Science, technology and innovation are elements to respond to the challenges that must be faced, such as, among others, climate change, renewable energies, the nutrition of humanity, health and the administration of resources. Currently, women have a low percentage of representation in science, technology, engineering and mathematics majors, STEM, for its acronym in English; the gender gap persists in the labor issue, where companies are required to allow women to enter leadership positions. The ONU, to respond to this evident disparity, in 2015 establishes an international day to recognize the important role it has in science and technology, which is proclaimed on February 11 as International Day of Women and Girls in the Science. This research analyzes the perception of women who were trained in STEM careers, with the purpose of knowing their perception in six aspects, namely; Perception of their academic training, ability to learn and solve problems in STEM areas, social, educational or family support, academic training, satisfaction in their work and the work environment, gender stereotypes and the analysis of the skills or competencies required.

Two conceptual categories are presented that support possibilities for the search for the epistemological identity of Organizational Studies: Transmodernity and the disciplinary matrix. The category of Transmodernity as a possibility of integration and at the same time of the disappearance of the borders between qualitative and quantitative research emanating from logical positivism and the term of Disciplinary Matrix. These two elements allow us to continue with the project called Epistemological Conciliation of Organizational Studies. Literature is presented that provides arguments for an emerging and significant paradigm shift inhuman and organizational evolution. Bourdieu and Luhmann are taken up again and in the second moment, theoretical bodies are presented, such as the paradigm of transmodernity proposed by Ghisi; the transmodern philosophy of political liberation proposed by Dussel; Magda's Hegelian dialectical triad of thesis, antithesis, and synthesis, as well as Kuhn's Disciplinary Matrix and Lakatos's Scientific Research Programs. It is argued that the reason why the so-called Organizational Studies are not hearing more about the emerging sociocultural, economic, political and philosophical change described by these authors is an apparent cause: the absence of epistemic identity.

Background. Today's society is dissociated from its relationship with the world and nature. Individuals feel oblivious to their care, leading to the fragmentation of themselves and the reproduction of carelessness practices. Educationally it is necessary to contribute to the formation of conscious and committed individuals, able to engage with the other and the world around them, in a loving and empathetic way. Objective. For students to raise awareness of their involvement with the world, in order to promote recognition of their interconnection, and the need to become aware of themselves and their daily practices. Method. This work shows the results of a socio-educational intervention project. The didactic strategies were based on a critical model that divided the thoughtful and recreational process into four aspects: life-coexistence, empathy in everyday life, care marks and spiritual governance. Results. It was recognized the need to free up time to look at oneself, to be able to feel the world and to enjoy the moment, an aspect that required efforts to allay the mind. Participants referred that recognizing one's existence and inhabiting the moment required silence, to feel, and to be sensitive for the care. Conclusion. To achieve spiritual governance it’s seen the need to arouse involvement with the other, the sensitivity to see and hear the world and thus make decisions in interdependence.

This work describes the development of a software whose task is to translate texts written in an exclusive and sexist language to a text in an inclusive and non-sexist language. This software has three processes: first to extract the text from different digital formats (pdf, docx or html), second to translate the text through an automaton that implements the "manual for the non-sexist use of language" and third to return the translated text in a digital document of the same format as the source. The development was carried out through the incremental methodology, from which three increments were obtained: the first to extract the text from the digital document, the second to implement the automaton and translate the extracted text, and the third increment to return the translated text in a format equal to the source document. The implemented automaton was developed in the JFlex tool. The tests carried out are Alpha and consist of translating simple sentences to validate the correct implementation of the rules described in the "manual for the non-sexist use of language". The objective is to help in the learning of this new language that aims to include and recognize women in the newsrooms.

The aim is to know the motives as intention and desire as action to stop smoking. A qualitative ethnomethodological research was carried out with 100 adults, men and women, over 18 years of age and under 85 years of age, who attend a health service. The data were collected through a response protocol with 112 questions. The different scholars on the subject refer to the importance of studying the differences between the intention to quit smoking and desire as an action to quit smoking; The results show that the people in the group of desire as an action to stop smoking are single, young and without work; while in the group of intention they are married, older in age and with paid work, in addition to presenting anxiety and depression. The proposal indicates that radical intervention measures are required in the groups of initiation in early ages in the consumption of tobacco.

In 1984, more than 21,000 hectares of Santa María Huatulco were expropriated, including the entire coastal area in favor of FONATUR, as a result of the positive global tourism trend and that Mexico began in the 1960s with the development of the Integrally Planned Centers. (CIP) to contribute to the economic development of backward or isolated areas of the country (Espinosa C., 2013). However, this model of tourism development of Sun and Beach, brought to the community challenges and impositions of regulations, new subsistence techniques and change of ownership of the land; what questions and deeply questions the methods, customs and, fundamentally, the identity of the community, leaving aside the importance of the local culture that was not subsumed to the economic interest but ignored. This descriptive research was carried out by crossing techniques at different levels: first of all, the data sources that were processed in the analysis were not solely of a disciplinary origin. Different institutions were attended as they are religious, historical and tourist. The data collection work is qualitative based on review of the hemerobibliographic file, as well as semi-structured interviews (Quivy, 2004, page 185) and non-participant observation (Quivy, 2004, page 188).
