Use of statistical tools to assess the quality of education

The article discusses the problems associated with the management of the quality of education, it is shown that quality management education is impossible without reliance on proven statistical tools. The authors analyze the characteristics of quality management education and show that an integral element of the management of this process is the correct setting goals, having the operational and prediction properties in the zone of potential development of the student. The authors identify and justify the need for the provision of a system of indicators that allow determining the degree of achievement of objectives in the educational system. They analyze the classification of indicators from the point of view of education quality assessment identified a normative and comparative nature of the assessment indicators, the role and place of statistics in the evaluation of the quality of the educational process. Based on the conducted research the authors propose the method of using this statistical tool, as Shewhart charts, and to assess the implementation of the educational process and/or results and decision on the need for corrective actions. The article gives the definition of Shewhart charts, and describes the purpose of this instrument, marked the boundaries of its application, the analysis of varieties of charts, with the main features and the estimated values, the technique of their construction. Particular value is an example of using Shewhart charts to assess the quality of student performance, which demonstrates the role of this statistical tool in deciding the stability of the educational process or the need for corrective actions, i.e. external intervention in the process. The article may be interesting for practitioners in the course of training courses on the subject and in the process of improving quality management systems in educational institutions.

This paper discusses the importance of implementing quality management in student’s field in strengthening Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan. The quality of education is one of the benchmarks of the success of an educational process in school. This process starts from the input (input), the process (teaching and learning activities), to the output (graduates). The quality of education can be interpreted as the ability of a school to manage operationally the components related to school, to produce added value to these components according to standard norms or general standard. The student sector is one of the important components in the management of education quality. This research is qualitative-descriptive research, which is expected to be able to uncover various information with a careful and meaningful description-analysis. Sources of data in this study include the principal, student vice-principal, Al-Islam teacher, and Kemuhammadiyahan teacher. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation, as for the data analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and data analysis. The results of the study include (a) quality management in the field of student implemented based on the values of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan. (b) Islamic and Kemuhammdiyahan values are the quality standards of the student field.

The paper describes the updated approach to quality management of vocational secondary education (VSE) in the context of its modernization involving cognitive modeling of the educational process in the college. The authors analyzed the impact of project initiatives in the national VSE system on the quality of education in the college: the spreading of the dual education system, evaluation of education results through the WorldSkills national system of qualifications and standards, digital transformation of education. Cognitive modeling allowed studying the quantity change in the quality of education in response to variations of managing variables – project initiatives in the national VSE system – and modeling the results of the application of various strategies of development of the VSE educational institution. Based on the processing of experts' opinions matrix, the authors formed the educational process cognitive map. The paper contains the description of the cognitive model of the educational process of the college and the results of scenario modeling of the project initiatives’ impact on the quality of education. Using PEST- and SWOT-analysis, the authors described the characteristics of the educational process cognitive model. PEST-analysis revealed ten various factors (concepts) influencing the educational process in the college: the quality of education, independent evaluation of qualification, digitalization of education, academic learning, practical education, attendance, students’ academic progress, material and technical support of educational process, dual education system, and teaching staff competence level. SWOT-analysis identified cause-effect relationships between factors, evaluated their power and focus. The presented technique of cognitive modeling of the college educational process allows implementing new possibilities of strategic planning of the VSE quality management system.

Purpose: The problem of the quality of education concerns not only Russia but also the entire world community. Many developed countries are concerned about the current state of education and are trying to improve their quality. One of the leading trends in the modernization of education in Russia is increasing attention to the problem of improving its quality, which requires the development of conceptual approaches to finding ways to solve it. Methodology: In pedagogical terms, the quality of education is considered from two positions: firstly, as the degree of compliance of the educational system with the established requirements and the quality of educational services provided by the educational institution; secondly, as the effectiveness of the educational process that meets the needs of social customers not only in terms of assimilation of a certain amount of knowledge by students, but also the development of their personality, cognitive and creative abilities. Result: The choice of an actual and effective educational program is interesting not only for the consumer but also for the educational organization (institution), as it is a quality program in many sectors of education that affects the competitiveness of the educational organization. Applications: This research can be used for universities, teachers, and students. Novelty/Originality: In this research, the model of the Organization of Monitoring in the Quality Management System of the Educational Process when Training of Specialists is presented in a comprehensive and complete manner.

