Fulvia fulva, the agent of leaf mould, is known to be a major parasite of tomato leaves in greenhouses. Its development is characterized by a biotrophic phase followed by a necrotrophic phase. Hansfordia pulvinata is a hyperparasite of this pathogen, but its destructive action is restricted by its inability to colonize F. fulva during the biotrophic phase, before lesion formation. An integrated system to optimize the mycoparasitic activity of H. pulvinata was studied. The hyperparasite was tolerant to fosetyl-Al in situ. At a minimal concentration of 500 mg/L, the fungicide inhibited F. fulva spore germination after spraying on tomato leaves but did not have any effect during the necrotrophic phase. Thus, fosetyl-Al, which prevented reinfection, and the destructive hyperparasite H. pulvinata had complementary effects. Key words: Hansfordia pulvinata, fosetyl-Al, Fulvia fulva, integrated control, leaf mould, tomato.

Peat flows, bog flows, or bog bursts consist of a rapid downhill movement of masses of saturated peat. Although this process has been documented from peatlands in other parts of the world, the slope movement described here is the first to be reported from Canadian peatlands. The peat flow took place on the east coast of Kaien Island, near Prince Rupert, British Columbia, and was initiated by a slump in a peat spoil pile. It involved the sudden mobilization of a strip of in situ peat 210 m long and approximately 20 m wide. The peat was fibrous, rich in roots, and had a moisture content of approximately 240%. The flow demonstrates the high potential mobility of natural peat covers and the role of undrained loading in effecting movement of slopes as low as 5°. Key words: peat, flow slide, peat flow, northeast British Columbia.

Despite the advantages of in situ model studies, in vitro models are most important to provide insight into the mechanism of dental caries, the mechanisms of fluoride action, and profile screening. In this reaction paper following Dr. White's review, the emphasis is, first, on the role of mobile fluoride (FL) in fluoride efficacy, the formation of "CaF2-like" material as fluoride reaction product, and on fluoride reaction product localization. Second, mineral assessment techniques are discussed. Finally, the main differences between caries lesion formation in vitro and in situ are considered.

The objective: analyse the effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment for early cervical cancer. Materials and methods. Analysed 107 cases of women’s disease on CIN ІІІ, cancer in situ, they were on treatment in National cancer institute and Kyiv dictrict cancer dispensary from 2010 till 2015 years. Results. Diagnosed percent relapse CIN ІІІ, cancer in situ contain 4.57% uninvasive and invasive form – 0.94%. Conclusion. According diagnostic CIN ІІ and CIN ІІІ is recommended to do treatment conization and dynamic dispensary observation. Are making complex program of infection HPV16, 18. In appering of margins resection some elements of tumor after wider conization by forms of cancer in situ. Many of expansive burns in cervical glands, in making of reproductive function, going disease (nodel leiomyoma of corpus uteri etc). In perspective is accept the notion of looking after and screening research of considering infection HPV16, 18 on CIN І, CIN ІІ. Key words: cervical cancer, сancer in situ, CIN І–ІІІ, diagnostic, treatment, conization.

The article investigates the role of communicative-functional approach in the translation of scientific and technical literature, when the translation itself is seen as a tool to accomplish purposeful activity of communicators, representatives of different interlingual groups. In practical terms, the difficulties of translating scientific and technical texts are due to the peculiarities of scientific style, insufficient understanding of the terminology of a particular field of knowledge, which complicates the choice of adequate translation solutions. In this context, an important role is played by the translation strategy, where the communicativefunctional approach dominates. The translation is implicitly included in the communication structure between the author and the recipient. The relevance of the article is determined by the necessity of studying the problems of scientific and technical literature translation, taking into account the current realities of interlanguage information exchange. Key words: communicative-functional approach, interlingual communication, translation, structure

Summary: The article deals with the analysis of the interpretational field of the basic lexical units which represent the meaning of the concept “woman” in English and Kyrgyz languages and cultures. Comparative – contrastive analytical data of the most frequently used in both languages variants of the interpretation of the concept “woman” have been given. The semantic fields of nuclear and nearnuclear meanings of the lexical units, transforming the notion of “woman” in English and Kyrgyz languages and also the place and role of these notions in cultures and philosophy of the nations on the basis of mentality and traditional values have been studied and described. The situations of the use of this or that variant of the meaning of lexical unit. A comparative study of the definitions of the word “woman’ in English and Kyrgyz languages have been given. Bioavailability is herein defined as the accessibility of a substrate by a microorganism. Further, bioavailability is governed by (1) the substrate concentration that the cell membrane “sees,” (i.e., the “directly bioavailable” pool) as well as (2) the rate of mass transfer from potentially bioavailable (e.g., nonaqueous) phases to the directly bioavailable (e.g., aqueous) phase. Mechanisms by which sorbed (bio)surfactants influence these two processes are discussed. We propose the hypothesis that the sorption of (bio)surfactants at the solid-liquid interface is partially responsible for the increased bioavailability of surface-bound nutrients, and offer this as a basis for suggesting the development of engineered in-situ bioremediation technologies that take advantage of low (bio)surfactant concentrations. In addition, other industrial systems where bioavailability phenomena should be considered are addressed.
