Introduction: Patient Safety Incident Report hereinafter referred to as incident reporting, is a system of documenting patient safety incident reports, analyzing and obtaining recommendations and solutions from the health care facility patient safety team. This study aims to analyze the factors of work experience, education, perceptions, attitudes, motivation, leadership towards reporting patient safety incidents to nurses in the inpatient room of Prof. Dr. W. Z. Johannes Kupang.Method: The design of this study was cross-sectional. The sample size of the study was 143 respondents who met the inclusion criteria. The dependent variable is the reporting of patient safety incidents, while the independent variables are work experience, education, perception, attitude, motivation,  leadership. Data were collected using a questionnaire and observation on nurses. Data were then analyzed using multiple logistic regression with a significant value < 0.05.Results:  The results show that there is a perception effect on patient safety incident reporting (p = 0.05) and leadership influence on patient safety incident reporting (p = 0.02).Conclusion: The concludes is that there is an influence of perception and leadership on reporting patient safety incidents. Further researchers are advised to research the effect of training on improving patient safety incident reporting.

Purpose: To analyze the effect of education and training and Work Experience on the workability and performance of employees of the Regional Secretariat of West Papua Province Design/methodology/approach: This research was conducted on the staff of the Regional Secretariat of West Papua Province with a population of 278. The sample used was 74 respondents. The determination of the sample was using a purposive sampling technique. The criterions set in the sampling are that the employee has status as a civil servant and has worked for at least 3 years. The independent variables in this study are education and training and work experience. The dependent variable is employee performance, while the intermediate variable is workability. Variable measurements are carried out using a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using path analysis with the software used was Smart PLS 2. Findings: Equations that could be formed from the results of the analysis were: Z = 0.476X1 + 0.292X2; and Y = 0,345X1 + 0,115X2 + 0,243Z., where Z = ability, Y = performance, X1 = education and training, and X2 = work experience. Education and training had a positive and significant effect on employee workability, indicated by a path coefficient of 0.476 with a T-statistic value of 6.378; Work experience has a significant effect on employee workability, indicated by a path coefficient of 0.292 with a T-statistic value of 3.877; Education and training have a significant influence on employee performance as indicated by a path coefficient of 0.461 with a t-statistic value of 1.958; Work experience has a significant effect on employee performance, indicated by a path coefficient of 0.186 with a T-statistic value of 3.877; Workability has a significant positive effect on employee performance, indicated by a path coefficient of 0.243 with a T-statistic value of 2.427. The advice that can be given is that every employee is always encouraged and allowed to be able to attend education and training. In work placement, the Regional Secretariat of West Papua Province must prioritize work experience so that the resulting performance can be maximized. Research limitations/implications: Number of sample is relative small. Practical implications: State your implication here. Supervisors are people who are appointed and given the responsibility to control activities within an organization. Cooperative supervisors are part of members who have an obligation to oversee all operations carried out by the cooperative. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence related to the influence of independence, professional expertise, work experience, level of education, and training programs on the performance of all business cooperative supervisors. The population uses all business cooperatives in Klungkung Regency, with the method of determining the sample, which is a non-probability sampling, especially saturated sampling which uses all members of the population as a sample of 87 people. The article presents graduates of the Royal University of Warsaw, which existed between 1816 and 1831, (closed as a result of the November Uprising downfall) and alumni of the Main School in Warsaw, functioning in 1862–1869, that is till the failed January Uprising, after which the school was transformed into the Russian Imperial University of Warsaw. The total number of graduates of the above-mentioned schools amounted to 57. What is more, there were 29 graduates of the Royal University of Warsaw and they began to work in schools in the period between the uprisings, whereas 27 graduates of the Main School in Warsaw only took jobs in teaching in secondary schools in the Kingdom of Poland after the education system reform of Aleksander Wielopolski. The article presents fields of studies of those teachers, their religious beliefs and social background, work experience as well as examples of their active involvement in social, political and cultural life of the Kingdom of Poland.

Research purpose: Managers, when applying their leadership styles, are affected by some of their own traits. This article intends to compare the leadership styles of the managers of Zabol University of Medical Sciences with respect to Hersey and Blanchard model that was based on their biographical characteristics.Research design, approach and method: The research methodology is descriptive-causal and comparative. The data were collected from 300 individuals (124 female and 176 male participants).Main findings: No significant difference was observed between the directive, persuasive, participative and delegative leadership styles of male and female managers. However, there was a significant difference between the mean of the directive, persuasive, participative and delegative leadership styles of managers, considering their work experience, education level and field of study.Research limitations: The conservative atmosphere in university environments may affect the manager’s responses to the questionnaire; therefore, in the generalisation of the results, this issue should be taken into account.Practical implications: It is recommended to hold in-service courses for managers who have a lower education level or less work experience or have been graduated from the fields of study other than the Management major. It is also suggested to pay attention to the managers’ fields of study and managerial experiences at the time of employment.Contribution: This study enhances the quality of managers’ leadership style and consequently increases the productivity in university environments.

This research is motivated by the number of oil palm companies that require employees to do work according to standards companies such as harvest employees  who must harvest according to quality ripe fruit and harvest ripe reach the company's target, but in the statement the harvest work does not pay attention to operational standards procedures (SOP) that have been made and implemented in the company, so it is necessary carried out observations of the application of standard operating procedures for employees to harvest fresh fruit bunches (FFB). The objectives of this research are to identify the characteristics of respondents based on age, sex, work experience, education in general and to monitor the implementation of standard operating procedures for harvest employees on the quality and quantity of harvested fresh oil palm fruit bunches and harvest rights.Collecting data related to the implementation of harvest employee SOPs was obtained through the observation method, the interview method, and the documentation method.To analyze this data, data analysis was used in this study collected from research sources using descriptive analysis methods and Likert scale.

AbstractPurpose - This research aimed to know the analysis of the influence of work experience, education, and work motivation on the employees’ performance of BTN Syariah KCS Semarang..Method - This research used primary data namely questionnaire which used Likert scale as the calculation scale, and also documentation given by the employees’ of BTN Syariah KCS Semarang. The samples of this research were 73 employees’. To analyse the data, the writer used multiple linier regression method and SPSS 16 version.Result - The result of the research showed that work experience had positive and significant effect toward employees’ performance, education had positive and significant effect toward employees’ performance, and work motivation had positive but nit significant effect toward employees’ performance. It showed that work experience, education, and work motivation had positive and significant effect toward employees’ performance.Implication - This study uses the data from only one Islamic bank.Originality - The paper looks into the determinant factors ofemployees’ performance at BTN Syariah Semarang. Previous studies have only focused on employees’ performance in conventional banks. On the other hand, this paper contributes to the empirical literature, giving a clearer picture of the determinants of employees’ performance of Islamic banks.

Introduction: Since proper performance of occupational health experts working in industries can reduce accidents and occupational diseases, this study done for this purpose to evaluate the performance of  Kashan   industries occupational health experts to identify their weaknesses and strengths. Methods: This descriptive-analytical study done on all 60 occupational health experts in Kashan in 2019. The Ministry of Health checklist was used after applying the weight and calculating the incompatibility rate using AHP method. Data were analyzed by SPSS 21 software. Results: Performance evaluation of occupational health experts with the checklist indicated that the best performance was related to the public activity item and the poorest performance to the occupational health item. The average score of total occupational health experts was 73.76. The results of linear regression analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between work experience, education and employment status with total  score of industrial health experts (P <0.05). Conclusion: Due to this in this study have been evaluated and prioritized 48 sub- items the performance of kashan industries occupational health experts, So it is suggested that officials to consider in health interventions these priorities.
