The paper deals with challenges of the modern system of national education, which result in the situation, where, on the one hand, the defi ciency of cognitive processes arbitrariness and minimal brain dysfunction in some children are deepening, while, on the other hand, the scientists point to sound evidence of accelerating psychological evolution and growth of numbers of gifted children. Meanwhile, the Federal Educational Standards are designed for children with normal level of intellectual development. To address this contradiction, the author proposes to introduce the system of in-house psycho- pedagogical support of students in the secondary school. By the example of adaptive schools the author shows, that the said gap can be successfully overcome. Based on the analysis of regulatory documents relating to issues of psychological and pedagogical support of students in the educational process at schools in Primorye Territory, it is concluded, that students, educated according to the new FGOS, lack the full-scale qualifi ed psychological and educational assistance in the educational process. The ways to address this challenge are proposed.

The purpose of the study of the psychological characteristics of the intellectual development of primary school students is to identify the problems that hinder the mastery of students in the educational process. The purpose of identifying this process directly, knowing what psychological phenomena will be in the process of learning, is also to provide some help to the teacher. First of all, it is necessary to consider mental processes and situations, the level of activity, as well as their speed. For example, some students are slow and some are fast. Some students are characterized by calmness, eye gestures, manners, facial expressions, others with weight in their movements, and facial expressions. In this article, I want to highlight the mental development of cognitive process of school children.

Currently, working with gifted children is one of the priority areas of work in the country and regions. Special attention is paid to this issue in the construction of an all-Russian system for the identification, support and development of abilities and talents in children and youth. One of the key substantive guidelines and at the same time mandatory for the implementation of state program documents in the system of working with gifted children was the federal project “Success of each child,” implemented as part of the national project “Education.” In a modern school, the issue of individualization of the educational process and the work of identifying and supporting gifted children is becoming more and more urgent - two important priorities of modern educational policy, which are closely related because, on the one hand, work on the development and disclosure of talent almost always requires an individual approach, and on the other hand, any individualization always, directly or indirectly, helps school student to believe in forces. The article analyses scientific ideas about giftedness as a set of personal characteristics that have developed independently of the will of the person himself and, especially, his teacher-mentors; the phenomenon of giftedness is considered in terms of the outstanding abilities of a particular person (child) given to him by nature and requiring timely development and targeted support through professional pedagogical tools. It is proposed to consideration of the author’s definition of an individual educational program (IOP), which involves the construction by an adult of a system of educational activity as a model of the personal world, a personal universe, which at the same time allows this person to realize potential - and is itself the product of his ideas and actions.

The article is devoted to the topical problem of adaptation of gifted children in the educational space of a modern school taking into account the multicultural environment formed by the contingent of students of different ethnicities and cultures. The author points out the need for pedagogical support of the adaptation of gifted students. Based on modern research in the field of philosophy, sociology, psychology, and semiosociopsychology, the author formulates the basic principles of adaptation in a multicultural society of an educational institution.Sustainable development of society and security of the country can be ensured by the formation of national identity in all members of society, which means unity of aspirations, coherence, and peaceful coexistence in the perspectives. This is especially true for Ukraine, which today not only strives for sustainable development but also is forced to defend its independence and integrity. In the conditions of modern civilization development, it is a question of formation in the person of so-called multilevel identity which, on the one hand, means belonging to a certain ethnic group that provides the person full disclosure of its abilities, and on the other – guarantees formation of the feeling of belonging to the wider community – the nation (multinational entity, united by a common historical destiny and the idea of security and development of their own state).Self-identification of the individual (or the formation of a multi-tiered identity) is important because it is the key to its successful self-realization. It is closely linked to deep mental formations, the leading one being ethnic identity. This is especially true for the gifted person because talents can develop and fully ensure the self-realization of the individual, provided it is successfully adopted in society. The success of the adaptation of a gifted person in a multicultural society can be ensured under the condition of purposeful pedagogical support, the principles of organization of which are formulated in the article. It is noted that to reveal the giftedness of a person, his intellectual development should take into account the formation of the semiosphere related to ethnicity, and the formation of national identity should be based on the formation of a common semiosphere of all participants in the educational process.Key words: national identity, ethnicity, semiospace, self-identification, self-realization, education.

