Regression analysis techniques were applied to an estimation of three-dimensional surfaces representing the growth of Fomes pini as a function of time and temperature. These methods were judged to be valuable in their economy of data and in their provision of readily available plotting points for any desired cross section of the surface. The growth pattern of F. pini taken from Douglas fir was distinct from that of the form of F. pini found on nearby white fir. Growth of isolates from Douglas fir was more than twice that of white fir isolates after 18 days at near-optimum temperatures on malt agar. Estimates of growth trends and optimum temperatures were examined both for individual isolates of F. pini and for averages of isolates from the two host species, Douglas fir and white fir. Results suggest that chronological changes in the optimum temperature may be affected by the relation between the storage temperature preceding initial measurements and the terminal optimum temperature.

This study examines factors affecting the interest of state civil servants to undertake whistle-blowing action on local governments of Papua Province. The population in this study is the State Civil Servants (ASN) on local governments of Papua Province, with 120 number of people as sample in this research. Multiple regression analysis techniques is used to analysis, discuss and testing the hypothesis from the data collection. This research find that variabel of organization commitment has a significant and negative effect on the interest of state civil servants to undertake Whistle Blowing action. Thus it can be explained that, in high and low commitment of organzation environment which dominated by employees at SKPDs in government of Jayapura city that have lowered interest to undertake Whistle Blowing action. Then, varibale of Attitude has a significant effect on the Interest of Whistle Blowing action, which the attitude of the existing employees will increase the interest to Blow the Whistle at the SKPDs’ employees in the government of Jayapura city. Similarly, Personal Cost variabel has a significant affect on the interest of state civil servants to attempt a Whistle Blowing action, it can be seen that when there is a sufficient personal cost in the employees of SKPD in the government of Jayapura city, it will increase the interest in Blowing the Whistle. While, the degree of seriousness also has a significant influence on the employees to attempt a Whistle Blowing interest. This means that the increasing interest in Blowing Whistle among employees are required to enhance the degree of seriousness in conducting Interest of Blowing a Whistle at SKPD in the government of Jayapura city.

This reaserch aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of audit opinion and management change on auditor switching and how the auditor's reputation is able to moderate the influence of audit opinion and management change on auditor switching. Determination of the research sample using purposive sampling method with a sample of 145 companies. Data analysis techniques used are logistic regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of this study indicate that audit opinion and management change have a significant positive effect on auditor switching. However, the auditor's reputation is unable to moderate the effect of audit opinion and management change on auditor switching. Keywords: Audit Opinion; Change of Management; Auditor Switching; Auditor’s Reputation.

This study aims to determine the effect of investigative audit techniques, auditor experience and auditor professionalism on the disclosure of fraud with spiritual intelligence as a moderating variable. The data used in this study are primary data with a questionnaire as an instrument. The number of samples in this study were 60 respondents. Hypothesis testing in this study was carried out using the statistical test t. Data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis and moderation regression analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) data processing software version 17.0 for windowS. The results of this study indicate that investigative audit techniques have a significant effect on disclosure of fraud. While the auditor's experience and auditor professionalism have no effect on disclosure of fraud. Moderate regression analysis shows that spiritual intelligence can moderate investigative audit techniques, auditor experience and auditor professionalism on disclosure of fraud

This study aims to empirically test whether the auditor’s expertise and auditor independence affect audit judgment. The selected sample is fifty respondents with technical purposive sampling. We use a quantitative method, where data is obtained from auditors who work in public accounting firms in Jakarta. We use multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the SPSS program. We find that partially, either expertise of auditors and auditor independence has a positive and significant effect on audit judgment. F test has shown that simultaneously auditor expertise and auditor independence have a  positive and significant effect on audit judgment.

This study aims to determine the effect of Ability (Variable X1) and Work Experience (Variable X2) on employee performance. The method used in this study is using descriptive methods and associative methods. Data collection techniques conducted by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques start from the compilation of data, tabulation of data up to the testing phase. Based on the results of the calculation of the study of multiple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination (R2) can be obtained from the capability variable (X1) and work experience (X2) affects 89.8% (0.898) on employee performance (Y), the remaining 10.2% is influenced by other factors outside the research this. Conclusions, abilities and work experience have an impact on employee performance Keywords: Ability, Work Experience, Employee Performance.
