The approaches to assessing the quality of passenger transport services and indicators considered in scientific works, and also existing in state and international standards, are considered. A hierarchical system of indicators (ranking level) has been drawn up, which distributes the sequence of indicators of transport services. The foreign experience of organizing the work of municipal transport was taken into account, the quality of service of which is constantly monitored and as close as possible to the needs of passengers. However, a number of issues, namely: measuring the quality of transport services for the population on a digital scale, methods and methods for monitoring quality assessment, and improving it, etc., remain open. Based on the results of the preliminary study, the main indicators for assessing the quality of passenger transport were identified and grouped, both objective and dependent on the perception of the consumer, which most clearly describe the quality of the provision of passenger transport services. Almost all researchers in their works have determined that the system of general quality indicators should include the following indicators: availability, reliability, comfort, information content, safety, regularity, cost-effectiveness. But due to the importance of each of the elements of the complex indicator, it is necessary to take into account not only all the components of the quality assessment, but also, to a certain extent, their impact on the quality of the transportation process. The article analyzes the importance of each component included in the system of indicators for assessing the quality of transport services for passengers. The necessity of digital assessment of the quality of services for the transportation of passengers by city bus transport has been substantiated. The developed methodology will allow assessing the quality of passenger transportation by other types of transport. The degree of the need for quality indicators in the passenger traffic assessment system has been substantiated, which will allow evaluating the quality of passenger service not at the verbal level ("bad", "good"), but at the level of digital comparison. substantiation of the degree of need for quality indicators in the passenger traffic assessment system; considering the feasibility of each indicator with its constituent components, determining the degree of influence of each component on the quality of the provision of services for the carriage of passengers by road. For the digitalization of the assessment of the quality of transportation, the designation of the general quality indicator is adopted - Яобщ. In numerical terms, the quality indicator should tend to the maximum value, which in this study is taken as 4. For this, all indicators will be divided into separate components, the weight of which will be estimated at 0.1. A general indicator for assessing the quality of passenger transportation has been determined, which will determine the competitiveness of the enterprise, satisfy the need for a high-quality transportation process, taking into account all criteria and indicators. Thus, the assessment of the quality of passenger transportation, based on the minimum value of the coefficient, which will tend from 3.5 to 4, will determine the ability of the enterprise to carry out the transportation of passengers according to a qualitative assessment and, taking it into account, conduct tenders for the transportation of passengers. Keywords: quality assessment, indicators, transport service, transportation process, passenger traffic, monitoring, ranking.

The article considers organisation of transportation services for passengers with public transport followed by their quality assessment in conformity with the requirements of the social standard. The objective of the article is to determine quality of passenger transportation by a municipal passenger enterprise with buses of large and medium capacity and by individual entrepreneurs carrying out transportation with minibuses. The article uses reporting materials on transportation of passengers by municipal and private carriers. To achieve the purpose, quality indicators of passenger transportation by public transport were calculated using the methodology of the social standard approved by the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation. The number of points for each indicator defined by the social standard for municipal carriers and individual entrepreneurs is determined, the results of relevant calculations are presented. The analysis of quality of passenger transportation services provided by municipal and private carriers was carried out. The quantitative characteristics of quality indicators values made it possible to determine the current state of passenger transportation services, identify shortcomings and make a forecast for improving quality of services. To improve quality of passenger transportation services, measures were proposed for bodies responsible for transportation and carriers.

The intensification of public transport in urban areas due to increased mobility at the regional and state levels, discrepancies between urban areas with the same population and the lack of statistics related to the efficiency and quality of public transport services are the main factors of our work. It is necessary to draw boundaries between the quality of services and the performance indicators of the public transport system. The quality of services is the subjective result of many intangible variables. The quality of service can be approached from four sides: from the point of view of the passenger, the performance of the vehicle, the specialized passenger transportation company, and the Government. Accessibility, comfort and convenience-these are the main indicators that should be evaluated by the population as having high ratings for the good quality of urban transport services. The tool used to collect the data is the preference survey. Keywords: service quality, public transport, evaluation, efficiency, methods, passenger, survey

Purpose: This study aims to examine the quality of tuberculosis (TB) care after the 1st to 3rd national quality assessment (QA) program for TB healthcare service in Korea was conducted. Methods: We analyzed Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service (HIRA) claims data of new TB patients during the period of January to June from 2018-2020. The new TB patients were defined as TB patients reported to Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KCDA). The unit of analysis was the patient. Chi-square tests were used to analyze the differences in indicator value according to the types of medical facilities. The QA indicators of TB care were divided into 3 areas consisting of the following 7 quality indicators: 4 indicators of diagnosis test (the rate of acid-fast bacilli smear, the rate of acid-fast bacilli culture, the rate of Mycobacterium tuberculosis-polymerase chain reaction, drug susceptibility test), 1 compliance of treatment guideline, and 2 indicators of care management of TB patients (encounter rate, day of therapy). Results: The QA program for TB care was conducted among 8,246 patients from 534 facilities in 2020. The value of the 7 quality indicators was shown to increase as a result of the QA program. The indicators of the diagnostic test were all higher than 95%, with the exception of the drug susceptibility test which was 84.8%. Both indicators for care management of TB patients were 88.5%.Conclusion: The quality of TB care has been improving with the implementation of the QA program. In order to continue to improve the quality of TB care, it will be necessary to disclose the results of the QA program in medical facilities in the future.