Online classroom management is an innovation in the overall educational process. Its main characteristics - pedagogical communication, digital methodology and quality of learning in the online environment are the main semantic pillars on which this article is built. Empirical results from a teacher survey are presented. Their professional reflection outlines three research profiles: personal professional, pedagogical-methodological, competence-reflexive. In the pedagogical analysis of these profiles a number of conclusions are formed for the management of the online classroom in the process of distance learning. They are related to issues such as basic methodological skills, digital skills of teachers; quality of education, continuing qualification and others. The question is to develop a digital methodology for more successful management of the online classroom in the process of distance learning.

In the system of school education of the Kyrgyz Republic, the problem of developing electronic educational material and introducing it into the educational process of schools is becoming urgent. This goal allows the further implementation of the issue of computerization of school education. This article focuses on the quality of education. To achieve high-quality modern training, the use of electronic materials is required. Electronic materials must be designed in accordance with the rules. Therefore, the content of this article is aimed at revealing the importance of e-learning, at developing electronic materials, at characterizing the requirements for compiling electronic materials and the requirements for using electronic educational materials.

Abstrack- Educational Administration is the whole process of collaboration of two or more people by utilizing all available personnel and material resources and appropriate to achieve the educational goals that have been set effectively and efficiently. Professional teaching is a profession that is very important in the life of a nation, this is not because the educational position is very important in the context of national life. Educators are the dominant element in an educational process, so that the quality of education is largely determined by the quality of educators in carrying out their roles and duties in societ. Therefore the development of the teaching profession will have a major impact on improving the quality of education that is still lagging behind, as well as giving the right direction for students to play a role in the community to participate with the community in building the nation.

The article examines the features of the organization of the educational process in the context of digitalization, analyzes the integration tendency of teachers' work in the practice of Russian universities, provides a comparative analysis of the practice of the Open University. This paper analyzes the educational experience that has developed in the process of emergency delivery of educational content to students during a pandemic. The models of mixed, purely distance and duplicate education are analyzed. The article substantiates the idea that there is a need for the formation of criteria for the quality of education online, and, therefore, the criteria for the quality of the organization of the educational process, including the work of teachers, are changing. This paper outlines some steps that are being taken by Russian universities in the field of researching trends related to improving the digital environment as a whole, regardless of the pandemic and other factors.

This Present study aimed at finding out the Status of the quality of education and accountability unit in the educational process from the point of view of the principals of Kasbah Al Mafraq schools To achieve the goal of the study, a descriptive development methodology was developed, which was developed in three areas (evaluation criteria, cooperation and coordination, feedback and incentives) (21) items, and verified their validity and stability, and then distributed to the sample of the study consisting of (167) managers and directors in schools Kasbah Mafraq. The study results showed that the degree of appreciation and the reality of Status of the quality of education and accountability unit in the educational process from the point of view of the principals of Kasbah Al Mafraq schools was at low degree The average of the tool as a whole was (2.00) with a standard deviation of (.55) and at the level of domains, All of them were rated low, with feedback and incentives having the highest average (2.09) followed by evaluation criteria (2.00) and cooperation and coordination (1.90), and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in The study sample of the Status of the quality of education and accountability unit in the educational process from the point of view of the principals of Kasbah Al Mafraq schools, according to gender, at the macro level of the instrument and on all dimensions. The study recommended in light of those results the necessity for that efforts should be join efforts to support and deepen the concept of quality of education and accountability, cooperation and coordination between the quality unit of education and accountability and educational leaders, and try to provide incentives and thanks to those who deserve it, to achieve the concept of guidance and support.

This article highlights current issues of the organization of distance learning and its role in the educational policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The role of this form of education as a factor in improving the quality of education in higher education is considered. One of the factors for improving the quality of education in the system of higher professional education is the widespread adoption of modern information technologies, including multimedia and virtual. Modern information technologies in combination with pedagogical technologies can significantly increase the effectiveness of the educational process; to achieve a solution to the main problem: the development of cognitive skills of students, critical and creative thinking, the ability to independently construct their knowledge, navigate in the information space.
