Forming Analytical Competence of International Economics Students in the Process of Learning Foreign Languages

The author explains the need in forming of analytical thinking among International Economics students in order to build up their professional competence as an important condition of job competitiveness, responsiveness to new market changes, successful intercultural communication in the business world. The author highlights the meaning of the analytical thinking definition and its place in the process of analytical performance and competence development. The article presents the algorithm of analytical thinking building as an activity which starts with identifying a problem, describing an aim, tasks, subject matter and methods to solve it. The article presents the components of analytical competence and describes necessary conditions for its development within professional language training with the focus on aim and tasks specified by the state documents. The author emphasizes the unique role of foreign languages and their place in the development of future specialist professional competence. In conclusion the author notes that developed analytical competence is the main part of professionally oriented personality becoming with high level of competitiveness and deep understanding of intercultural communication.

It is always a big challenge for all types of companies anywhere in the world to survive in the globalised and accelerated world. Their primary objective is to stay competitive, keep or even enlarge their market share while keeping their costs at a minimum level. These corporations often cross borders and operate on a multinational level. In order to do that successfully they need flexible workforce: people who have a high level of intercultural competencies and can help their corporations to achieve their aim of profit maximising. It is widely accepted that culture and languages are among the most significant impacts on intercultural communication. In this paper first I am going to interpret intercultural communication and the role of culture and then look at different intercultural skills and the role of languages in intercultural communication. Some areas that might cause problems in intercultural business communication will also be described.

<p>At present, in terms of intercultural communication, the role of the axiological aspect in teaching foreign languages is growing. When thinking about the values and anti-values in the phraseology of Russian and German it is advisable to take into account their hierarchy which can be presented as the axiological scale. This investigation benefits from the following methods: axiological linguistic method, method of cognitive analysis, comparative method, processing of lexicographical sources. The result of the study is formation of the axiological scale and development on its basis of the taxonomic model of values and anti-values in the phraseology of the Russian and German languages. The taxonomic model of values and anti-values in the phraseology of the language allows submitting axiological hierarchy reflecting the inter-layer differentiation of values and anti-values represented by axiological phraseology. Axiological scale and taxonomic model of values and anti-values in the Russian and German phraseology can be used in linguistic axiological research of different languages. </p>

The teaching of intercultural communication covers two broad areas of culture and language teaching. The ability to use different expressions is important in the teaching of intercultural communication, as discussions are conducted at a high language level. The teaching of intercultural communication in universities should facilitate intercultural cooperation and understanding among students. It is necessary to learn languages and cultures in the teaching of foreign languages in order to achieve intercultural communication and eliminate the misunderstandings that may arise as a result. In the present times of globalization, the issues of a high level of proficiency in foreign languages are especially relevant in the context of the significant need for specialists capable of working in an international environment. Foreign language proficiency is a significant condition for establishing and maintaining international business contacts, intensifying professional interaction with foreign colleagues. According to the Bologna Convention, knowledge of foreign languages is an important component of today's mobility of students, teachers and scientists in the context of access to education, innovative research and teaching opportunities in the postmodern European space. All these factors justify the economic value of a knowledge of foreign languages and become one of the key components of the professional competence of future specialists in the postmodern space. Competitiveness of specialists is directly dependent on on the ability to process professional foreign literature, as well as on the usefulness of the ability to listen to lecture material and reports in a foreign language during conferences, round tables and seminars; from the ability to take part in an idiosyncratic conversation on professional and business topics; as well as the ability to search for new information on the Internet or in theoretical scientific sources of the world level; from the ability to prepare and conduct a presentation on a selected topic in postmodern society.

The paper proves the need of lecturers training to form future philologists  intercultural competence. The need has several reasons: firstly, the development of  future philologists intercultural competence requires improvement of lecturers pedagogical skills and the development of their own  intercultural communication skills; secondly, as higher school teachers are free to choose education technologies, forms, methods and means of students learning, they  should be given the relevant methodological knowledge for training  students with a high level of intercultural competence . The article describes the forms and methods of improving the lecturers  professional competence that are necessary for the formation of future philologists  entercultucal competence. На це є низка  причин: по-перше, розвиток міжкультурної компетентності майбутніх філологів потребує вдосконалення педагогічних навичок викладачів та розвитку їх власних навичок міжкультурного спілкування; по-друге, оскільки вчителі вищої школи вільні вибирати освітні технології, форми, методи та засоби навчання студентів, їм слід надавати відповідні методологічні знання для підготовки студентів з високим рівнем міжкультурної компетентності.Стаття описує форми та способи вдосконалення професійної компетентності викладачів, які необхідні для формування міжкультурної компетентності майбутніх філологів. This article discusses the application of research activities as a means of forming the research competence of a bachelor. Research the concept of research competence is the General concept of “research”. The role of research competence of the bachelor is determined. The result of the study is a certain territorial system concept and objective education. The emerging levels of professional competence of the future bachelor’s mathematics teacher coincide with the level of students’ performance of educational and methodological tasks: low level-the lack of a system of knowledge of a reproductive nature about the methodological features of teaching certain topics of mathematics, about the age characteristics of students; inability to make educational and methodological questions even on a given sample; intermediate level-a system of acquired and existing knowledge, skills and basic professional qualities in the learning process, which is able to solve educational and methodological issues in standard situations with the help of a teacher or other persons through level 1 tasks using individual approaches based on the model; a high level of methodological literacy — readiness for independent and creative release training tasks in the changed conditions on all major types of educational-methodical assignments with the use of special, generic methods or their own methods of instructional activities in accordance with accepted standards and norms and the implementation of educational-methodical tasks of the second and third levels. We can conclude that research is a phenomenon of human culture, the essence of which is the knowledge of the world around us. The result of the research is objective knowledge reflected in the system of concepts in a certain area.

In this chapter the authors analyze the Moncler case using concepts link to the family business world. In the luxury industry family businesses are existing entities with a strong DNA created by a founder leader and guided by his vision across generations; the strong link between the founder's DNA, the company and the customers implies a high level of influence on how resources are managed and, consequently, it changes dynamics and results. In the rapid changing luxury industry's business environment it is necessary for the companies to maintain the DNA's heritage. To succeed it is necessary to innovate and to remain linked to the root of the past through innovation and evolution. Moncler perfectly shows how - from the successful vision of the founder to a deep crisis - is possible to reach a second life (with a new re-founder) appealing to the original values and DNA of the company.

The role of humans in organizations is very important. the demands of technology and competition in the business world, therefore the competence of human resources in the organization must be optimized through competency-based training and employee development. This has a positive impact when competent human resources are able to bring personal success to improve organizational performance. Human Development in the organization provides quality and workability that will have an impact on improving organizational performance. PT. Pertamina Lubricant in welcoming the Word Class Company - 2020 prepares everything, especially the readiness of Human Resources to achieve this. Currently, training on human resources to improve competence both internally and externally in the national and international scope has begun. In addition, competency certification for PT. Pertamina Lubricant personnel by competent institutions for certain jobs in order to get recognition both nationally and internationally is also followed. In essence, this study aims to improve the professional competence of the workforce and or maintain the professional competence of the workforce to improve performance in a company that is undergoing a change in production technology from manual to modern with the same workforce, whose training is carried out internally, integrated and coordinatively. . These conditions are all still in process, but signs of improvement are being felt. Kondisi  ini  semua  masih  dalam   proses   namun  tanda-tanda  kearah perbaikan dirasakan semakin tampak. Proses inilah yang menjadi kajian kita saat ini.
