The article provides a definition of a prospective complex scientific discipline on Rus — rusologia (russologie). The author dwells on the resource-base and borrowed names of individual periods of history of Rus, demonstrates nomination analogies relevant for a complex historical study of states other than Rus, and lists innovative scientific methods peculiar to this particular discipline. The article contains illustrations, which serve to demonstrate the potential of the new epigraphic research methods, and presents critical views of them, as well as the author´s arguments in their favour. The author dares to assume that rusologia (russologie) is to become a complex scientific discipline, a distinct study of Rus and its inhabitants (the rusiches). With Rus´s population worshiping different Vedic gods on an alternating basis, the author deems it consistent to nominalise each period of Rus´s history accordingly. Thus, the subdisciplines of rusologia (rossulogie) are Mokosh/ (Mokos) — rusologia, Mara-rusologia, Rod-rusologia, Yar-rusologia, Arctorusologia, Slavic-rusologia and Pre-Romanov-rusologia. Each subdiscipline is responsible for a particular period of the historical development of Rus and the rusiches. Later periods are central to the study of such disciplines as Russian cultural anthropology, Russian historiography, the old and modern Russian language etc.

Abstract Introduction The interaction between military and civilian healthcare systems has contributed to the development of medical care. Swedish innovations such as the Seldinger technique for angiography, Leksell Gamma Knife for cranial surgery, and the introduction of pacemakers and ultrasound have contributed to the global development of medicine. Several authors have described the Swedish civilian healthcare system and its development. However, the development and history of its military healthcare system and its influence on the civilian healthcare system remain untold. This review aims to describe the historical development of the Swedish military healthcare system and its path toward civilian-military collaboration and a total defense healthcare system. Material and Methods A search for all published scientific papers in Swedish and English, along with available legal documents and directives, was made. We used CINAHL, PubMed, Scopus, and Gothenburg University’s databases and search engines. The following keywords, Swedish, military, civilian, healthcare, collaboration, and development, were searched for, alone or in combination, using a PRISMA flow chart. Duplicates, abstracts, and nonscientific publications were excluded. Results Each of the four distinct periods of historical development in the Swedish military healthcare system can be characterized by the changes necessary for transforming Sweden from an aggressive to a defensive and collaborative nation, with national and international engagement. Collaboration not only encompasses readiness and willingness to share resources and information, and to adjust routines and guidelines, but also needs a culture of consensus and respect for each other’s limitations and capabilities. The definition of military medicine and the military physician’s role in Sweden is imperative for further civilian-military collaboration. Conclusions Recent global sociopolitical changes necessitate civilian-military healthcare collaboration. Although civilian-military healthcare partnerships in various medical fields have been reported earlier, the Swedish concept of total defense’s healthcare system integration and collaboration may be a more fruitful approach. The collaboration within the total defense healthcare system will result in technical achievements, innovations, and medical advancements for the benefit of the whole nation.

The aim of the study is to design an electronic terminographic product in the form of a terminological data bank (TDB) “Classification Parameters of Phraseological Units” with consistent implementation of infological and datological stages. The object in the study is the TDB, the focus is terms for designation of types of phraseological units (PU), which actively function in Ukrainian and Russian linguistics in the 2nd half of the 20th century to 2020. The methodology of the study is based on theoretical foundations of phraseology, terminology, applied linguistics, and computer terminography (linguistic database/data bank technology). The general and specific scientific methods are used: analysis and synthesis, ascent from the abstract to the concrete, classification, definitional analysis, identification, linguistic observation and description, selection, elements of a statistical method. The infological stage is related to the solution of a set of information problems: 1) definition of the principle of regularization of terms of phraseology, 2) selection of terms with the archeseme “phraseoclassification type” from scientific literature in order to form an alphabetical register, 3) establishment of the composition of the dedicated terminology subsystems, 4) description of terminology subsystems, 5) creation of an electronic catalog of terms for further computer processing of collected information. The main principle of systematization is the thesaurus: “terminological system – terminological microsystem – terminological subsystem – term”. The next step is to develop a datalogical scheme, which is a system of tables whose fields display information about the described terms in the form of data, for example: number, term, terminology subsystem, scientific source, definition, illustration, paradigm relations of the term. The TDB modeled in the work is a special terminology dictionary (monolingual (Ukrainian) in terms of the number of languages involved), which has 113 terms to denote types of PUs and covers 17 classifications of PUs. The TDB “Classification Parameters of Phraseological Units” is positioned as an electronic terminographic product created for storage of information, optimization and intensification of system research on fundamental issues of phraseology and phraseography, works devoted to problems of comprehensive analysis and parameterization of PUs. The prospect of the study is to create a Russian-language version of this terminographic product.

This paper provides landmarks for the study of the historical development and current expansion of academic psychology and clinical psychology education in Australia and three countries of the Malay Archipelago (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore). It reviews literature on the history of clinical psychology, and information from universities and psychological associations, and includes an overview of the current providers and forms of psychology education programmes and their curricula. A critical analysis informed by cultural anthropology indicates that psychology has only to a small extent been adjusted to different cultural contexts, while ‘western’ models of the discipline remain dominant. The neglect of attention to culture in psychology and clinical psychology raises important questions about the future of the discipline in the tropical regions of Australia and the Malay Archipelago.

Abstract:This article examines the history of rape prosecutions in the African courts of Gusiiland, Kenya, from the 1940s through the first years of independence. Drawing on transcripts from African courts, it demonstrates that Gusii court elders were quite sympathetic to women who lodged rape claims. Elders handed down stiff punishments to rapists, were willing to entertain a wide definition of “indecent assault,” and did not require the extensive evidence of rape so commonly demanded by judges in Western courts (and in British courts in Kenya). Perhaps most surprisingly, men who admitted to having had sex but claimed it had been consensual were forced to prove their claims. This article advances both the historical study of rape in Africa and suggests that we reassess—or at least reserve judgment—on the nature of sexual violence in the non—West.

A distinctive feature of Mangystau is a significant number of underground mosques that have existed within the region since the X-XIII centuries. The purpose of the study is to analyze and assess the current state of underground mosques and the prospects for their use as objects for the development of tourism. The study was carried out as a result of the use of complex methods: dialectical, retrospective, systemic and logical analysis, as well as general scientific methods of comparison, analysis and synthesis. Underground mosques in Mangistau region play an important role in the development of tourism in Kazakhstan. The analysis shows that the objects carved into the rock are unique underground structures that differ in the peculiarity and history of their formation. The research results can be used in theoretical and methodological research on this topic. The research materials show that in the Mangistau region it is necessary to study the religious heritage using a rich resource base and develop new tour programs that will increase the region's tourism pportunities and the development of all types of religious tourism.
