Abstract The paper discusses the effect of a newly developed complex feed additive Grainbiosorb used in complete feed on livability, age of first egg laying, egg productivity, and feed consumption for the production of 1 dozen eggs of laying quails of the Texas white broiler breed. The scientific experiment was carried out in the experimental vivarium of Krasnodar Research Centre for Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine according to the standard technique recommended by the Federal Scientific Center “All-Russian Research and Technological Institute of Poultry” of Russian Academy of Sciences, (Sergiev Posad, 2013). The developed complex feed additive Grainbiosorb consists of fermented brewer’s spent grain, a mineral sorbing complex and probiotic microorganisms. Brewer’s spent grain is pre-fermented with probiotic bacterial concentrate, consisting of lactic acid, and propionic acid microorganisms. The use of fermented brewer’s spent grain in combination with a mineral complex can solve the problems of metabolism, digestion, exposure to heavy metals and thereby increase productivity and contribute to obtaining safe poultry products. The livability of the quail population in experimental and control groups was the same and amounted to 90.0%. The quails of the first group laid the first egg at the age of 44 days, while the quails of the second group at the age of 42 days. Gross egg production for the period of the experiment per the initial laying quail and the egg production for the average laying quail increased in the experimental group relative to the control by 3.8%. The intensity of egg production in the experimental group increased by 2.3 abs. % relative to that in the control group. Feed consumption for the production of 1 dozen quail eggs decreased by 5.5% in the experimental group, relative to the control.

Aim. Study of the effectiveness of the use of the feed additive "Mega HenOn" in the training of chickens of an industrial herd of the cross "Highsex brown" under heat stress. Materials and Methods. Evaluation of the efficiency was carried out for 32 weeks on industrial chickens in the amount of 70 heads. During the experiment, the egg production of chickens (daily), feed costs, and the category of eggs were taken into account. To determine the quality characteristics of edible eggs, GOST 31654-2012 “Edible hen eggs. Technical conditions". Results. The studied additive had a positive effect on the egg productivity of chickens, both during heat stress and during normalization of the temperature regime. At the age of 47-50 weeks (June-July, the ambient temperature during the daytime increased to 38-40°C), egg production dropped sharply, and in the control group it was 79.03%, and in the experimental group, despite the decrease, it exceeded this indicator by 3.63%. At the age of 51-58 weeks (July-August, the increase increased to 36°C), the decrease in egg production continued, but in comparison with the previous period, there was a certain trend towards recovery, which amounted to 85.51%, exceeding the control by 2.22%. The studied feed additive, to some extent, neutralized the negative effect of heat stress on the body of birds. In general, over the period of the experiment, the egg-laying intensity in the experimental group was 89.1%, and in the control group - 87.09%. The cost of producing 10 eggs in the experimental group is 1.29 kg, which is 0.07 kg less than in the control group. The yield of eggs of the category "superior" and "selected" in the experimental group exceeded the control by 0.53 and 16.89%. The yield of eggs of the II category turned out to be higher in the control group and amounted to 29.56%, which is higher than in the experimental group by 13.73%. Conclusion. The use of the innovative “Mega HenOn” feed additive, in the diets of chickens during the heat stress period, contributed to a more complete realization of the genetic potential of birds, due to the stabilization of metabolic processes in the body of birds, an increase in egg production, a decrease in the yield of culling eggs and, as a consequence, an increase in the level of profitability by 2.38%.

Currently, there is a rapid development of commercial salmon farming in Russia, which has grown almost 3 times in terms of production since 2013 and exceeded 116 thousand tons in 2020. In turn, this requires the appropriate development of the feed base and the development of methods for the effective use of fairly expensive fi sh feed. From these positions the involvement of the feed additive “Vinivet”, which is a waste of beekeeping in the feed production for fi sh as a protein additive is relevant. The feed additive “Vinivet” contains bee products such as bee bread and slumgum, a significant complex of vitamins, amino acids, macro- and microelements. The purpose of the work was to assess the influence of the feed additive “Vinivet” on the livability of juveniles, growth rate and feed consumption of rainbow trout of Steelhead salmon breed when growing in a recirculating aquaculture system. For the experiment juveniles with an average juvenile weight of 2,37±0,72 g have been selected, from which the control and 3 experimental groups have been formed. The control group has received a standard starting compound feed as the main diet, the 1st experimental group in addition to the main diet has received the additive “Vinivet” in the amount of 2,5 % of the mass of the main diet, the 2nd experimental group has received 5,0 % of the additive, and the 3rd experimental group in the first week received 2,5 % of the additive, and from the second week of studies the dose of the additive was increased to 5 %. The conducted studies have shown that the inclusion of the feed additive “Vinivet” in the feed when growing juveniles of Steelhead salmon is most advisable by introducing it at the dosage of 2,5 % of the mass of the main diet in the first week of cultivation, followed by the increase in the dose to 5,0 %, which allows achieving the highest fi sh productivity of pools in the recirculating aquaculture system compared to all variants of the experiment and by 24 % compared to the control group.

