The light industry is an important inter-sectoral segment and a chain of individual production areas. The purpose of the article is to carry out a comparative assessment of the cross-sectoral linkages of light industry of Ukraine with some EU countries and to prepare relevant analytical conclusions. The research revealed that the largest consumers of light industry products in 2013-2017 in Ukraine were the industries that belonged to this type of industrial activity (textile, clothing, leather and other materials), as well as the trade, furniture industry, public administration, and defense. The key problem for the functioning of the Ukrainian light industry is its high import dependence. In particular, the share of imports in intermediate consumption of light industry of Ukraine in 2017 was almost 60%. The share of imports in the expenditures of the Ukrainian light industry was almost 49%. The production activities of light industry in Ukraine use products of many ECs, but the main suppliers of raw materials and components are: textile production, production of clothing, leather, and other materials; production of chemicals and chemical products; wholesale and retail trade; supply of electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning. In 2017, these four sectors totaled 70.74%. The following types of industrial activity in Ukraine have a significant potential for increasing output: production of rubber and plastic products; production of motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers; production of other vehicles; public administration and defense; compulsory social security; health care and social assistance. The further development and improvement of the technological level of Ukrainian light industry products requires greater integration of the latter with the trade sector. However, the trade sector in Ukraine requires a thorough “unshadowing”, i.e. legalization of all operations.

In the paper a model of the enterprise quality management system with a linear law of management and the presence of two goals in the field of quality are presented. The results of modeling the areas of admissible values of the parameters of system properties of enterprise activity and coefficients reflecting the interaction of components of potential and organizational resistance on the example of JSC "Salyut" are presented. An approach is proposed to identify a set of admissible ranges of values of these parameters and coefficients that ensure the achievability of quality goals for industrial enterprises with a linear management law, consisting of five stages. The results of modeling purposeful management, according to the developed approach, are presented on the example of a light industry enterprise.

The article is devoted to the study of the specifics and transformation of business models in modern light industry in the context of robotization. It was revealed that the subjects of the light industry and the fashion industry are focused on the production of social relations, including the formation of needs and mechanisms for the recognition and social reproduction of the sign system, the construction of the connection of manufactured goods with the generally accepted sign system, management of the mechanisms of access of various groups of the population to sign goods. Against the background of the spread of the business model of fast fashion, the development of which was facilitated by social (the formation of a consumer society), economic (economic growth in the second half of the 20th century and the growth of welfare) and technological (robotization, the development of transport and information and communication technologies) factors, new business models are formed according to the principles of responsible consumption. It has been proven that in the short and medium term, their widespread and growth are unlikely, and the recycling strategies of fabric and clothing manufacturers will remain peripheral. As a result, it was found that even in radically different business models, the production of social relations is fundamental, and capitalization is carried out through the conversion of cultural, symbolic and reputation capital into economic capital.

The development of digital technologies offers a wide range of opportunities to increase production efficiency, which relies on known tools and methods that transform in modern conditions. Many researchers note that the specialization most characteristic of complex knowledge-intensive industries has high prospects and is evident in all sectors of the national economy. Its combination with cooperation and outsourcing brings momentum to the development of both individual enterprises and the industry as a whole. It has been found that in light industry, which had a developed system of specializations, the return to this practice is difficult due to significant changes in the industries related to the liquidation of large mass production enterprises and the lag in the creation of digital twins, which are the basis at the stage of production preparation. Lost in the process of transition to a market economy, large production with a complete cycle is now successfully replaced by specialized small and medium-sized production, using high-performance equipment combined with modern digital technologies. It is obvious that the garment industry has entered a new cycle of development characterized by a high degree of specialization against the background of the application of digital technologies at all stages of the product life cycle. The significant lag in the application of digital technologies at the stage of production of light industry products is overcome, especially in the transition to additive technologies. It is noted that the digital shadow complements the information digital twin, which is especially relevant from the point of view of production. The introduction of digital technologies in specialized industries allows to achieve higher productivity and payback of invested capital than in standard production, where such investment is "blurred" due to the lag of related processes of the enterprise. It has been revealed that the modern stage of development of light industry is characterized by the application of fundamentally new technologies based on the creation of a digital twin and digital shadow, which create prerequisites for industrial application of additive technologies in industry. Key words: specialization, cooperation, digitalization, development of light industry
