The article is aimed at improving the educational process in educational institutions and is dedicated to the presentation of the program of psychological training focused on the prevention of conflicts in academic groups. Detailed description of the six training topics that enhance the competence of students, cadets, students in overcoming interpersonal conflicts. The program includes both famous and more exercises of psychological training. The approach allows to overcome the interpersonal conflicts in the educational environment, to adapt individuals to the learning environment, to develop and harmonize their identity, to unite the teaching teams to improve the quality of individual and group work.

The current situation in secondary education is characterized by the development of various educational institutions, which differ not only in educational programs and curriculum, but also in the conditions for training and educating, which make up the educational environment of modern educational institutions. The importance of studying the processes of forming the educational environment in a modern school is relevant, since the quality of education and upbringing of modern students who spend most of their time in the educational environment of schools will depend on its organization. Studying the problems of organizing the educational environment is also important in the sense that it is the qualitative approach to this process that will determine in the future if it is possible for students to receive high-quality educational services. The influence of the educational environment on the modern student is determined today, first of all, by the students' perception of the educational process, their involvement in the process of its creation and improvement. The effectiveness of the educational environment may also depend on how the student perceives it. So, the educational environment can be an effective means of developing the potential of the student, but if it is an integrated space for the interaction of children and adults (parents, teachers).

Статья посвящена изучению роли преподавательской деятельности в профилактике возникновения межличностных конфликтов в образовательной среде студентов средне-специальных и высших образовательных организаций России. В частности, рассматривается морально-психологическая составляющая обучающегося как фактор, провоцирующий возникновение межличностных конфликтов, а также вопросы, раскрывающие особенности конфликтных ситуаций среди обучающихся в целях развития умения у них регулировать конфликты в дальнейшем процессе обучения. В статье рассматривается особая роль возраста студента, поскольку именно в этом возрастном периоде формируется чувство идентичности и умение самостоятельно решать собственные взрослые задачи. Определены предпосылки возникновения межличностных конфликтов в образовательной среде студентов. В частности, отмечено, что постоянное соперничество и иные эмоциональные столкновения приводят к нарушению личностной гармонии студента и способствуют возникновению различных социальных отклонений в среде обучающихся. В заключение рассмотрены факторы, положительно влияющие на профилактику конфликтных ситуаций среди студентов образовательных организаций, а также представлен комплекс организационно-педагогических условий профилактики межличностных конфликтов в профессионально-образовательной среде средне-специальных и высших учебных заведений России. Отмечено, что минимизации конфликтных ситуаций способствуют хорошо организованные воспитательная работа и учебный процесс, утверждение и поддержание дисциплины, активная позиция преподавателей и воспитателей в трудных ситуациях взаимодействия обучающихся. The article is devoted to the study of the role of teaching in the prevention of interpersonal conflicts in the educational environment of students of secondary special and higher educational organizations in Russia. In particular, the moral and psychological component of the student is considered as a factor that provokes the emergence of interpersonal conflicts, as well as issues that reveal the features of conflict situations among students in order to develop their ability to regulate conflicts in the future learning process. The article considers the special role of the student's age, since it is in this age period that a sense of identity and the ability to independently solve their own adult tasks are formed. The prerequisites for the emergence of interpersonal conflicts in the educational environment of students are determined. In particular, it is noted that constant rivalry and other emotional clashes lead to a violation of the student's personal harmony and contribute to the emergence of various social deviations among students. In conclusion, the factors that positively affect the prevention of conflict situations among students of educational organizations are considered, and a set of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the prevention of interpersonal conflicts in the professional and educational environment of secondary and higher educational institutions of Russia is developed. It is noted that the minimization of conflict situations is facilitated by well-organized educational work and the educational process, the approval and maintenance of discipline, the active position of teachers and educators in difficult situations of interaction between students.

