Intellectual disabilities were people who have a level of intelligence so low (below normal) that they needed help in carrying out activities. People with intellectual disabilities can strike sexual violence because of the stigma about disabilities are a-sexual creatures, especially intellectual disabilities. Therefore, the community restricted the access of health information, especially sexual matters. Besides that, there were several obstacles in conveying health information to people with intellectual disabilities due to the limitations of mental retardation understanding the contents. This is also supported by the lack of media that used to deliver material to intellectual disabilities people. The purpose of this research is to produce a puzzle that can protect people with intellectual disabilities from sexual violence. Research and development with a qualitative approach. Using interview, document study and observation methods. The research subjects consisted of eleven people consisting of six teachers of SLB-C TPA Jember, one Headmaster of SLB-C TPA Jember, three psychologists of Garwita Institute and one media expert. Data collection tools are interview guides, observation guides, handphones and stationery. The knowledge about sexual violence and puberty of most informants was still lacking. The informants agreed that girls with intellectual disabilities have a problem with their puberty period and sexual violence. The teachers always give education about puberty and how to protect their self from sexual violence. The informants also agreed that girls with intellectual disabilities need a puzzle that has message education about puberty and sexual violence.

In accordance with PP No. 8 of 2012 and the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia No. 73 of 2013 requires universities to implement a curriculum that refers to the IQF. In the PGMI study program, UIN Raden Fatah Palembang has implemented a curriculum system that refers to the KKNI. This study aims to determine the application of the curriculum referring to the KKNI in the PGMI study program of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. Where in this study, researchers look for sources of descriptive data in the form of words or opinions from research subjects. Data collection was carried out by interview and observation methods. The analysis technique of data collection, presentation and conclusion. Data analysis was carried out on data collection and after all were collected. The results show that in general the KKNI curriculum has been implemented in the PGMI UIN Raden Fatah Palembang study program which is decent and good.

Social media is a necessity for everyone in communicating and exchanging information. Social media users do not know the boundaries of age, generation, gender, ethnicity, and religion. However, what is interesting is the user among housewives. This study took the research subjects of housewives. Housewives are chosen as research subjects because they are pillars or pillars in a household. If the pillar is strong, then the household will also be healthy. Thus, if we want to build a resilient and robust generation, we will start from the housewives. A healthy household starts from strong mothers too. This study aims to find out the insights of the housewives of Kanoman village regarding the content on smartphones and social media and provide knowledge of social media literacy to housewives. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques using participant observation, interviews, focus group discussion (FGD), and documentation. The results of the study showed that previously housewives had not experienced social media literacy. Then the researchers took steps to be able to achieve the desired literacy results. Researchers took several steps to make them become social media literates. They become able to use social media, understand social media, and even produce messages through social media.

