Neck pain in batik craftsmen causes discomfort to work so the efficiency and productivity decrease. Neck pain in batik craftsmen is caused by a bent position when sitting for a long time and done by sitting in a small chair which is usually called a dingklik. The process of canting takes 6-8 hours per day so that the batik craftsmen have a short rest time which causes fatigue and muscle tension. The research objective was to analyze the effect of the combination of turmeric water and lavender aromatherapy on neck pain in batik craftsmen. The research design used was pre-experimental using one- group pre-post test data collection method with a sample size of 74 respondents. Samples were taken using probability sampling techniques. The independent variable in this study is the combination of turmeric water and lavender aromatherapy. The dependent variable in this study was neck pain in batik craftsmen. The instrument in this study used a demographic data questionnaire, a numeric rating scale pain measurement sheet and standard operating procedures for making turmeric water and lavender aromatherapy. The research data obtained were analyzed by Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test α≤0.05. There is an effect of a combination of turmeric water and lavender aromatherapy on neck pain in batik craftsmen in Tuban with a value of α≤0.05, p = 0.000. The combination of turmeric water and lavender aromatherapy can reduce the level of neck pain in batik craftsmen with neck pain complaints.

Introduction: coming to an old age a person will experience physical, psychological, and biological setbacks. Psychological deterioration which is often found in the elderly is depression (Purbowinoto, 2010). One of the non-pharmacological therapies that can be applied to reduce depression levels in the elderly is to use keroncong music therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in depression levels in the elderly before and after being given keroncong music therapy at UPTD Griya Werdha Jambangan Surabaya.Method: the method used was analytical pre-experimental research with pre testpost test design. The independent variable in this study was depression in the elderly, while the independent variable was keroncong music therapy. The population is 40 elderly with 36 samples in the UPTD Griya Werdha Jambangan Surabaya taken using purposive sampling techniques. The data was taken using a questionnaire. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Rank Test statistical test. Results: from the results of the study, it was found that there was a difference in the levels of depressionin the elderly before and after being given keroncong music therapy at UPTD Griya Werdha Jambangan Surabaya with a significant value of = 0.0001 lower than p= 0.05 (p <α). Before the therapy or treatment, most of the elderly experienced depression levels with as many as 11 respondents (30.6%) and after the treatment most of them experienced depression level with as many as 16 respondents (44.4%).Conclusion: it could be concluded that there was a difference in levels of depression in the elderly before and after being given keroncong music therapy at UPTD Griya Werdha Jambangan Surabaya. For this reason, music therapy can be an option to decrease the depression level in the elderly at UPTD Griya Werdha Jambangan Surabaya.

Introduction: Adherence in ARV therapy is an important mechanism in preventing drug resistance. The level of adherence is influenced by several factors, one of which is the information skills factor. This study aims to analyze the relationship between information skills and ARV adherence in People Living With HIV/AIDS (PLWHA).Method: This was a cross-sectional approach with a sample size of 100 respondents who were selected through simple random sampling technique. The inclusion criteria for respondents were PLWHA who were undergoing ARV therapy, cooperative, aged 20-60 years. The instrument used was information skills questionnaire and Medical Adherence Rating Scale (MARS). The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and logistic regression test with p value ≤ 0.05.Results: Information skills were  associated with ARV adherence (p = 0.01). Information skills consisting of knowledge about HIV/AIDS and ARV therapy can increase ARV adherence in PLWHA with indicators taking drugs regularly and have medical control on schedule. Conclusions: The information skills factor has an effect on ARV adherence. Increasing information skills can be done through educational activities or peer-group support aimed at gaining insight into disease and treatment, especially for newly diagnosed PLWHA.

Introduction: a reward system is one of the motivators that managers can use to improve performance, but this is often overlooked. This research was conducted to develop a performance-based reward system model to increase nurse job satisfaction.Method: the design of this study used observational analytic, with a sample of 237 nurses from all nursing service units. Sampling using cluster random sampling. Data were analyzed using partial least square (PLS). Indicator variables namely reward, performance, reward system (intrinsic reward and extrinsic reward) were independent variables while job satisfaction variable was dependent variables. Results:  there is an influence of the reward indicator on intrinsic reward (t = 3.940368> 1.96). There is an effect of reward indicator on extrinsic reward (t = 6.052527> 1.96). There is a performance effect on intrinsic reward (t = 8.504740> 1.96). There is a performance effect on extrinsic reward (t = 7.936353> 1.96). There is an influence of intrinsic reward on nurse job satisfaction (t = 6,257129> 1,96). There is an effect of extrinsic reward on nurse job satisfaction (t = 9,709050> 1,96).Conclusion: the reward system model in this study is influenced by reward and performance indicators. The development of reward system models can affect the job satisfaction of nurses. So that a performance-based reward system needs to be developed to increase nurse job satisfaction.

Introduction: Infection is one of the diseases that often occurs in children under five. Malnutrition is one of the causes of infection. Malnutrition and poor nutrition reduce body resistance to various diseases, especially infectious diseases. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the infectious diseases history and children under five nutritional statuses at Integrated Healthcare Center (Posyandu) Sumur Nangka, Modung District, Bangkalan Regency.Method: This research was observational with cross sectional design. The independent variable is a history of infectious disease and the dependent variable is nutritional status in children under five. The population of this research was all children under five at Posyandu Sumur Nangka, Suwaan Village, Modung Subdistrict, with a total of 45 children with a sample size of 32 children who were selected by simple random sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire. Test data analysis using the Lambda correlation test. Results:  The study results showed that 24 (75.0%) children had infectious diseases history and 8 (25.0%) children did not have. Eight (25.0%) children had good nutritional status, 22 (68.8%) children had poor nutritional status, and 2 (6.2%) children had excess nutritional status. Lamda's statistical test showed that the value of p (0.003) <α (0.05) means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. There was a significant relationship between the infectious diseases’ history and the nutritional status of children under five. Conclusion: The infection history affects the nutritional status of children under five. Parents must monitor the health of children under five and the nutritional status of toddlers actively by monitoring nutritional intake and weighing toddlers periodically.
