Abstract This study aims to examine the influence of system quality, information quality, and service quality of the lecturer at Malang State University. This study will also investigate the effect on user satisfaction and its impact on net benefits for users of UM Information System Expenses. This study applies a modification of the information system success model from DeLone & McLean. The model is analyzed by modeling the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on components or variants (component based) that are popular with Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS version 3.2.8. The results of this study are expected to be adopted as input and consideration in developing, improving, and improving the performance of the UM BKD information system. The research design used in this study is quantitative research. Respondents in this study were 93 UM PNS lecturers who were actively teaching. The questionnaire was online distributed by accessing the page provided. The results showed that there was a positive but not significant effect between system quality, information quality, and service quality on the use of the BKD system. However, there is a positive and significant influence between system quality, information quality, and service quality on the BKD system user satisfaction, between the uses of the BKD system on net benefits, and between the satisfaction of the BKD system users on net benefits. The implementation of BKD UM information system can be declared successful because there is a positive correlation between variables.

Purpose This study uses the travel industry as the research context and investigates online–offline integration between the different business entities of hoteliers and online travel agencies (OTAs). The purpose of this paper is threefold: first, to examine cooperation between hotels and OTAs; second, to examine how online and offline satisfaction increase behavioral intentions toward online and offline channels; and third, to investigate the factors that increase online and offline satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach To investigate customers’ behavioral intentions toward online and offline channels, the authors collected 241 data points from ten hotels from four well-known chains. The partial least squares structural equation modeling approach was used to test the research model and the 13 hypotheses. Findings The results show that system quality, information quality and service quality of OTA websites increase online satisfaction. Online satisfaction further increases behavioral intentions toward online channels but has no significant effect on offline satisfaction and behavioral intentions toward offline channels. Emotional value and social value offered by hotels increase offline satisfaction. Offline satisfaction further increases behavioral intentions toward online and offline channels. Finally, behavioral intentions toward online channels indeed reinforce behavioral intentions toward offline channels. Originality/value Some prior studies have focused on the effects of offline channels on online channels, whereas others have examined the influences of online channels on offline channels. However, in previous studies, the online and offline channels were both owned by the same business entities. To the best of the authors’ knowledge, this study is the first to examine how online and offline channels belonging to different business entities can work together to increase customer intentions.

The current pandemic has disrupted the implementation of training at the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP). The training, which is usually done face-to-face, turns into online training (e-learning). The Apparatus Education and Training Center, which originally this year had the target to train Marine and Fisheries apparatuses online, as many as 1080 people changed to 2700 KKP ASN. A budget allocation of approximately 60% was distracted for handling covid-19 so that more training was carried out online using the e-Milea application. E-Milea (electronic millennial learning) is an e-learning training platform developed by the BDA KKP in providing education and training for the development of KKP ASN competencies. Based on these problems, this study aims to analyze the implementation of the e-learning training system on e-Milea user satisfaction. The system quality, information quality, and service quality variables are independent variables and the dependent variable in this study is user satisfaction. The hypothesis tested using Structural Equation Modeling with a total sample of 97 e-Milea users of Entrepreneurship Training Class 2 and 3. The results showed that the system quality, information quality, and service quality had a significant positive effect on user satisfaction. If the CTF can improve the e-learning training system, user satisfaction will also increase. This requires controlling the quality of the system, information, and services so that user satisfaction will be maintained.

Purpose As technology integration in auditing continues to grow, it is important to understand how auditors perceive connections between use of generalized audit software (GAS) and audit benefits. Design/methodology/approach The DeLone and McLean information systems success model (2003) is adapted with audit-related uses of GAS as antecedents to information quality. Survey data on 188 current users of GAS, who are financial and IT auditors, is analyzed with partial least squares method. Findings For financial auditors, detecting material misstatements antecedent is the only significant indicator of information quality for GAS. For IT auditors, detecting control deficiencies and fraud significantly impacts information quality. Information quality influences use for both auditors; however, it only influences satisfaction with GAS for financial auditors. System quality impacts GAS satisfaction for only IT auditors and has no impact on GAS use for either type of auditor. Service quality influences use of GAS for financial, but not IT auditors. For both groups, service quality has no impact on satisfaction with GAS, and GAS use and satisfaction with GAS positively increases their perceptions of audit benefits. Originality/value Financial and IT auditors who use GAS are both focused on matching GAS use with their primary audit objectives. Results suggest that as GAS use increases, system quality may be important to satisfaction. Training should first focus on the usefulness of GAS to the audit to increase extent of use. Lastly, the more auditors use GAS and are satisfied with it, the greater their perception GAS contributing directly to benefit the audit.

Retaining users and curbing their switching behavior are critical issues for mobile stores. Drawing on the push-pull-mooring (PPM) model, this research identified the factors affecting user switches between mobile stores. The push factors include dissatisfaction with system quality, information quality and service quality. The pull factor is alternative attractiveness. The mooring factors include switching costs and social influence. The results indicated that user switches receive influences from all three kinds of factors. Hence mobile stores need to be concerned with the effects of push, pull and mooring factors in order to curb users' switching behavior.
