The formulation of the problem in this study is how financial performance of Dua Muara of saving loan cooperative in the city of manna in 2015-2017 seen from ratio liquidity, solvency and provability.The purpose of this study is to determine financial performance of  simpan pinjam cooperative  in the city of manna in 2015-2017 seen from ratio liquidity, solvency and provability.The object of this researchis the Financial report of Dua Muara of saving loan cooperative in the city of manna in 2015-2017.  Data analysis technique used in this reseach  are quantitative  descriptive and interpretating of the data so that it can give Clear description under study Using financial formulation. The result of analysis trough financial report of Dua Muara of saving loan cooperative using financial are report good enough. So it can be conclude that financial performance of of Dua Muara of saving loan cooperative are good enough  but it is necessary to improve the calculation of the financial statement

The purpose of this study is to explain and obtain empirical evidence about the effect of trust on perceived usefulness, the effect of trust and perceived usefulness on buying interest. The population in this study is consumers in the city of Denpasar who have an interest in buying fashion products at the online store Zalora. The number of samples used in this study were 110 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is Path Analysis. The results showed that trust has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness, trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, and perceived usefulness positively and significantly mediates the effect of trust in consumer buying interest. This has the meaning that consumers who already have confidence in Zalora's online store fashion products, then supported by the perception of good benefits for consumers, can increase consumer buying interest in the online site Zalora. The purpose of this research is to find out how the contribution of Hotel Taxes in increasing the Regional Original Income of Medan City and what are the efforts in increasing the hotel tax. Sources of data used in this research are secondary data, namely in the form of targets and realization of hotel tax revenue and realization of local revenue Medan City from 2016 to 2018. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use descriptive analysis. Hotel Tax to Local Own Revenue is to compare the actual value of Hotel Tax with the realization of Local Own Revenue in Medan City. The results show that in 2016-2018, the contribution of Hotel Tax in the city of Medan increased every year. In contrast to the contribution, the value of the realization of Regional Original Income tends to fluctuate because, in 2016-2017, it increased, while in 2018, the realization value decreased.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The population in this study all employees at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor, amounting to 136 people and the sample in this study as much as 50 percent, the total was 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used is by using descriptive analysis that is to present each question item using a percentage formula. The results showed that the three indicators in this study generally showed quite effective results, starting from the indicators of office spatial planning, the results of which were quite effective, indicators of employee placement whose results were quite effective, and indicators of the office's physical environment whose results were effective. Of the three indicators provide an overview that can be concluded that the office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar as a whole is considered quite effective.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Financial Performance of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency (Bolsel) through an analysis of the effectiveness of PAD. The object of the research is the Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The data used is secondary data from the 2017-2020 budget realization report. The data analysis technique is descriptive quantitative analysis. The results showed that the analysis of the effectiveness of PAD at the BPKPD of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency in 2017 and 2018 was quite effective, then increased to very effective in 2019 and 2020. For Trend analysis in the next 5 years, the results tend to increase, this is a very good implementation of performance. South Bolaang Mongondow Regency.

This study aims to determine the skills of students in doing Passing Under Volleyball in Grade VI students at SD Negeri 112 Seluma Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive which is conducted to determine the value of the independent variable, either one or more (independent) variables without making comparisons or linking with other variables.The population in this study were students who sat in grade VI SD Negeri 112 Seluma. Sampling in this study using total sampling, because the entire population was sampled, amounting to 32 students. The data analysis technique used is a percentage. From the results of data analysis, description, testing of research results, and discussion, it can be concluded that the under-passing ability of Class VI students at SD Negeri 112 Seluma is at the qualification level of the ability of the "good" category of 56.25 % (18 students), the "medium" category was 34.37% (11 students), and the "poor" category was 9.38% (3 students). So that it can be concluded that most Grade VI students at SD Negeri 112 Seluma are already able to pass under well.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the level of basic technical skills of lay up and one hand set shot of basketball extracurricular members at SMAN 1 Turen Malang Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method. The research subjects were 20 participants. The data analysis technique in this study used the percentage formula. The results showed that the extracurricular participants did the lay up and one hand set shot skills test in the "Enough" category with 13 participants (65.00%). Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the basic technique skills of lay up and one hand set shot of extracurricular basketball participants at SMAN 1 Turen Malang Regency are included in the "Enough" category.   Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang tingkat keterampilan teknik dasar lay up dan one hand set shot peserta ekstrakurikuler bolabasket di SMAN 1 Turen Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 20 peserta. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta ekstrakurikuler dalam melakukan tes keterampilan lay up dan one hand set shot pada kategori “Cukup” dengan 13 peserta (65,00%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan teknik dasar lay up dan one hand set shot peserta ekstrakurikuler bolabasket SMAN 1 Turen Kabupaten Malang termasuk dalam kategori “Cukup”.

The background of the pedestrian in Urip Sumoharjo Yogyakarta street which conditions are not comfortable for pedestrians to pass, so as to improve the comfort of the pedestrian, in this study try to understand street furniture needed for pedestrian comfort in pedestrians on Urip Sumoharjo Yogyakarta street. Data was collected using a survey method with a questionnaire containing closed questions. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive data analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that men prefer to walk than women, the time when people decide to walk most choose when they go to exercise, the distance traveled by people when deciding to walk is 300-600 meters, street furniture is very much needed for pedestrian comfort in the pedestrian on Urip Sumoharjo Yogyakarta street are street lights, bins, seating, and public toilets. While pedestrians are needed enough are traffic signs, shelters, bollards, and road guardrail. Pedestrians need less is flower pots, fountains and warnings, and waste containers.

This study aims to explain gender as a moderating variable in the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. This research was conducted in the city of Denpasar which involved 110 respondents. To obtain research data, a method was used by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is moderating regression analysis. The results of this study state that customer satisfaction significantly influences customer loyalty. Gender as a moderating variable in the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, gender as a moderating variable that strengthens the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. Management is expected to be able to consider gender factors, this is because these variables can be used as an indication of how different levels of customer satisfaction when viewed from the aspect of gender depending on the needs and considerations of each individual. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Accountability and Functional Supervision on Regional Financial Management at the city Regional Financial Management Office (DPKD) in West Sumatera. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study is the City Regional Financial Management Office (DPKD) in West Sumatera Province. The sampling method used judgement sampling as many as 4 cities, namely Padang, Padang Panjang, Bukittingi, and Payakumbuh and 250 DPKD employees as respondents. Data was collacted by distributing questionnaires directly to the 250 employees. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with t test. The result showed that Accountability and Functional Supervsion had an effect on Regional Financial Management.

This research aims to improve the ability to understand Javanese aksara in conjunction with the Javanese script monopoly media in VA students of Muhammadiyah Elementary School Karangkajen Yogyakarta. This research is a Kelass Action Research (PTK) using the Hopkins model which consists of two cycles. The subjects of this study were 26 grade VA students of Muhammadiyah Elementary School Karangkajen Yogyakarta. This research took place in October 2018, in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. Data collection techniques in this study are test and observation activities during the learning process. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The data from the research shows that the use of Javanese script monopoly media in learning Javanese can improve the ability to understand Javanese scripts with the same language. The use of these media can attract students attention and motivate students so that learning outcomes increase. This can be seen from the increasing transliteration of Javanese script into Latin writing and vice versa. In the pre-cycle, the number of students who reached KKM were 2 students or 8% to 15 students or 58% in the first cycle and increased to 25 or 96% in the second cycle.
