Health centers have a role in improving the quality of health services to the community. The distance between the puskesmas and the residents' residences as well as inadequate medical equipment affects people's motivation to come for treatment. The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation of families in the use of the Puskesmas for sick family members. This research is a quantitative research using a descriptive approach. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study amounted to 48 people who were selected by purposive sampling technique and the respondents were the heads of families residing in the village of Bakaran Batu Dusun V Lubuk Pakam. The results of the study were analyzed by univariate analysis by describing descriptively the frequency distribution and proportion of each variable. Family motivation in using the puskesmas for sick family members showed that the majority of respondents had a low level of motivation. Low family motivation is influenced by several factors, namely based on trust, facilities, distance and availability of health workers   Abstrak Puskesmas mempunyai peran dalam hal peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Jarak puskesmas dengan tempat tinggal penduduk serta peralatan kesehatan yang tersedia tidak memadai mempengaruhi motivasi masyarakat untuk datang berobat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui motivasi keluarga dalam pemanfaatan Puskesmas bagi anggota keluarga yang sakit. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskripstif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 48 orang yang dipilih dengan teknik purpossive sampling dan responden merupakan kepala keluarga yang berada di desa Bakaran Batu Dusun V Lubuk Pakam. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan analisa univariat dengan menjabarkan secara deskriptif distribusi frekuensi dan proporsi masing-masing variabel. Motivasi keluarga dalam pemanfaatan puskesmas bagi anggota keluarga yang sakit didapatkan hasil bahwa mayoritas responden memiliki tingkat motivasi yang rendah. Motivasi keluarga yang rendah dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu berdasarkan kepercayaan, fasilitas, jarak dan ketersediaan tenaga kesehatan

Mobility is the movement of people from one region to the other region within a specified period. In other words, mobility is the movement of people to make the shift from a region or area of origin to other regions. As the capital of North Sulawesi, Manado and surrounding area have the role of mutual support between regions, where the City of Manado regarded as an area that became the purpose of work. The interdependence of the region between Manado and surrounding areas also can be seen in the relationship between the city of Manado with Maumbi village as an area of support, in terms of both formal and informal workers who worked in Manado. The increasing number of such workers has contributed to greater mobility of workers from Maumbi Village to Manado. This study aims to determine the mobility of wokers from the village Maumbi to Manado based on the push and pull factors of mobility. In answering this purpose of this study the collected primary data and secondary data have conducted. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. While secondary data taken at the village office Maumbi include the state of the last inhabitants in 2014, according to the number of people living in 2014 and the Maumbi Village community who work in the city of Manado. The variables measured were age, family size, length of stay, education level, number of family members working in Manado, type of work, number of dependents, total revenues, total expenses, mileage, travel time, type of transport, and cost of transportation. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis by describing and explaining all the factors related to the mobility of workers from the village Maumbi to Manado. The results showed that the pull factor mobility of the village Maumbi to Manado occur due to the distance traveled, the type of transport, length of stay, number of family members, income, expenses, and transportation costs, while pull factor mobility occurs because, type of work, education , age, and number of family members who work in the city of Manado.

The first 1000 days of life or 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan (HPK) is a period starting from the beginning of pregnancy until the baby is 2 years old. Knowledge of 1000 HPK is very important for midwifery students as a benchmark for health workers in serving clients in the future. About 6 in 10 students still do not understand and know about the First 1000 Days of Life. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of knowledge of midwifery students about the first 1000 days of life based on media sources at the Kuningan College of Health in 2020. Descriptive research method with observational design, population of midwifery students of level II as many as 40 people, using a total sampling technique. Direct data collection (primary data) using a questionnaire. Data analysis using univariate analysis. The results showed that most midwifery students level II had less knowledge of 20 respondents (50%), most of the media sources for obtaining information about HPK were mostly audio-visual 32 (80%), and the level of knowledge of midwifery students level II about 1000 HPK based on media sources. as many as 17 (42.5%) had less knowledge. It is recommended that level II midwifery students get information about 1000 HPK not only through the media but can seek information from various sources, for the Midwifery Study Program to be used as evaluation material, as input for developing an additional curriculum related to 1000 HPK in the Midwifery Care course so that it can increase student knowledge.