AbstrakPenerimaan merupakan sikap seseorang yang menerima orang lain apa adanya secara keseluruhan, tanpa disertai persyaratan ataupun penilaian. Apabila dalam keluarga terutama pada ibu ada penerimaan, maka dapat membantu dalam pengasuhan dan akan mendukung perkembangan anak. Namun tidak mudah bagi seorang ibu untuk dapat menerima begitu saja kondisi anaknya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran penerimaan ibu terhadap anaknya yang mengalami gangguan retardasi mental, faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan penerimaan serta gambaran retardasi mental secara pendekatan kualitatif dalam bentuk eksplorasi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah tiga orang ibu yang memiliki anak yang mengalami gangguan retardasi mental. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik wawancara semi terstruktur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara umum, satu dari tiga orang subyek penelitian dapat dikatakan telah menerima anaknya dengan baik, hal ini terlihat dari sikap subyek yang telah memenuhi keseluruhan aspek penerimaan ibu terhadap anak yaitu kecemasan yang minimal terhadap kehadiran anak, pembelaan diri yang minimal atas keterbatasan anak, dan tidak adanya penolakan. Disamping itu kedua subyek tersebut juga memperlihatkan adanya kontrol terhadap perkembangan anak, memberikan tekanan atas kemampuan anak, komunikasi yang hangat, pengasuhan yang baik, adanya sikap menghargai dan penlaian yang positif terhadap anak, juga pengenalan atas kebutuhan anak dalam pengembangan kemandirian anak. Namun pada dasarnya seluruh subyek dapat memenuhi aspek yang terkait dengan pengasuhan, dan tidak adanya penolakan yang terlihat dari ibu. Gambaran retardasi mental yang dialami anak subyek dapat dikatakan terlihat jelas dari bentuk fisik. Kondisi keterbelakangan mental anak dari subyek A, B, dan C terlihat tidak terlalu parah. Faktor yang paling menonjol dalam penerimaan dari ketiga subyek adalah faktor agama, dimana seluruh subyek menyatakan dapat menerima kondisi anak setelah menyerahkan seluruhnya kepada Tuhan.Kata kunci: Penerimaan Ibu, Retardasi Mental, AnakAbstractThe acceptance is an attitude of someone who accepts other people as they are as they are whole, without any requirements or assessment. When a family, especially the mother has reception, then it can assist in education and support the development of children. But it is not easy for a mother to be able to take for granted of her child condition. The aim of this study was to obtain an acceptance overview of the mother whose children suffered mental retardation disorder, the factors led to the acceptance as well as an overview of mental retardation by a qualitative approach in the form of exploration. The subjects were three mothers whose children with mental retardation disorders. This study used semi-structured interview techniques. Based on the results of general research, two of the three research subjects can be said that they have accepted their children well, as seen from the attitude of the subject who has fulfilled all aspects of the mothers' acceptance to their children are the minimal anxiety to the presence of the children, a minimal self-defense about the limitations of the children, and the absence of rejection. Besides, these two subjects also showed that the control of the development of the children, pressure giving on the children’s ability, warm communication, good parenting, respection and a positive judgement against children, also a recognition of the children’s needs in the development of the children’s independence. But basically the whole subject can fulfill aspects associated with caregiving, and the absence of a rejection seen on the mother.The overview of mental retardation suffered by the subject children can be said is obvious from the physical form. Mental retardation of the childrens' condition subjects A, B, and C are not too severe. The most prominent factor in the acceptance of the three subjects is the religion factor, where the whole subjects state can accept the childrens' condition after the completely submission to the God.Keywords:Mother Acceptance, Mental Retardation, Children

The competency of the teacher can contribute or increase learning achievement can be an active example of inofative criminative and have high integration in school. The purpose of this research is to know the role of the PAI master competence in enhancing student learning achievement.  This research uses the method of decriptif with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques using observations, interviews and documentation studies. Research subjects are the principals and teachers of PAI. The results of the study showed: (1). Pedagogic competence, (2). Personality Competencies (3). Social competence and (4). Professional competence.

This study examines the application of noble character education in developing character through storytelling in early childhood in early childhood PAUD An-Nuur. The purpose of research is to obtain data on: 1) the implementation of the application of noble character education in developing character in early childhood in early childhood PAUD An-Nuur; 2) procedures for using storytelling in early childhood in the learning process in early childhood An-Nuur; 3) factors supporting and inhibiting the application of noble character education in developing character in early childhood in early childhood PAUD An Nuur. The results of the application of noble character education with the extent of the benefit of knowledge, attitudes, procedures use storytelling that students get as learners and their implementation in everyday life at school. To answer these problems the approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, the research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of words written or spoken of people and observed behavior. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation and study of literature. Research subjects in this study amounted to five informants, ie one person PAUD An Nuur, one early childhood tutor An Nuur, three students PAUD An Nuur. Based on data processing and discussion, the result of research on the application of noble character education in early childhood in early childhood PAUD An-Nuur, have the same goal, for the good of the child and make the child is given habituation noble with good morals. starts with giving good advice to exemplify good life so that children can imitate exemplary.Keywords: application of noble character education, character, storytelling

