In order to satisfy the increasing energy demand and deal with the environmental problem caused by the conventional energy vehicle; the new energy vehicle (NEV), especially the electric vehicle (EV), has attracted increasing attention and the corresponding research has developed rapidly in recent years. The electric vehicle requires a battery with high energy density and frequent charging. In order to ensure high performance of the electric vehicle; the reliability of its charging system is extremely important. In this paper; an overview of the research on electric vehicle charging system reliability from 1998 to 2017 is presented from a bibliometric perspective. This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the current research climate and the emerging trends from the following four aspects: basic characteristics of publication outputs; including annual publication outputs and document types; collaboration analysis of countries/territories; institutions and authors; co-citation analysis of cited authors and cited references; co-occurrence analysis of subjects and keywords. By using CiteSpace; the collaboration relationship; co-citation and co-occurrence networks are shown clearly. According to the analysis results; studies in this research field will keep developing rapidly in the near future and several future research directions are proposed in the conclusions.

Because of the energy crisis and environment deterioration, there is a general consensus about the development of new energy vehicle especially electric vehicle in the world. The development of electric vehicles has brought new challenges to the distribution network. The charging strategy, the location planning of electric vehicle charging stations and sizing, the coordination planning between electric vehicle and the distribution grid depends on the future development scale electric vehicles and charging load forecasting. Because there is a certain distance from commercial operation in china, the prediction theory and method of the electric vehicle development scale and charging load are not mature. By using the method of artificial neural network to establish the development scale and charging load forecasting model of electric vehicle. The model is proved its correctness through an example of the electric vehicle scale and charging load forecasting of Kunming, a big city in West China. The paper provides a new way for future development scale and charging load forecasting to electric vehicle of China.

The analysis and control of powertrain systems of electric vehicle, which is an important type of new energy vehicle, have been the focus of extensive research, but determining the motor modeling parameters remains a problem. A method of parameter determination for brushless DC motor modeling based on vehicle power performance was developed in this study. The power and torque of the driving motor of an electric vehicle were obtained by using the dynamic equation of the electric vehicle to satisfy the requirements of power performance. The ranges of the back electromotive force coefficient and the winding inductance were derived from the voltage and dynamic equations of brushless DC motor, which were deduced from the expected power and torque of the motor. The modeling parameters were then determined on the basis of the influence of power source voltage, back electromotive force coefficient, winding inductance, and winding resistance on vehicle power performance. A hardware-in-loop simulation of vehicle power performance was performed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. Results indicate that the maximum vehicle velocity is 172 km/h, and the acceleration time of 100 km/h is 13 s, which reveal that the motor modeling parameters obtained with the method satisfy relevant requirements.

Electric vehicles are the future. All countries around the world are promoting the construction of new energy vehicles. China is one of the big countries that even set a goal to achieve 100% electric car in 2050. Recently, China’s new energy vehicles appear spurt growth phenomenon, and countless manufacturers frantically expand their turf into the electric vehicle competition. Among many manufacturers, BYD and Tesla, as the two major brands in China, are in fierce competition. In this paper, consumers’ purchasing preferences are investigated through a questionnaire survey, and the current product characteristics of different new energy vehicle companies are also analyzed. Besides, the advantages and disadvantages of Tesla and BYD are mainly analyzed by comparing the marketing strategies. This paper aims to find the development direction and marketing strategies of future new energy vehicles.

New energy vehicles(NEV) as a new thing for sustainable development, in China, on the one hand has faced the rapid expansion of the market; the other hand, for the new NEV users, the current NEVs cannot keep up with the degree of innovation. This paper demonstrates the reasons for the existence of this systematic challenge, and puts forward the method of UX research which is different from the traditional petrol vehicles research in the early stage of development, which studies from the user's essence level, to form the innovative product programs which meet the needs of users and being real attractive.

Exhaust pollution and energy crises are worsening worldwide. China has become the largest motor vehicle producer; thus, promoting the use of new energy vehicles (NEVs) in China has important practical significance. In this paper, considering the limited rationality of governments, NEV enterprises and consumers, we study the subsidy policy of the China NEV market using the evolutionary game and system dynamics (SD) methods. First, a tripartite evolutionary game model is developed and the replicator dynamics equations and Jacobian matrix are obtained. A SD simulation of the model was conducted to further clarify the impact of the initial market proportion and three variables used in the model. The results show that the initial market proportion affects the evolution speed but does not affect the evolution result when the three group players all choose a mixed strategy. For governments, they should not hastily cancel price subsidies provided to consumers; rather, they should dynamically adjust the rate of the subsidy decrease and increase the consumers’ extra cost for purchasing fuel vehicles (FVs). NEV enterprises should appropriately increase their investments in the research and development (R&D) of NEVs.