An inclusive educational environment in Ukraine’s education system is a key factor influencing its intensive reform, enabling access to quality education for persons with special educational needs. The purpose of the academic paper is to develop a scientific approach to the formation of an inclusive educational environment of Ukraine’s educational institutions, taking into account the experience of its creation in European countries. Research methods: comparison, system-structural research, statistical-analytical, tabular, graphic, analytical modeling, as well as methods of abstraction, analysis and generalization. The most effective model for creating inclusion in European countries is the use of a comprehensive (variable) approach, that is, a combination of different forms of involving children in the educational process. Achieving success in the course of the formation of an inclusive environment is possible provided that the management actions of the subjects of the educational process are combined. These should include not only teachers, social workers and students, but also psychologists, methodologists, parents of children with special needs and representatives of state and local bodies, who are delegated the powers and authority to organize the learning environment. Inclusion in education is achieved through the rational distribution of powers between teachers, parents of children with special needs and the authorities. The model of an inclusive environment should be based on the principle of variability and differentiation. In the process of creating a comfortable learning environment for children with mental and physical disabilities, it is important to keep in mind the rights, responsibilities and interests of teachers, as well as children with normal development. A special role in the education of children with personal needs is played by their parents. In the process of forming an inclusive educational environment, insufficient attention is paid to the functions of local authorities. Further scientific investigation requires improving the methodological approaches of inclusive education for applicants of higher education with special educational needs, which optimizes the processes of their social adaptation, resocialization and integration in the social environment.

Введение. Рассматривается вопрос оценки качества обучения, являющегося основополагающим критерием эффективности образовательного процесса, как в традиционной, так и в инновационной среде обучения. Цель – обосновать критерии и показатели разработанной системы оценки результативности обучения математике в адаптивной системе в условиях информационно-образовательной среды (ИОС). Материал и методы. Раскрыты параметры, закономерности построения адаптивных систем математической подготовки студентов вузов. Подчеркнуто, что при переводе процесса математической подготовки в условия электронной информационно-образовательной среды крайне важным становится обеспечение высокого качества обучения. Подход к определению качества электронного обучения в соответствии со стандартом основывается на разработке подробных описаний каждого процесса и подпроцесса. Результаты и обсуждение. Представлены целевые показатели (нормативно-организационные, психолого-педагогические, программно-технические, коммуникативные, кадровые) и критерии результативности обучения математике в адаптивной системе в условиях информационно-образовательной среды. Для более объективной оценки результативности обучения математике в адаптивной системе каждый критерий группы описан конкретными показателями, которые в дальнейшем можно измерить и оценить. Полнофункциональный алгоритм оценки результативности обучения математике в адаптивной системе в условиях информационно-образовательной среды обозначен в пошаговом выполнении технологических операций в целях обеспечения единства внутреннего и внешнего контроля качества обучения. Заключение. Оптимально разработанная система оценки результативности обучения математике в адаптивной системе в условиях ИОС, несомненно, будет обеспечивать эффективность образовательной деятельности вуза, способствовать расширению доступа к европейскому образовательному пространству и росту конкурентоспособности выпускников на рынке труда. Introduction. The article considers the issue of the quality of training which is a fundamental criterion for the efficiency of the educational process in both traditional and innovative learning environment. Aim and objectives: to substantiate the indicators of the system for assessing the effectiveness of teaching mathematics in adaptive system within e-learning environment. Material and methods. The article reveals the parameters and regularities of building the adaptive systems of mathematical training of university students. The authors underline that when shifting during the process of mathematical training to the electronic educational environment, ensuring the high quality of training is becoming extremely important. The approach to determining the quality of e-learning in accordance with the standard is based on the development of detailed descriptions of each process and sub-process. Results and discussion. The article presents target indicators (regulatory and organizational, psychological and pedagogical, software and hardware, communication and personnel) and performance criteria for teaching mathematics in the adaptive system in conditions of the electronic educational environment. To give a more objective assessment of the efficiency of teaching mathematics in the adaptive system, each group criterion is described with the help of specific indicators that can be further measured and evaluated. A fully functional algorithm for evaluating the efficiency of teaching mathematics in the adaptive system in conditions of the electronic educational environment is indicated in the step-by-step implementation of technological operations in order to ensure the unity of internal and external quality control of training. Conclusion. An optimally developed system for evaluating the efficiency of teaching mathematics in the adaptive system in conditions of the electronic educational environment will undoubtedly ensure the efficiency of the educational activities of higher educational institutions, contribute to expanding access to the European educational space, and increase graduates’ competitiveness in the labor market.

