This research aims to evaluate and design the content of the slide which influences the level of students understanding on information being presented. This research will be comparing three methods at once, which are a conventional method where the material course will be presented without any PowerPoint and are limited to boards and books. The second method will be a material-course presentation using a PowerPoint where it was using an aesthetically pleasing and methodically correct PowerPoint. And the last method would be the combination between the two. By using a statistical test ANOVA that among three methods there is no significance impact to the students understanding. Nevertheless, based on the test score that are done after treatment the results show that the quality of PowerPoint slide has an influence to the level of students understanding compared to conventional methods (blackboard and textbook). But only attractive slide itself is insufficient to improve students understanding, this study will incorporate conventional method and attractive slide through content visualization in order to gives a better impact on students understanding.

The world community and governments are constantly on the lookout for an effective benchmark for countries: the benchmark for their success or failure, security and vulnerability, quality of life, op enness, etc. All indices are inherently objective integrators of subjectively objective indicators. The confidence in the index is based on the equilibrium of these categories. The study tried to evaluate the degree of the sovereignty of the countries, and that of Ukraine in particular, with the help of the objectivity, which can be involved by the powerful econometric apparatus. Selection, normalization, estimation of stationarity and correlation analysis gave permission to accumulate the base of more than 40 statistical indicators for the countries of the world to a generalized index and forecast the development of its dynamics for the future. The country’s sovereignty index is considered to be integral and having a scale from 0 to 100. For a more visual presentation of the results, the scale of the sovereignty index is proposed for comparable countries, with the definition of a country conditionally relatively independent of the influence and recommendations of external international organizations or entities. It turned out that, in general, all the studied countries had a similar tendency for the development of the phenomenon, which confirms the effect of globalization and synergy in the external activity of these countries. This index may turn into a future measure of the success and failure of government policy and become an instrument for choosing the direction of the country’s development.

In the world of information technology education can help and support the learning process. Especially now all the learning process activities can be done online. Progress in information technology must also be supported by quality human resources. In this case the teacher is very instrumental in the utilization of information technology in the world of education. Because the teacher is one of the education supervisors who will encourage the advancement of the quality of education in Indonesia. But in reality the quality of teachers in Indonesia is inadequate. There are still many teachers who cannot use information technology in learning especially for teachers who are senior or old. As teacher supervisors, they must improve the quality of their performance in using technology. To improve the ability of teachers to use technology, ongoing training is needed to use technology. The role of the head of the school as a supervisor is also needed, namely the principal is obliged to supervise, control, and approach the teacher in terms of the use of technology in the learning process.
