Accurate capture fishery production data at the fishing ports is crucial, especially for planning the development of capture fisheries and fishing ports. This research aims to analyze the mechanism and accuracy in collecting capture fishery data at the fishing port, especially Cilacap Ocean Fishing Port (OFP). The data collection mechanism of capture fishery production is analyzed through a qualitative descriptive method, while the accuracy of the data was analyzed with a comparative quantitative descriptive method. The results showed three steps in the data collection mechanism at Cilacap OFP: data collection, data recapitulation, and data reporting. The values of deviation and accuracy level of the data on capture fishery were 3,4%-62,1% and 37,9%-96,6%, respectively. This result concluded that the data recorded by the enumerator were more accurate than those in the logbook classified as inaccurate.Keywords:CilacapDataFishAccurateFishing Port

Critical thinking is an essential aspect of the 21st century. There was an outbreak of pandemic covid-19; some educators had difficulty stimulating critical thinking in early childhood. But for some teachers used spice ingredients at home to promote the critical thinking of children. Therefore, this research aimed to provide critical thinking learning solutions during the covid 19 pandemics. This study used a qualitative descriptive method to describe the use of spices in stimulating essential thinking. The data collection technique using interviews, observations and documentation by involving children aged 5-6 years (n= 15). Data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing were analyzed by testing data validity using triangulation techniques.  This study showed that using spice media in making turmeric herbs acid, making batik from natural dyes, and making dolls through a scientific approach can stimulate critical thinking ability in children in the study from home. So, can be concluded that using spice media stimulate critical thinking ability in children in the study from home.

This purpose of this researchis to analyza social capital based on networks, norms and trust as in the Santuso II Forest Farmers Group in cardamom development. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection methods used are observation, interview and documentation. The key informants were the head of the group, and the supporting informants were members of farmer groups, forestry extension agents, Sumberpakem Village secretaries and Chair of the International Association of Students in Agriculture and Related Sciences at the University of Jember. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman method with 4 stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that networking occurs between personal, personal networks with institutions and institutional networks with institutions. The elements of norms consist of written norms and unwritten norms and beliefs that appear in the Santuso II Forest Farmer Group based on the relationship between members of the farmer group and institutions that work together with the hope that cardamom development can be positive and the existence of social interactions that enable hopes to be realized such as obligations and joint responsibility. This paper examines metaphorical figurative language in Arabic poetry books. The data used is taken from the Diwan Imam Syafi'iy book. The book contains one hundred and thirty poems. Most of them portray moral issues, advice and reflection on the community situation at that time. The poems also use a lot of figurative language, one of them is metaphor. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that includes three stages, that are data collection, data analysis, and presentation of the results of data analysis. Data collection is conducted by recording the metaphors contained in the book of Diwan Imam Syafi’iy. Analyzing the data is conducted by classifying the type of metaphor, and presenting the data is conducted by writing metaphorical findings into the paper. The research technique is performed by describing three elements forming metaphor according to Taylor, as tenor, vehicle, and ground. The meaning field refers to a comparison as a  figurative, while comparability is the object described. Comparators are classified into nine types of comparison by Haley. Based on a review of the book Diwan Imam Syafi`i, seven types of metaphor comparison are found, as being, cosmos, energy, terrestrial, object, living, and animate.Tulisan ini mengkaji gaya bahasa kiasan metafora dalam buku syair berbahasa Arab. Data yang digunakan diambil dari buku syair Diwan Imam Syafi`iy. Buku itu memuat seratus tiga puluh syair yang sebagian besar memotret soal moral dan nasihat serta refleksi dari keadaan masyarakat pada saat itu. Di dalam syair-syair tersebut banyak digunakan bahasa kiasan, metafora salah satunya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang mencakup tiga tahapan, yaitu pengumpulan data, penganalisisan data, dan presentasi hasil analisis data. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mencatat metafora yang terkandung dalam buku syair Diwan Imam Syafi`iy. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengklasifikasikan jenis metafora dan mempresentasikan temuan-temuan metafora ke dalam makalah. Teknik penelitian dilakukan dengan menguraikan tiga elemen pembentuk metafora menurut Taylor, yaitu pebanding, pembanding, dan persamaan keduanya. Medan makna mengacu pada pembanding yang menjadi kiasan, sedangkan pebanding adalah objek yang dideskripsikan. Pembanding diklasifikasi berdasarkan sembilan jenis pembanding Haley. Berdasarkan tinjauan terhadap buku syair Diwan Imam Syafi`iy, ditemukan tujuh jenis pembanding metafora, yaitu being, cosmos, energy, terrestrial, object, living, dan animate.

Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk analisis penggunaan Schoology pada Mata Pelajaran PPKn terhadap minat belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Srandakan Bantul Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Srandakan pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah : (1) satu orang Kepala Sekolah SMA N 1 Srandakan Bantul (2) satu orang Guru Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (3) Siswa SMA N 1 Srandakan sejumlah 8 orang. Teknik analisis data melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pemerikasaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Schoology memiliki kemudahan dalam mengatur administrasi pembelajaran siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Srandakan karena siswa dapat presensi, mendapat materi hingga evaluasi di Schoology; (2) Schoology dapat mengendalikan minat belajar siswa dalam aspek preventif dengan cara kegiatan belajar menyenangkan, persuasif dengan cara membujuk melalui fitur massages, dan represif dengan cara didatangi rumahnya berdasarkan informasi yang disajikan dalam aplikasi tersebut; (3) Schoology memiliki tampilan seperti media sosial Facebook ditandai warna dasar yang sama yaitu biru dan putih serta menu yang identik; (4) Schoology memiliki keunggulan untuk diskusi pada pembelajaran daring, siswa dapat berdiskusi kelompok dengan guru sebagai pemantik materi dalam fitur Groups; (5) Schoology mengakomodasi aneka macam media pembelajaran antara lain media gambar visual, audio, dan audio visual atau video. Kata Kunci: Schoology, PPKn, Minat Belajar Siswa Abstract The research aims to analyze the use of Schoology in PPKn Subjects on student interest in learning at SMA Negeri 1 Srangkan Bantul in 2020. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Srangkan from July to August 2020. This study used a qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were: (1) one principal of SMA N 1 Srangkan Bantul (2) one teacher of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (3) 8 students of SMA N 1 Srangkan. Data analysis techniques through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity was checked by data triangulation. The results of this study are: (1) Schoology has the convenience of managing the administration of student learning at SMA Negeri 1 Srangkan because students get presence, receive material and evaluation in Schoology; (2) Schoology can control student interest in preventive aspects by means of fun, persuasive learning activities by persuading through massages, and repressive features by visiting their house based on the information presented in the application; (3) Schoology has a display similar to Facebook's social media marked with the same basic colors, namely blue and white and identical menus; (4) Schoology has the advantage of discussions on online learning, students can have group discussions with the teacher as material triggers in the Groups feature; (5) Schoology accommodates various kinds of learning media, including visual images, audio, and audio-visual or video media. Research that the author did aim to know how to design inventory system on Planet Phone.The method used is quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are literature study, observation, and interviews. From the research conducted found that there is a problem on inventory data processing. The process of inventory data processing only by writing using a general ledger. So this causes inaccuracies and delays in reports. Therefore the authors make the information system by using PHP and MySQL database. This system consists of inputting inventory data, inventory reports, sales reports and income reports. As for some suggestions given to tackle the problem is by connecting the system with internet connection, for employees more quickly and effectively in penginputan inventory data and owner can also know the sales reports and income reports more quickly without having to come directly to the store.

Describe the implementation of the fingerprint electronic absence policy on the discipline and performance of civil servants as well as the impact it has on implementing the fingerprint electronic absence policy. Qualitative descriptive method describes various conditions and situations as the object of research. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation and interviews. After the implementation of fingerprint electronic attendance, discipline increases and obligations as employees have been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. The application of sanctions in the regional government of seluma regency is in accordance with the regulations of civil servants and the provision of rewards for employees who excel has been carried out properly, to inspire other employees, so that they can work better.

This study was conducted to determine the imposition of a progressive tax rate on motor vehicle taxes based on The Four Maxims in Pasaman Barat Regency, Sumatra Barat. The method used in this study was a qualitative descriptive method. The type of data used in this study was primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observations, and documentation. The purpose of this study was to determine how to impose a progressive tax rate on motorized vehicle tax based on four principles of tax collection. The results show that the tax principle as still appropriate and relevant to be applied, namely the principles of tax collection proposed by Adam Smith, which are equality, legal certainty, the convenience of payment, and principles efficiency (economic of collection).

The resources of Customary Forest play an important role for Talang Mamak Indigenous People to survive. The exploitation of the forest by private company and investor has caused a violent conflict. The situation of the indigenous people becomes worsen since local government does not fully protect their rights on the forest.  Even, Local government tends to defend private company and investor in addressing the conflict. Customary forest of Talang Mamak indigenous people is in the oligarchs grip and conflict of interest with their elder. The Indigenous people are in crossroad, to preserve or to release their heritage and right. This study aims to determine the efforts of Talang Mamak Indigenous People to maintain their existence in the customary forest resources battle with private company and investor. This study used qualitative descriptive method. The data collection were documentation analysis and other relevant literature. This study used Theory of Oligarchy (Winters 2011) as grounded theory. The result found that the efforts of the indigenous people to fight for their rights getting weak. Some of them begin to accept compensation from the company and investor, in other word, some of them are willing to release their heritage and right on the forest.

The purpose of this study was to determine the pricing policy applied by selling PT.Wicaksana Overseas Internasional.Analisis data in this study using qualitative descriptive method and data collection by observation and interviews. These results indicate that the right pricing will affect the volume increase in sales and satisfaction to consumers. Because prices affect the volume of sales and the purchasing decision. Therefore, setting the selling price of products made by the International Overseas PT.Wicaksana already running well by doing and observation visit directly into the field, and conduct periodic surveys in the field and carried out by the marketing department who has been given the task by the leadership and results of the research findings discussed in the meeting and obtained conclusions and results that have been agreed. This means that pricing in the International Overseas PT.Wicaksana doing some process so that pricing is done going well and accepted by consumers.

Companies must have innovative ways of communicating messages to compete with other companies because of the many new companies that have sprung up. One of them is by using television media. However, with the increasing number of companies placing advertisements, the number of TV stations in Indonesia is now around 1027 television stations. The public's tendency to switch channels has made advertising conditions worse so that creative advertising is needed. Using a qualitative descriptive method focuses on describing, analyzing, and interpreting Tokopedia advertisements from television media. The data collection techniques used were observation, literature study, and documentation. The results showed that the Tokopedia WIB "Waktu Indonesia Belanja" advertisement was always on television. The advert is inspiring and easy to remember. This advertising has creativity as seen from the indicators of connectedness, suitability, and novelty.