Improving health in an educational environment allows to gain greater control over the health of students. It includes a wide range of educational and methodological activities aimed at protecting and improving the health of subjects of the educational process and improving their quality of life through the correct organization of the educational environment, and not only prevention and correction. This policy should be supported by an appropriate regulatory framework that combines the stimulation of experience and knowledge based on high-quality evidence-based information, verified health evidence, develops intellectual assets and applies ethical standards in the practice of maintaining the health of students at the university. Partnerships between public health services of the Republic of Kazakhstan and higher educational institutions are obliged to identify and share responsibility for the health of the student community and solve problems that contribute to the development of key tasks in the field of protection and preservation of public health, requiring additional efforts and mobilization of resources of the higher education system. At the republican level the functions of monitoring public health risk factors in the conditions of training students in higher education are carried out. Scientific research in the field of public health, including measures to promote healthy lifestyles, makes it possible to predict their dynamics and assess the effectiveness and quality of educational services and implementation programs for the preservation of public health. The activities of higher educational institutions in the Republic of Kazakhstan are considered from the point of view of health as the main value. A healthy student community and its well-being are based on the consolidation of efforts and available methods of preserving and developing the health of future professionals.

Continuous improvement of the education system, aimed at improving the quality of educational services provided by educational institutions, updates the need for different pedagogical thinking, innovative forms and new conditions for implementing education, up-bringing and development of students. One of the ways to solve these problems is to create digital educational environment in educational institutions. The article is aimed at solving the following number of problems: studying the essence of the digital educational environment, identifying its structure, studying the requirements for making modern digital environment of a higher educational institution. The work justifies the need to create digital educational environment in conditions of education informatization and digitalization. Approaches to substantiating the essence of the digital educational environment have been defined, the conditions for its creation in order to improve the quality of educational services have been outlined. The advantages of the digital educational environment include: providing educational opportunities for all participants in the educational process equally; learning mobility (variation of time and place of learning); life-long learning during the life; opportunities for the training of schoolchildren, students, participants in courses and vocational retraining programs along the designed individual educational routes; consumption, use and development of e-learning resources. The organization of educational activities in the digital environment is aimed at the optimal solution of fundamental didactic problems with the most necessary coverage of all the advantages of information and communication technologies, digital learning technologies and their means. In addition, the conditions of the digital educational environment allow us to develop a certain electronic basis for the development of the cognitive and creative activities of students and teachers, supporting the continuous dynamic formation of a system of knowledge and competencies, which is the basis for managing and ensuring the quality of the pedagogical process and educational services.

The article describes experience of creating and implementing information-managing educational environment at university. The model of creating information-managing educational environment of university with elements of artificial intelligence and indicative management is described. This environment contributes to improve quality of training and management of educational processes and resources. The stages of creating and implementing information-managing educational environment are considered systemically, as continuous process focused on a consumer. The inhibitory and facilitating conditions for introduction of the model at university are described. To provide subject-oriented approach to the use of information resources of environment, recommended clusters of information subsystems for each category of users are described.Practically implemented scientific and methodological recommendations for subjects of educational process to overcome resistance to innovations introduced in educational organizations are proposed.Features of adaptation of the developed information-managing educational environment for schools are presented.

Research goal: the research is aimed at theoretical substantiation of applying the augmented reality technology and its peculiarities at higher technical educational institutions. Research objectives: the research is to solve the problems of determining the role and place of the technology in the educational process and its possible application to physics training. Object of research: teaching physics to students of higher technical educational institutions. Subject of research: the augmented reality technology as a component of the training process at higher educational institutions. Research methods used: theoretical methods include analysis of scientific and methodological literature; empirical methods include studying and observation of the training process. Research results: analysis of scientific publications allows defining the notion of augmented reality; application of augmented reality objects during laboratory practical works on physics is suggested. Main conclusions. introduction of the augmented reality technology in thetraining process at higher technical educational institutions increases learning efficiency, facilitates students’ training and cognitive activities, improves the quality of knowledge acquisition, provokes interest in a subject, promotesdevelopment of research skills and a future specialist’s competent personality.

The education based on simulation is an educationalstrategy where students learn from their errors, developing skills, knowledge, competences,etc. in a controlled environment. During the process of teaching by simulation, it is necessaryto execute various types of assessments (diagnostic, summative, formative) in order tomake adjustments or changes in the educational process of the students, therefore identifying areas of opportunity for improvement. With the simulation, different processes can be taught, like interprofessionalism and collaborative work. Nowadays, there is a major concern for added safety and the quality of care for the patients and their families. Therefore, a WHO study group determined the basic interprofessional competences, and has been given the task of disseminating and promoting interprofessional education. Some educational institutions in the US, Canada and Europe have integrated interprofessional and collaborative work in simulation practices. All the activity by simulation must be evaluated in order to provide feedback to the participants and establish improvement strategies. The assessment of the interprofessional work focuses on the evaluation of common skills and competencies among various health professionals.