In order to increase the meat productivity of broiler chickens, increase production volumes and reduce the prime-cost of poultry products, it is necessary not only to ensure balanced feeding and compliance with production technology but also to include in the poultry diet non-traditional additives, biologically active substances that contribute to the normalization of metabolic processes and improve the digestibility of feed nutrients. One of these dietary additives is Betulin extracted from birch bark, which has antioxidant and immunomodulatory properties. In this regard, the purpose of the research was to study the influence of compound feed with the introduction of 2 % feed additive based on a synthetic microspherical nanoporous carbon carrier containing biologically active Betulin in its composition on the productivity of broilers. The results of studies on broiler chickens using compound feed with 2 % feed additive have been presented in the article. It has been found that the feed consumption per 1 kg of live weight gain in poultry of the experimental group have been lower by 9,5 % due to better absorption of nutrients, the live weight of broiler chickens of the experimental group at the age of 42 days was 2625,6 g and it was higher than the control group by 3,68 %. The digestibility of crude protein and fat reached 92,73 and 88,03 %, which exceeded the control group by 1,03 and 3,03 abs.%, respectively. It has been found that the use of compound feed with 2 % of the feed additive with the biologically active substance is of practical importance in connection with the increase in the productivity of broilers and the level of profitability of meat production by 8,2 abs.%.

Poultry farming is one of the major branches of animal husbandry, which develops through concentration, specialization and intensification on the basis of poultry plants and poultry farms. The increase in production of eggs and poultry meat is based on a significant increase in the productivity of poultry with a simultaneous increase in its population with a high payment of feed by production and the increase in labour productivity. The purpose of the work was to study the influence of enzyme feed additives in the diets of laying hens on the quality of eggs. The researches have been carried out in PJSC “Poultry plant Chelyabinskaya”, which produces high-quality chicken eggs obtained from the poultry cross “Loman LSL-classic”. The object of study was enzyme drugs produced by Sunzyme – a multi-enzyme drug that includes xylanase, cellulase and mannase activities. The dosage of enzyme drugs in the feed mixture of laying hens was: Sunfyze 5000 – 80 g/t, Sunzyme – 100 g/t. The results of researches show that in the groups that received enzyme drugs in their diet, egg production was higher than in the control group. So, for the entire period of researches the hens of the experimental groups were significantly superior to the control group in terms of egg production per average laying hen. The largest difference was in hens of the 1st experimental group (enzyme drug Sunfyze) – 10,8 eggs; the smallest in hens of the 3rd group (enzyme drugs Sunfyze and Sunzyme) – 5,7 eggs. In hens of the 2nd experimental group compared with hens of the control group egg production was higher by 7,9 eggs. The best indicators of production efficiency have been obtained in the 1st experimental group of laying hens, which were fed with the enzyme feed additive Sunfyze to reduce the nutritional value of the diet according to the matrix.

The features of first-born cows’ nutritional behavior when feeding enzyme-probiotic preparations have been studied. To study the effect of probiotics based on the ruminants’ cellulolytic rumen bacteria, an experiment on a farm in the Vologda Oblast has been conducted. There were formed 3 groups of black-and-white first-born cows of 12 heads by the method of pairs-analogues, taking into account pedigree, mothers’ milk yield for the highest lactation, live weight, the number of milking days after calving and daily milk yield. The animals of the control group received the main diet, the cows of the I experimental group were additionally fed 50 g per 1 head per day of a feed additive based on cellulolytic bacteria of cow rumen, and the II experimental group were fed the same amount of an additive based on cellulolytic bacteria of deer rumen. The duration of feeding the additives was 90 days. The research found that the use of enzyme-probiotic preparations had a positive effect on the first-born cows’ nutritional activity and milk productivity level. The cows of the I and II experimental groups who received enzyme-probiotic preparations in addition to the main diet had higher indicators for the time spent on feed consumption in comparison with the control group — 8 and 25 minutes, respectively. The time spent on rumination was 12 minutes longer in the first group of experimental animals than in the control group; as a result, their food activity index was higher by 0.026 compared to the control group. The use of additives contributed to an increase in the milk productivity of cows of the I and II experimental groups, compared with the control group, by 207 and 151 kg. The obtained results confirm the positive effect of enzyme-probiotic preparations when feeding cows, as they help to increase their nutritional activity and milk productivity.

