Training in Kinesiology of Bachelor’s Degree Students of the direction "Physical Education for Persons with Deviations in Health"

The article describes the content of the discipline "Kinesiology", developed for the training direction 49.03.02 "Physical culture for persons with disabilities in health (adaptive physical culture)", training profile "Adaptive sports". The urgency of the discipline is substantiated, its features are noted, and kinesiological methods of diagnostics and rehabilitation of persons with health disorders are given. The discipline ensures the formation of professional competencies among bachelors of the specified direction, knowledge, abilities, skills that meet the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard 3 ++. It instills labor functions that meet the professional standards "Trainer for adaptive physical culture and adaptive sports", "Instructor-methodologist for adaptive physical culture and adaptive sports" and "Specialist for rehabilitation work in the social sphere". The peculiarities of the issues studied, the depth of the study of the material are reflected in the indicators of achievement, indicating the labor ac-tions that students must demonstrate when completing the study of the discipline.

In the article authors propose the developed content of the discipline “Material and technical support of physical education and sports”. The application of the developed content will contribute to the development of knowledge and skills of bachelor’s degree students in sports, in accordance with the direction of training 49.03.04 “Sport”, recently approved by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, particularly, in the fi eld of maintenance and operation of sports buildings and facilities. The structure and content of the disciplines “Material and technical support of physical education and sports” are proposed in accordance with the competency-based requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard 3 ++ for the direction of training 49.03.04 “Sport”. Authors recommended labor functions and indicators of achievement, in accordance with the professional standards “Coach” and “Instructor-Methodist”.

The requirements of the federal state educational standard of primary general education to the content, technologies and methods of the educational process in primary grades are disclosed. Special attention is paid to the characteristics of the system-activity approach, the technologies of primary education (problem-based learning, developmental learning, activity technology, project method, blended learning, etc.) are highlighted. The methods of teaching all the main academic subjects are presented in detail and concretely. Meets the requirements of the federal state educational standards of higher education of the latest generation. For students of higher educational institutions studying under bachelor's degree programs in the areas of training 44.03.01 "Pedagogical education" and 44.03.05 "Pedagogical education (with two training profiles)".

The article considers issues related to the education of autistic children within the framework of inclusive education. The author analyzed the principles and objectives of this type of education on the basis of official documents: the ratified by the Russian Federation Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities of the United Nations and the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary Education of students with disabilities. The characteristics of children with autistic syndrome, and learning difficulties are described. The psychological and pedagogical recommendations for educators who work with autistic children are given.

The situation with the staffing of the industry “Physical culture and sports” in the Udmurt Republic according to the state statistical reporting for the last 5 years and, in this regard, the process of personnel training in the framework of the direction 49.00.00 “Physical culture and sports” in the Udmurt Republic as a whole and in the Udmurt State University, in particular, is considered. Using the platform of the Google Forms resource, the authors conducted a survey of 80 organizations-employers in order to form a system at the university that provides training of qualified personnel in physical culture and sports. According to employers, in the interpretation of the authors, the system should include: fulfillment of the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of the direction 49.03.01 “Physical culture”; requirements of professional standards in the field of physical culture and sports; rating of competencies from employers; practice-oriented approach to teaching in the process of organizing practices and studying sports and pedagogical disciplines. In addition, the authors have systematized and generalized proposals for the formatting of work with applicants and graduates in order to retain personnel in the physical culture and sports organizations of the republic.

The article considers the problem of developing emotional intelligence in children of preschool age. The relevance of this topic is that emotional development is an important part of the harmonious development of the personality as a whole. The federal state educational standard of preschool education singles out the social and communicative area as one of the areas of development. A person with high emotional intelligence socializes better in the society, he or she understands the moods of others and is more comfortable communicating with his or her loved ones. The problem of emotional intelligence has been repeatedly studied by scientists and psychologists from different countries. The article not only characterizes the concept, considers various areas of this sphere, but also highlights the methods of developing children’s emotional intelligence. The federal state educational standard of preschool education singles out the social and communicative area as one of the areas of development. A person with high emotional intelligence is better socialized in the society he or she understands the moods of others and is more comfortable communicating with his or her loved ones. The problem of emotional intelligence has been repeatedly studied by scientists and psychologists from different countries. The article not only characterizes the concept, considers various areas of this sphere, but also highlights the methods of development of emotional intelligence in children by teachers and parents. From the scientific and practical article it is possible to receive concrete recommendations on practical activity directed on solving this problem. It is important that emotional intelligence should be formed not only in preschool children, but also in adults working with them. In developing the emotional sphere, it is necessary to emphasize the ability to understand the feelings of another person, the formation of empathy with the feelings of others. The developing of emotional intellect is promoted by poly art activity, synthesis of different kinds of art, visiting exhibitions, theatrical activity. Also acquaintance with emotions takes place at musical and art classes, interaction with the teacher-psychologist. Formation of emotional intellect in a child of preschool age is the key to his successful personal development in the future.

One of the most important purposes of Higher Education is to train highly competent specialists, to provide high quality education as a result of mastering educational programs in accord with the requirements of Federal State Educational Standard (FSES) of Higher Education. This purpose is the key point in the work of any Institution of Higher Education. Modern competences paradigm of Higher Education (bachelor’s degree) is directed to form the following types of competences: general cultural competences (gcc), general professional competences (gpc) and professional competences (pc) which are presented in the working programs of the faculties or departments the subjects are taught by. In the set of compulsory subjects there is Working (teaching) practice of Bachelor’s degree Linguists which is held in secondary general education schools. This kind of practical education is considered by teachers, psychologists and scientists-methodologists as one of the most significant stages in training teachers which leads to improving professional competences of students-linguists - future foreign language teachers. In this article we pay attention to investigation of professional competencies of linguists – future foreign language teachers. It is in the course of teaching practice that future specialists have opportunities to demonstrate knowledge, skills and abilities, to implements and improve their professional competences.

To the objective necessity of forming the personality of future physical education teachers in high school there was a need for content development of physical culture competence of students on the basis of mobile learning. Development of competence, which includes a set of common cultural and professional competencies stated in the federal state educational standard of higher education, is presented in the framework of Bloom´s taxonomy of B. on the basis of levels of education. Formation of health and fitness competence of students through the introduction of mobile learning will implement educational technology to meet modern needs of young people and aimed at innovation, creativity, creativity, initiative and interests of teachers and students.