Passenger transport of the country has a significant impact on the level of its economic development, providing the connection of the population with objects of industrial, social, cultural and household purposes. In Russia, intercity passenger transportation by public transport is mainly represented by bus, rail, aviation (aircraft) and water (domestic). The article analyzes the dynamics of passenger transportation and passenger turnover of public transport for the period from 2015 to 2020, presents a calculation of the number of flights performed by bus, rail, air (aircraft) and water (domestic) transport, identifies the reasons for the lack of development of passenger transportation and suggests solutions. It is established that inland water transport is currently undergoing decline and state intervention is necessary for their development. Also, during the period under review, there is a decrease in the popularity of buses and a preference for private transport to public, it is necessary to improve the quality of transportation. The indicators of air and rail transport have positive dynamics, but they also require growth. The development of air transport in Russia can be carried out by the introduction of new services, for example, air taxi, rail-transport in the field of urban and suburban communications, the construction of new high - speed highways. In 2020, due to the announcement of restrictions on movement and quarantine measures, there is a sharp decline in indicators for all types of transport. The materials can be used to analyze and improve the work of the country's passenger complex.

The relevance of the problem is due to the lack of a method and indicators for assessing the level of transport mobility of cities. The purpose of the article is to develop a method for assessing the level of transport mobility. Currently, there are no science - based criteria for assessing the level of mobility in terms of the convenience of passengers using various types of public transport for travel. The use of the transport mobility index will contribute not only to improving the quality of passenger transport, but also to improving the level of transport services in General. The developed method for assessing the level of transport mobility will allow you to study the dynamics of changes in indicators and plan measures to improve the quality of transport services. The implementation of the proposed method will allow analyzing routes, as well as planning measures to increase the level of transport mobility and the attractiveness of public transport for passenger transportation.

The study considered the role of passenger road transport as one of the most important sectors of the national economy, which influences the entire economy of a country and its regions, as well as the quality of life of the population. The analysis of the transport system in the city of Khujand, which is mainly dominated by road transport, has been carried out based on the results of the conducted survey on passenger flows on bus routes of the city, particularly, regarding origin-destination matrix, fare collectability. The conclusions argue in favour of practicability of conducting regular systematic monitoring of passenger flows to optimize suggestions in the field of urban public transport development. In fundamental terms, main problems of passenger transportation management were identified including lack of a regular timetable on certain routes, non-compliance with the traffic schedule, resulting in an increase in travel time, changes in routing due to the absence of sufficient number of passengers, systematic violations of traffic rules, excessively long stops at the hub stopping points, etc. The suggestions comprise approaches intended to reduce influence of organisational and managerial factors on efficiency of passenger transportation, on the correct choice of rolling stock, that should be selected considering design features, possibility of serving all segments of the population (categories of passengers), traffic intensity, manoeuvrability, compliance with road conditions, etc. Conclusions were also made regarding techniques to justify the volume of passenger transportation, to identify average distance of passenger’s trip, to calculate technical, operational, and quality indicators of operation of public transport, distribution of passengers per routes. The analysis of the structure of passenger flows since it influences the indicators of the effectiveness of passenger transportation, plays the most significant role in the framework of development of new approaches to the solution of transport issues in the city of Khujand.Implementation of full-scale monitoring of passenger flows will make it possible to develop appropriate timetables facilitating movement of passenger flows on routes, to select a rational type of rolling stock in terms of capacity, will contribute to time-saving passenger travelling, socialisation of transport tariffs, and improved quality of transportation.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to define quality criteria for museum work and try to identify indicators for assessing such quality, using the well-known quality indicators for libraries as basis of comparison. Design/methodology/approach In 2016, the first international standard for museum statistics was published (ISO 18461). At the same time, the museum community realized the need to proceed from statistics to quality assessment in order to prove the effectiveness and efficiency of museum performance and finally also the influence of museums on society. The paper analyses the existing literature on museum quality and museum evaluation and compares the findings to the established methods in the library sector. Findings Comparison of quality criteria and quality evaluation in museums and libraries shows not only many similarities in what is regarded as quality, but also considerable differences in the options for assessment. Research limitations/implications The paper shows a tentative selection of potential quality indicators and quality assessment methods for museums. Further work and practical expertise will be needed for developing and testing a reliable set of methods. The new ISO project 21246 key indicators for museums will further this development. Practical implications There is an evident similarity in the mission and goals of cultural institutions such as archives, libraries and museums. Methods already in use in libraries for assessing performance quality and library impact can therefore also be useful in the museum sector. But the immense variety of museums requires an adaptation of existing methods and a number of new indicators especially devised for museum tasks. Originality/value The paper describes possible solutions for evaluating the quality of museums. As quality criteria are similar in museums and libraries, new quality indicators for museums may in turn become useful in the library sector.