Compound feed are subject to requirements for their composition, since they use several types of grains that contain anti-nutritive substances that reduce the digestibility and use of nutrients. One of the tasks of domestic poultry farming is to reduce losses by increasing the digestibility and accessibility of feed. Among the most effective ways to solve this problem is to add enzymes to the feed of poultry. The inclusion of enzyme drugs in the composition of compound feed contributes to the inactivation of anti-nutritive substances, which contributes to an increase in the coeffi cient of digestibility of nutrients. The purpose of the work was to establish the feasibility and eff ectiveness of the enrichment of compound feed used in the production technology of chicken eggs with mixtures of enzyme drugs of domestic production of Amylosubtilin G3x, Cellolux-F and Protosubtilin G3x. Three groups of laying hens with 57 heads in each have been formed: a control group and two experimental groups. The duration of the experiment was 420 days. Laying hens of the control group have been received farm compound feed depending on their age. Laying hens of the 1st experimental group have been received compound feed of the control group enriched with the enzymes Amylosubtilin G3x and Cellolux-F depending on the age. In the compound feed of laying hens of the 2nd experimental group enzyme drugs were additionally introduced depending on the age Amilosubtilin G3x and Protosubtilin G3x. Higher egg production rates have been observed in the 1st experimental group – 357,81 eggs, which was 6,48 % higher than in the control group and 1,84 % higher than in the 2nd experimental group. The weight of eggs of laying hens of the 1st experimental group was 1,85 g or 2,97 % more, and the 2nd experimental group was 0,7 g or 1,12 % more than in the control group. The diff erence between the egg weight in laying hens of the 1st and 2nd experimental groups was 1,85 % or 1,15 g. The lowest feed consumption of 1,37 kg for the production of 10 eggs was in the laying hens of the 1st experimental group, which was less than the indicator of the control group by 10,94 and by 4,2 % than in the 2nd experimental group.

The feasibility of using the complex mineral and vitamin feed additive “Nadezhda” in the rations of lactating first-calf heifers of Black-and-White breed has been examined in the article. It has been established that feed contain a low content of elements such as calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sulfur, manganese, copper, zinc and cobalt. The ratio of nutrients and minerals, the degree of their availability for assimilation by the body does not provide their need. The use of the complex mineral and vitamin feed additive contributed to an increase in the milk productivity of first-calf heifers and the quality of milk, feed consumption per unit of production. All tested recipes of the complex mineral and vitamin feed additive, which have different versions of macro-, microelements and vitamins in their composition had a positive effect on the metabolic processes in the body of animals. For the production of 1 kg of milk in the experimental groups of cows less metabolic energy was spent by 5,09 (P < 0,05) and 8,06 % (P < 0,05), respectively, raw protein by 5,19 and 8,19 % (P < 0,05), digestible protein by 5,12 (P < 0,05) and 8,15 % (P < 0,05) compared with the animals of the control group. At the same time from the cows of the 1st experimental group have been received more milk by 151,6 kg in the amount of 2489 rubles, from the 2nd experimental group by 250,6 kg of milk in the amount of 4248,0 rubles. The prime cost of production of 1 kg of milk in cows of the 1st experimental group in comparison with the animals of the control group decreased by 0,72 rubles, and the 2nd experimental group by 1,21 rubles. The level of profitability of milk production in cows have been fed with additive recipe No. 1, in comparison with the animals of the control group increased by 3,71 abs.%, recipe No. 2 by 9,91 abs.%.

