Teachers as educators are required to have social competence. Therefore, teachers should be able to establish good communication with students, parents, neighbor, and co-worker's. In the meantime, educational interaction belief in good communication skills from teachers with students. However, no research has been done in person about the teachers social competence relationship with students educational interaction in the academic perspective. This study/research was meants to reveal: 1) How high are teachers sosial competence at SDIT Salsabila 3. 2) How strong are students educational interaction at SDIT Salsabila 3. 3) The teachers relationship with students educational interaction. And this is quantitative research. The research method used was the correlation study. The population is requested class SDIT Salsabila 3. The sampling technique used is sample. It's mean the entire population is sampled. The primary data collection uses an angket or questionnaire that has been validates by experts. Secondary data collection uses interviews, observations, and documentations.  Angular data calculated using parametric statistics to get the desired data,  and the prerequisite analysis was then performed using the Kolmogorof-Smirnov. After a prerequisite analysis was done, a hypothetical test was done using the product moment correlation technique. The study/research shows that the teachers social competence at SDIT Salsabila 3 the majority is the medium category. And the result of the students educational interaction of SDIT Salsabila 3 the majority in a sufficient/moderate category. This research shows a positive relationship between the teachers social competence to students educational interaction. Using a product moment testing technique helped with the SPSS 22.00 calculations program, has a coefficient correlation of 0,777. It's mean the link between the teachers social competence to students educational interaction is strong

Background: Basic immunization is the first immunization that should be given to everyone, especially infants and children from birth to protect lifes from dangerous diseases. The immunization program in Indonesia requires every infant (0-11 months) to receive complete basic immunization consist of 1 dose of Hepatitis B, 1 dose of BCG, 3 doses of DPT-HB-Hib, 4 doses of polio, and 1 dose of measles. Basic Immunization in RW 8 Wonokusumo Urban Village in 2017 has not reached the target. Only 73 infants (67%) of 108 have received complete basic immunization which the target of Puskesmas is 95%. This study aims to know the correlation of knowledge, attitude and mother perception with the basic immunization status in Wonokusumo. This study is an observational analytic research with quantitative approach. The study was cross sectional with a sample of 39 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Respondents in this study are mothers who have children under three and have KMS in RW 8 Wonokusumo Urban Village. Primary data collection techniques obtained from questionnaires while secondary data obtained from Wonokusumo Puskesmas and Surabaya City Health Office reports .The result of bivariate statistic test shows that there is correlation between knowledge, attitude, and mother perception with the immunization status of children under three with p = 0,001 (p < 0,05). Conclusion: There is correlation between knowledge, attitude, and mother perception with the basic immunization status in RW 8, Wonokusumo Village.

This study aims to determine how the effect of perceived organisational support and employee engagement on the performance of employees. This study uses quantitative research with a population of employees at UD. Zacyndo safety shoe factory in Tuban and Mojokerto regency. This study using a sample of 45 employees. Data collection techniques were carried out by collecting primary data through the distribution of online questionnaires and using secondary data collection through documentation of organisational activities/events and other written sources of information as writing reference materials. Data were analysed using multiple regression through SPSS version 24. The result showed that perceived organisational support had a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, employee engagement had a significant and positive effect on employee performance, and perceived organisational support and employee engagement had a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. UD. Zacyndo may improve POS better by paying attention to employee welfare to produce maximum performance. In addition, improve strong relationships with each employee may help the organisation to achieve the intended goals.

The conclusions of any quantitative research must be supported by appropriate data. This chapter discusses the methods of collecting quantitative data for research. It begins by giving an overview of the nature of quantitative research. It also discusses the two major sources of collecting quantitative data. For primary data collection, issues such as sampling, measurement and surveys are discussed. Examples and sources of obtaining secondary data are also presented. Finally, some ideas are provided for how to evaluate quantitative data in order to ensure it is appropriate for analysis.

Communication in dental hygiene is the one that is consciously designed for patients’ recovery. In order to perform a good communication in dental hygiene, every nurse requires good knowledge and attitude. This is descriptive research with survey method which objective was to measure the patients’ satisfaction level at Dental Clinic of Dental Hygiene Department, Poltekkes Kemenkes RI (Polytehnic of Health, Minstry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia), Medan. The primary data were gained through questionnaires. The secondary data were obtained from the visit recording book of the patients at Dental Clinic of Dental Hygiene Department, Poltekkes Kemenkes RI Medan. The samples were 40 patients who were selected using purposive sampling technique. The result showed that 17 respondents (42,5%) were satisfied and 23 respondents (57,5%) were dissatisfied. It was concluded that the communication in dental hygiene is very essential. It is recommended that the quality of communication at the Dental Clinic of Dental Hygiene Department, Poltekkes Kemenkes RI Medan be improved , for example by developing students’ ability in communicating with patients and enhancing the adequate facilities in order that the optimal and good oral and dental health service can be achieved.