The modern education system is characterized by the introduction of new, specialized, and author's programs, which are highly variable, accompanied by the intensification of the educational process, increasing the total workload, reducing physical activity, and deteriorating the structure of the daily routine of students. Such changes in the organization of the educational process lead to an increase in the level of pathological lesions, asthenoneurotic reactions, and symptoms of dysfunction of somatic systems. A particularly vulnerable category of students is gifted children, who on the one hand, experience discrimination at school due to the partial lack of differentiated learning, focus on the average student, and excessive unification of programs that do not take into account individual learning opportunities. On the other hand, intellectually gifted children showed a decrease in overall reactivity and tension of adaptation mechanisms, greater susceptibility to acute infectious diseases, the presence of autonomic disorders, hypotension and syncope, more often registered pathology of the gastrointestinal tract, musculoskeletal system, and allergies conditions than at the "average intellectuals". Therefore, this category of students needs a special approach and a deeper study of the impact of elements of the learning process on their health. Two separate areas of research have been formed by now. They are related to the study of psychological and pedagogical aspects of teaching children on innovative educational technologies, on the one hand, and the state of health of schoolchildren, on the other hand. However, only a few studies have been conducted where these two areas are combined and the direct impact of the educational process on new educational projects on disorders in morphofunctional, psychoemotional, and general health of students is determined, risk factors of the educational process are identified and recommendations for the prevention of school maladaptation are provided. Conclusion. Information analysis of scientific sources on current issues of education and medical care for gifted children and adolescents shows the interest of society in conducting further medical and pedagogical research to develop preventive measures to preserve their health. There is an urgent need for hygienic optimization of educational activities, proper regulation of innovative pedagogical technologies, development of appropriate guidelines for the prevention of school maladaptation

Abstract The Educator as a Manager. A Critical View In the following article tasks and motifs of the educator as manager are described. It is clear that there are other educator metaphors and associated behaviors. To some extent, the actions of the different educator metaphors overlap, but they differ in their purpose and perspective on the educational process and the person to be educated. First, a short time diagnosis is made, which describes the context of this metaphor of the educator as manager. Subsequently, on the one hand, the various motifs, tasks and objectives of an educator as manager are discussed. On the other hand, it is asked if it is possible in the current discourse to take a different perspective on the educational process.

Character education is a vital instrument in determining the progress of a nation. Therefore the government needs to build educational institutions in order to produce good human resources that are ready to oversee and deliver the nation at a progressive level. It’s just that in reality, national education is not in line with the ideals of national education because the output is not in tune with moral values on the one hand and the potential for individuals to compete in world intellectual order on the other hand. Therefore, as a solution to these problems is the need for the applicationof character education from an early age.

The real purpose of education is humanizing human beings. The most prominent thing in humanity is diversity, plurality or multiculturality. Indonesia is a country consisting of a plural society. This should be realized by all individuals in this nusantara society. Providing awareness of the existence of mulitikulturalitas or pluralism can be pursued in the educational process. For the sake of this interest, then in the educational process there must be some kind of integralization effort between forming the intellect and morality of learners. The function of integralization of moral and intellectual education is to know more about diversity then combine with knowledge and practice with morality then achieve the purposes of national education. The conclusions or findings of Freire’s and Ki Hadjar Dewantara’s analysis approach are the absence of differences in the educational portion, the absence of social classes as the limits of education, and the educator has a role as teacher not only as a facilitator but also as a identifierin diversity and be honest about the history, there is a link between learners and educators, mutual understanding, learners receive teaching, and educators learn to understand learners, and this function is summarized in education for freedom and ing ngarsho sung tuladha, ing madyo mangun karsha, tut wur handayani.
