The aims of this research is to improve students’ ability in develop- ing a proposal thesis by applying critical review of scientific articles come from journals. The research is designed by class action research. The results showed 63% of students thesis proposals on Research Methodology course scored above 80. Based on the results obtained it can be concluded that the application has been critical review or critical study of scientific articles can enhance students’ ability in preparing research proposals.

The development of social media raises a problem related to social change authorities such as thinking paradigms, social behavior, and religious models. This article aims to criticize the development of religious teachings found on social media. The method used is descriptive-critical by using the authority theory Abou El Fadl to assess and analyze the development of religious models in social media while transmission theory to find the authenticity of religious teachings. The result is known that the development of religious models on social media does not display scientific transmission. Religious developments that exist in social media tend to be textual-dogmatic in style, thus impacting on a stagnant religious attitude. The importance of this article is to provide a critical review of the development of religious knowledge found on social media. The critical study lies in the aspect of substance (material) or aspects of transmission (narrator). The authenticity and the development of religious teachings on social media can be known.

Just after the sad demise of Prophet ,صلى الله عليه وسلمhis companion’s initiated using a very cautious behavior in writing the commentaries of "Quran". They would present only those commentaries of "Quran" which they would listen from the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلمeither directly or indirectly; or they would have seen the circumstances of the revelation of a verse by themselves in person or that which would have dawned upon them by the way of a verdict and derivation. However, the commentators of the later eras did not take into consideration this cautiousness. Due to this very reason, all those Quran and Sunna's commentary related traditions reported from them, a great amount of weakness is found in the same. This weakness, causes a great defect in the comprehension of (religion). Consequently, the " "ائمہof the critical study of the Hadith etc while criticizing it, have not only disclosed their weakness but rather they have added a term of " "ضعيفweak Hadith narrators and untrustworthy narrators in the Islamic literature. In this Article, a critical review of the sayings of the ""ائمہجرح وتعديل having deliberated on the authenticity of the references of the commentators of the early ages (of Islam), is being presented.

Abhayanga is one of the foremost massage maneuvers mentioned in the Ayurvedic texts like Brihattrayi and Laghutrayi. It is the oldest technique for healing, preventing diseases and promoting health. It has been included in the Dinacharya and also as the treatment measure for a variety of diseases. It is also a part of the pre-therapeutic procedures of Panchakarma. Abhyanga improves blood circulation (arterial as well as venous), lymphatic flow and thus offers nourishment to the body cells. It not only de-stresses the whole body but also strengthens the nervous system, improves blood circulation, removes toxins and improves the overall well-being of the person. Besides offering an immuno-modulatory action, it improves the quality of life thus benefitting the persons of all the ages. The ancient Ayurvedic literature as well as modern references was referred to have a critical study of the classification of massage; to compare between Abhyanga and Massage; to study the mode of action according to Ayurvedic and modern view. This being the Bahiparimarjana Chikitsa plays a vital role in improving the quality of life, thus fulfilling the basic motto of Ayurveda. Modern studies have proven that, Abhyanga has potential psychogenic and physiologic benefits. It can certainly be said that Abhyanga, “Adds life to years” rather than “Years to life” and thus bears a strong contemporary relevance. This review article is meant to have a critical review of Abhyanga with special reference to its contemporary relevance.

ABSTRAK Maraknya tingkat kekerasan dalam rumah tangga menyebabkan penderitaan bagi korbandan karena dapat menimbulkan taruma yang berkepanjangan dan untuk memulihkannyaperlu adanya tindakan rehabilitasi dan untuk itu perlu diberikannya sanksi yang tegasbagi pelaku. Karena dengan pemberian hukuman memberikan perlindungan danpenegakan hukum terhadap hak perempuan, sesuai dengan ketentuan undang-undangNomor 23 Tahun 2004 tentang penghapusan kekerasan dalam rumah yaitu melindungiakan hak asasi perempuan. Rumusan dari masalah ini bagaimana telaah kritis upaya daripenegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana terhadap kekerasan dalam rumah tangga.Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui penegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana kekerasandalam rumah tangga, sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dimanadidasarkan pada konsep, asas, dan teori serta pertauran perundangan dan juga literaturyang berkaitan dengan telaah kritis terhadap upaya penegakan hukum dari tindak pidanaterhadap kekerasan dalam lingkup rumah tangga, dan hasil dari pemelitian (temuan)bahwa penegakan hukum dapat dilaksanakan jika menerapkan sanksi yang berat sepertihukuman seumur hidup kepada pelaku jika akibat perbuatannya menimbulkan luka beratbagi korban, kesimpulannya bahwa efektivitas dari penegakan hukum itu sendiridipenggruhi oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu dari hukum itu sendiri, penegak hukum, saranadan juga fasilitas, masyarakat dan kebudayaan. Kata Kunci : penegakan hukum, tindak pidana, rumah tangga ABSTRACT The rampant level of domestic violence causes suffering for victims because it can causeprolonged trauma and to restore it is done by rehabilitation measures for victims as well asproviding strict sanctions for perpetrators. Because the provision of punishment providesprotection and law enforcement for women's rights, in accordance with the provisions of lawnumber 23 of 2004 concerning the elimination of violence in the home that is protecting thehuman rights of women. The formulation of this problem is a critical study of lawenforcement efforts against domestic violence. The aim is to find out the law enforcement ofdomestic violence, while the method used is normative juridical which is based on concepts,principles, theories and regulations as well as literature relating to critical review of lawenforcement efforts on violence in the home stairs, and get the results of research (findings)that law enforcement can be implemented if applying severe sanctions such as lifeimprisonment to the offender if the consequences of his actions cause serious injuries to thevictim, the conclusion that the effectiveness of law enforcement itself is influenced by several factors, namely from law itself, law enforcement, facilities and also facilities, society and culture. Keywords: law enforcement, crime, household

Story Telling has been one of the most effective methods not in teaching only, but rather it is also the best instrument for preaching and indoctrination. Preaching Islam or "Da'awah wa Al-Irshad" is a great religious obligation as it is evident from its teachings. This object in view, Quran has very vehemently emphasized on this compulsory component of Islam as to awake the Muslims to strictly abide by the Islamic teachings and persuade the non-Muslims to embrace Islam as being the best religion. Keeping in view its importance, the Holy Quran has narrated several stories of different Prophets (AS) and other nations to make people learn from the same and improve their methods of "preaching". Panchakarma forms an integral part of the holistic system of medicine, Ayurveda. Not only the body purification procedures but also the pharmaceutical preparations affect the outcome of Panchakarma therapy. Although Panchakarma and Rasashastra are not included in the Ashtanga Hridaya, their utility is found in all the eight branches. This article deals with the Rasadravyas meant for Panchakarma procedures like Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya, Abhyanga, Dhuma, Lepa etc. To have a critical review of Herbomineral drugs and their Pharmaceutical Application with special reference to Panchakarma. The ancient Ayurvedic literature as well as modern references was searched to have a critical study of the herbomineral drugs, their pharmaceutical preparations, Panchakarma procedures, rationale of using Rasadravyas in Snehakalpanas, classical as well as the traditional dosage forms. Also the selection of formulations according to Dosha- Pradhanya, Vyadhi-Pradhanya (Pradhana/ Mridu Shodhana), Shamana, Brimhana and Rasayana has been discussed at length.