Health centers have a role in improving the quality of health services to the community. The distance between the puskesmas and the residents' residences as well as inadequate medical equipment affects people's motivation to come for treatment. The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation of families in the use of the Puskesmas for sick family members. This research is a quantitative research using a descriptive approach. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study amounted to 48 people who were selected by purposive sampling technique and the respondents were the heads of families residing in the village of Bakaran Batu Dusun V Lubuk Pakam. The results of the study were analyzed by univariate analysis by describing descriptively the frequency distribution and proportion of each variable. Family motivation in using the puskesmas for sick family members showed that the majority of respondents had a low level of motivation. Low family motivation is influenced by several factors, namely based on trust, facilities, distance and availability of health workers   Abstrak Puskesmas mempunyai peran dalam hal peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Jarak puskesmas dengan tempat tinggal penduduk serta peralatan kesehatan yang tersedia tidak memadai mempengaruhi motivasi masyarakat untuk datang berobat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui motivasi keluarga dalam pemanfaatan Puskesmas bagi anggota keluarga yang sakit. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskripstif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 48 orang yang dipilih dengan teknik purpossive sampling dan responden merupakan kepala keluarga yang berada di desa Bakaran Batu Dusun V Lubuk Pakam. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan analisa univariat dengan menjabarkan secara deskriptif distribusi frekuensi dan proporsi masing-masing variabel. Motivasi keluarga dalam pemanfaatan puskesmas bagi anggota keluarga yang sakit didapatkan hasil bahwa mayoritas responden memiliki tingkat motivasi yang rendah. Motivasi keluarga yang rendah dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu berdasarkan kepercayaan, fasilitas, jarak dan ketersediaan tenaga kesehatan

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational behavior on improving employee productivity at the Library and Archives Service of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study were 41 people in the Office of Library and Archives of Sidenreng Rappang Regency aged 17 years and over. The sample in this study were 39 employees in the Department of Library and Archives, based on the sampling technique saturated with this type of research is descriptive quantitative. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of the influence of organizational behavior on the increase in work productivity of employees at the Office of Library and Archives of Sidenreng Rappang Regency, it turns out that the value of t count ≥ t table or 4.493 ≥ 2.026, and a significant level of 0.000. then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that it has a significant effect on increasing work productivity (Y). Y) with a yield of 39.8%. While the remaining 100% - 39.8% = 60.2% (influenced by other factors) which are not included in this study. So that 39.8% is still classified as low organizational behavior towards increasing the work productivity of employees at the Library and Archives Office of Sidenteng Rappang Regency.

The problem in this study is about how the radio broadcast business in the era of technological advancements and information, whether radio broadcasts can still maintain their existence and are still in the public interest as an effective means of entertainment and information and what radio broadcast companies do in facing business challenges in the era technological progress and information so that it can survive. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method, taking data sources using a "purposive sampling" technique with a total of 4 (four) informants including the management of radio broadcast companies in 4 (four) radio broadcast companies in the researched Kebumen Regency. Data collection in this study was carried out through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews. Observations and interviews are used to capture primary data relating to how important radio broadcast companies view technological and information progress as challenges that must be faced to maintain the existence of broadcast radio. While the study of documentation is used to capture secondary data that can be raised from various documentation about media data, broadcast radio company profiles and so on. The data analysis technique in this study is an interactive model analysis, including four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or verification. The theory used is the theory of general communication and business communication. The locus of research in four radio broadcast companies in Kebumen District, namely: Bimasakti FM Kebumen, Mas FM Kebumen, RPFM Gombong, and Radio Gong FM Gombong, the results of this study found that advances in technology and information will raise efforts to improve the quality of broadcast radio companies in Kebumen through various ways including the ability to adjust to follow the advances in technology and information carried out by changing the conventional ways of broadcasting in a more modern way with technology-based and internet-based information. The four radio broadcast companies in Kebumen Regency were examined, although in general they had adjusted to the advancement of technology and information in order to maintain their existence. In fact there were still a number of radio broadcast companies that had not implemented streaming broadcasts so that the range that could be received by audiences or listeners was limited and not yet global. Efforts to adjust to the advancement of technology and information must, of course, be accompanied by efforts to improve the quality of human resources broadcast radio companies both internally and externally. This study aims to see the effect of branchless banking on financial inclusion. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques using primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data. This study uses a regression test to test the hypothesis. This study found that branchless banking has a positive effect on the financial inclusion of the people of Kampar Regency, Riau.

<p>The internet is growing rapidly with an increasing number of regular users. Many people cannot escape the internet in their daily lives and this affects their consumption patterns. The internet has an important role in supporting the development of e-commerce in conducting online transactions. Many online shopping stores have sprung up making people more often make purchasing decisions on a product, and online shopping alone is considered to be much easier and more effective. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of consumer trust and security on buying interest on the Lazada site (Survey of visitors to the Lazada site in East Jakarta). The population in this study is Lazada Site Visitors who reside in East Jakarta during January - June 2018 with a total sample of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. Primary data collection using questionnaires and secondary data collection using literature study. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with a significance value of a = 10% (0.10). The results showed that trust and security partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on corporate image. Partially, confidence influences asking for a purchase of 9.3% and security has a significant effect on buying interest of 6.3%. The R Square value obtained through testing the determinant coefficient (R2) is what means that advertising affects the company's image by 15.9% and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.</p>

This study aims to analyze the effect of livelihood assets and demographics on the implementation of farmers' livelihood strategies in Pandansari Village, Ngantang District, Malang Regency after the eruption of Mount Kelud. This research is a type of quantitative research that uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the Warp PLS approach. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews using questionnaires and field observations, while secondary data obtained through literature studies from various related sources. It was determined the location deliberately considering that Pandansari Village was the area in Ngantang District that was the worst affected by the eruption of Mount Kelud. Seventy-five farmers with simple random sampling technique were selected as respondents in this study. The results showed that livelihood assets had a positive but insignificant effect on demographics. Then livelihood assets have a positive and significant influence on livelihood strategies. Meanwhile, demographics have a negative and significant impact on livelihood strategies.