The number of women local workers in the informal sector increases. Most of the women are those who live and work in poverty. One of the informal jobs is seller of corn on the cob, which is known as Boiled Corn Seller (BCS) women. The study is a case study with qualitative approach. These BCS women sell their corn along the provincial axis road in Pondidaha Sub-district of Konawe District, Indonesia. The data collection techniques used were observation methods, indepth interviews, and FGDs. The results showed that (1) BCS women still had access to capital resources, production facilities and labor, but faced difficulties in production equipment, labor, training and money; (2) the processing, marketing and distribution of corn on the cob were dominated by BCS women; and (3) the conceptual model planned for capacity building was a local food diversification program.

People with intellectual disability (ID) require special support in order to achieve independence in their daily life. Persons with ID are less exposed to assistive technology, although studies have shown that the availability of aids afford an opportunity to reach independence and cooperation. The aim of this study was to examine the nature of the relationship between involvement of the physiotherapy (PT) team and the degree to which assistive technology was used. A questionnaire was sent to all PTs employed at all 54 residential care centers for persons with ID of the Division for Mental Retardation at the Ministry of Social Affairs in Israel. A significantly positive correlation was found between the degree of involvement of the PT and the utilization of assistive technology. The study results may be summarized by stating that PTs demonstrated a great deal of involvement, particularly in relation to the extent of their work in the residential care centers. PT's awareness of the importance was indicated as the major reason to use assistive technology.

Students' thinking style is influential in learning outcomes, but teachers have not yet focused on the teaching and learning process, resulting in students having difficulties in receiving the material, especially in the study of analyzing physical concepts through graphs on the concept of kinematics. Therefore, knowing the student's thinking style especially for the physics teacher is a very important effort to achieve teaching success. This study aims to determine the students' thinking style in analyzing physical concepts through graphs on kinematics concepts. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research. Subjects in this study were students of class X Mipa1 and X Mipa2. Data collection instruments in this study were questionnaire, observation and documentation. The questionnaire used was in the form of a closed questionnaire adapted from the Quantum Learning book written by Bobbi DePorter and Mike Hernacki,  The results of this study indicated that the concrete sequential thinking style (S1) was 27 %, abstract sequential thinking style (S2) was 14%, random abstract (A1) was 34%, concrete random thinking style (A2) was 25%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan alat tambal ban portable yang layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran perbaikan ban. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pengembangan (R&D) yang diadopsi dari Richey and Klein dengan tahapan pengembangan model, validasi internal dan validasi eksternal. Subyek penelitian yang digunakan adalah 4 mekanik dan siswa SMK Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Sepeda Montor (TSM) yang berjumlah 70 siswa. Sedangkan obyek penelitian dilaksanakan di Astra Honda Yogyakarta, Yamaha Mataram Sakti dan SMK Muhammadiyah Salam. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket media dan angat tanggapan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alat tambal ban portable layak digunakan dengan hasil validasi produk dari Astra Honda 90,67%. dan 88,78% dari Yamaha. Tanggapan siswa menunjukkan hasil bahwa siswa sangat setuju Alat Tambal Ban Portable menjadi media pembelajaran dengan skor 4,08. ABSTRACTThis study aims to develop a portable tire patching device which is suitable as a learning media for tire repairing. The design of this study used a research and development (R&D) design adopted from Richey and Klein with the stages of model development, internal validation and external validation. The research subjects were 4 mechanics and 70 vocational school students major in motorcycle engineering. While the object of research was carried out at Astra Honda Yogyakarta, Yamaha Mataram Sakti and SMK Muhammadiyah Salam. The data collection techniques used media questionnaires and the response of students. The results showed that portable tire patching tool was suitable to use with the product validation result from Astra Honda 90.67%. and 88.78% of Yamaha. The student responses showed the results that students strongly agreed Portable Tire Patching Tool became learning media with a score of 4.08.
