principle, acknowledges its theoretical dependence on the well-known conceptions on Intelligence of Prof. Spearman (3). The factorial tests are specifically designed to measure the statistically determined “general factor” only. Both methods have their advocates and the theoretical advantages and disadvantages have been hotly debated. The theoretical aspect is not of concern in the present study however. This was undertaken to discover whether the Cattell series of scales—perhaps the most important factorial test series (4)—could be used with advantage to replace or supplement the Binet scales, e.g. the widely used Terman-Merrill Revision—in the clinical examination of adult defectives, who are mainly of high grade. The scales have been compared, in other words, from the point of view of clinical practice, rather than of scientific theory.

Purpose. Improvement of the quality of spreading seed of grain seeds by technologies with minimal tillage due to the theoretical based of the interconnection the range of the seeds sowing coulter by a mechanical roller-diffuser in the underpass space of and cultivator type coulter with this design parameters and technological modes. Methods. The research is based on analytical methods and mathematical modeling of agricultural machines and technological operations using the laws of mechanics. Based on the obtained theoretical dependencies, numerical simulation was performed on a computer, graphs were constructed using MathCAD. Results. The cultivator type coulter is developed for subsoil-spread sowing by technologists with minimal tillage with roller spreader in the under-floor space. From the seeding apparatus, the seed enters the socket of the coulter and through the roller-diffuser is distributed to the seed bed in the underpass space. For the studies, an equivalent circuit of the coulter and the trajectory scheme of the seed movement after descent from the roller of the diffuser with the most characteristic cases of movement of the seeds were developed: the seed falls immediately on the surface of the disk of the roller-diffuser; the seed falls on the conical surface of the roller-diffuser, slides on it to the disk, moves on it to the edge, and is sown after leaving the disk. Description of the movement of seeds on the conical surface of the roller-diffuser is made by the differential equation of relative motion in two coordinate systems. One inseparably linked to the cone is inertial and is located so that the ordinate axis is aligned with the axis of rotation of the working body, and the abscissa axis passes through the initial position of the seed on the cone, the second – non-inertial coordinate system is the axis of the natural trihedron , п, b. The solution of the system of differential equations of movement of seeds on the working surface of the cone of the roller-diffuser in the sub-space space of the cultivator-type coulter along the axes of the rectangular Cartesian coordinate system was obtained. According to the obtained theoretical equations, with the help of MathCAD program, plots of the sowing range of seeds by roller-diffuser, depending on the radius of initial hit on the roller at a speed of gradual movement of the seeder 2 m/s are constructed: when the seeds fall on the roller disk; when the seeds fall on the roller cone. Analysis of the graphs showed that the range of sowing seeds by roller-diffuser, depending on the radius of initial contact with the roller, varies from 0,005 to 0,011 m. Conclusions. Conclusions. The dependence of the relative speed of movement of seeds on the conical surface of the roller-diffuser from the modes of its operation is established. By specifying the beginning and end of the seedlings from the conical surface of the roller diffuser, as well as the speed of emergence at certain points, it is possible to determine the flight distance of the seeds from any point in the cone. Mathematical modeling of the technological process will allow to substantiate the geometrical parameters and technological characteristics of the cultivator type coulter. The article presents a theoretical justification for the diameter of the nozzle holes of a hollow frame installed inside the filter rotor of a centrifuge. A theoretical dependence on the definition of this diameter is obtained. When determining the diameter, it was found that it is necessary to take into account the number of nozzles located on the hollow frame. This will ensure uniform and high-quality flushing of the filter rotor of the centrifuge.

Abstract The features of approximation of empirical data by functional dependence with nonlinear parameters using the two-stage least squares method are considered in this paper. A method of simplified parameter estimation by constructing a new expression that depends on the parameters in a linear way is described. To obtain the final solution, the least squares estimation of the main dependence linearized in terms of parameters is performed. The influence of various forms of noise imposed on the theoretical dependence on the approximations is modeled.