The aim of the studies was to conduct a veterinary-hygienic assessment of changes in the eggs productivity of laying hens, after the use of the “Prinarovskaya supplement of fish (DKR)” in their main diet, which is a homogeneous dry mass made from chilled river fish, by-products of fish processings, as well as grain products (wheat bran). The method of production of the additive in-cludes the following steps: grinding, cavita-tion heating and subsequent drying of the resulting mixture. The studied supplement contains a number of amino acids, vitamins and minerals, etc. The object of the study were laying hens of the LomannLsn-Classic breed at the age of 131 days. “Prinarovskaya DKR” were introduced into the diet of ex-perimental laying hens: of the 1st experi-mental group 8 g of “Prinarovskaya DKR” were introduced per 100 g of the main ration (RR); The 2nd experimental group - 6 g. DKR to main ration; 3rd experimental group - 4 g. DKR to main ration; the control group was fed only main ration - feed PK1-1G_1227 (GOST: R 51851-2001). A veteri-nary-hygienic assessment of the quality of eggs, obtained from laying hens, when feed-ing a new feed additive “Prinarovskaya” was carried out. We kept daily records of laid eggs by groups, the period of the beginning of oviposition. The egg production were calculated of the initial and middle laying hens , the egg production intensity for 120 days. To assess egg productivity, the weight of laid eggs, the egg mass for a certain peri-od of egg laying, and the feed costs per 10 laid eggs were determined. Organoleptic, physical, and chemical methods were used to evaluate egg quality. Egg mass is an important indicator of egg nutrition. GOST 31654-2012 "Food eggs. Technical conditions ”, as well as the requirements for chicken hatching eggs, the minimum weight of food and hatching eggs (45 g) is indicated, below which the imple-mentation and incubation of eggs is not rec-ommended [1]. In studies, the following indicators were taken into account: large and small diameter of eggs, egg density, egg shape index of laying hens of different groups. To assess the state of the internal contents of the egg after opening, the follow-ing indicators were taken into account: pro-tein mass, yolk mass, shell mass, egg vol-ume. An external examination of the eggs as-sessed the condition of the shell, the pres-ence of cracks, growths and depressions. The study indicates a positive effect of the feed additive "Prinarovskaya" on the egg produc-tivity of birds in all periods of egg laying

Abstract Research has been carried out on the use of the symbiotic “Rumimaster” in balanced diets of highly productive cows in the conditions of the breeding plant “Kirovskaya meadow-bog experimental station”. The experiment was carried out on two groups of animals in the middle of lactation with a duration of 90 days. The inclusion of the feed additive “Rumimaster” in the diet of experienced cows contributed to an increase in the gross production of natural and 4% fat milk by 124.5 kg and 128.4 kg, the yield of milk fat and milk protein by 5.2 and 4.1 kg, respectively. … The differences between the groups for these parameters were in the range of 5.1-5.7%. The productivity of cows for 305 days of lactation in the experimental group was higher than in the control by 7.5%. The symbiotic “Rumimaster” promoted the activation of digestion processes, which was reflected in the increase in the time of feed consumption and the duration of the chewing gum. The cows of the experimental group showed an increase in the level of digestibility of the main nutrients. In terms of the digestibility of crude protein and crude fiber, the experimental group of cows significantly exceeded the indicators of the control group by 3.3 and 3 absolute percent, respectively. The blood biochemical parameters of the animals of the experimental and control groups were within the physiological norm. The economic evaluation of the research results showed the effectiveness of the use of the symbiotic “Rumimaster” in the diets of lactating cows, which was expressed in the receipt of additional profit from one cow in the amount of 1,344.79 rubles for the period of experience and an increase in the profitability of milk production by 2.1 absolute percent.

At the present time of the development of industrial poultry farming, the main tasks are to increase the productivity of poultry, reduce production costs and improve its quality. Under practical conditions, there is a shortage of minerals in compound feed for poultry, which leads to a violation of metabolism in the body, slowing down growth and development, deterioration of the work of organs and systems, a decrease in productivity and its quality, and an increase in the prime-cost of production. The purpose of the research was to study the effectiveness of the use of the feed additive “Toxinon” in feeding of replacement young chickens and laying hens. The research has been carried out under the conditions of OOO “Bogotolskaya Poultry Farm” in the Bogotolsky area in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Comprehensive studies have been conducted to study the effect of the feed additive “Toxinon” on the growth and development, productivity and metabolism of replacement young chickens and laying hens of the industrial herd of the cross “Haysex brown”. The influence of different dosages of the feed additive “Toxinon” on the growth rate, livestock livability, digestibility and use of feed nutrients, egg productivity, egg quality, hematological and biochemical blood parameters of replacement young chickens and laying hens has been studied. The laying hens of the 3rd experimental group were distinguished by the highest egg productivity during the experiment period, which exceeded the control group in terms of the gross number of eggs by 6,4 %, the intensity of egg production by 5,02 abs.%, egg weight by 3,0 % (P > 0,95), the yield of egg mass on the average laying hen by 9,12 %. At the same time, expenditures of feed in the 3rd experimental group have decreased compared to the control group by 7,3 % for 10 eggs, by 9,2 % for 1 kg of egg mass. It has been found that in feeding replacement young chickens and laying hens, the most effective use of the feed additive “Toxinon” in the dosage of 0,25 % of the weight of the feed mixture (2,5 kg/ton of feed).