Depression in the elderly if not immediately dealt with quickly can cause brain shrinkage, so that the elderly will experience a decrease in quality of life, decreased social and physical function, disability, suicide risk and increased mortality in the elderly. This study aimed to determine the effect of reminscene group therapy on depression in the elderly at BPPLU Kota Bengkulu. This study used a pre-experimental one group pre test and post test design. The population in this study were 60 elderly at the BPPLU in Bengkulu City. The sampling technique used Purposive Sampling techniques as many as 14 elderly. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with Shapiro Wilk data normality test and Paired T test. The results showed that the average depression before reminiscene therapy was 8.21 with a standard deviation of 1.626, the average value of depression after reminiscene therapy was 6.71 with a standard deviation of 2.234, there was an effect of reminiscene group therapy on depression in the BPPLU city Bengkulu. It is expected that health workers can routinely carry out group therapy in treating depression in the elderly. Keywords: depression, elderly, reminiscene group therapy

The distraction method is a method for pain relief by diverting the patient's attention to other things so that the patient will forget about the pain he is experiencing. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the distraction technique of watching animated cartoons on the decrease in pain scale during injection in preschool children (3-6 years) in the Edelwis room of Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu General Hospital. This research is a quantitative study with a pre-experimental research design using a one group pretest and posttest design. Samples of 30 respondents were taken by accidental sampling technique. Primary data collection was carried out using a pain scale questionnaire, while secondary data were obtained from related agencies that were related in this study. The results of the study, from 30 respondents there were 23 people with mild pain and 7 people with moderate pain after being treated watching animated cartoons. Based on the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, the Z value of -3.963 is obtained with the A symp value. Sig (ρ) = 0,000, because the value of ρ 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the distraction technique of watching animated cartoons to reduce the pain scale in pre-school children when injecting in the Edelweis room of Dr. Yunus Bengkulu General Hospital. It is expected that health workers and the community can be more focused on care for children when the child is hospitalized in undergoing hospitalization. Keywords: Distraction Technique, Watching Animated Cartoons, Pain Scale

Jehem Tourist Village has been designated as Tourism Village in 2015. The existence of tourist attraction Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) is currently popular in the eyes of tourists who visit the Village Tourism Jehem. The purpose of this research is to know the condition of existing tourism Jehem Tourism Village and the influence of attraction Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) to the development of Jehem Tourism Village. The data used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data. Primary data source data and secondary data, data method used are: observation, interview and documentation. Informant determination technique used is purposive sampling technique. The results of the research show that the existence of tourist attraction Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) to make tourists began to visit the Village Tourism Jehem. The attraction of Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) has an important influence in the development of Jehem Tourism Village. This study aims to determine of women workers in the horticultural farm in the Village Wailan. The research was conducted in November 2016 to April 2017, from preparation to preparation of the report. The data used primary data and secondary data. This research was conducted with a purposive sampling technique, the number of samples taken by 30 respondents. The data were analyzed descriptively presented in table form. The results showed that the working hours of women at Harvest activity of 2.56 hours / day, planting 1.7 hours / day, tillage 1.66 hours / day, weeding 0.46 hours / day, nursery 0.4 hours / day , fertilization 0.26 hours / day and control of pests and diseases 0 hours / day.

Posyandu services are very important for the health of mothers and toddlers but in reality, many people still do not take advantage of posyandu program, it can be seen from the number of attainment of complete basic immunization indicator in toddlers. Where the achievement of this indicator in Indonesia in 2015 amounted to 86.54%. This figure has not reached the Renstra target of 91%. Many factors that can influence the behavior of the community in using posyandu are public knowledge about the utilization of posyandu. This research aimed to determine the description of public knowledge in the utilization of posyandu in Margo Mulyo Village, Central Bengkulu District, August 2017. The research method used is a descriptive research, with the number of samples of 64 respondents taken by accidental sampling technique. The type of data used in this research was using primary data which was analyzed using univariate analysis. The results of this research can be concluded that more than some respondents 37 (57.8%), had less knowledge about posyandu utilization. To the village of Margo Mulyo, Central Bengkulu Regency is expected to be able to cooperate with the health centers and health institutions to provide information to the community, especially pregnant women and mothers who have a toddler.

This research was conducted at the District High King shavings District of North Sumatra Province. The purpose of the study was to determine the increase in goat  farming  goat  farmer  groups  in  the  analysis  of  pollen  sources  of  income.  The study was conducted in the village of Sumber High King and High King of Hope in District  District  shavings,  each  study  site  has  the  same  agro-ecosystems.  The  study was conducted by the method by filling  in a questionnaire survey using kuwesioner and  structured  interviews  with  15  respondents  farmers  and  15  farmer  groups koopertor  non-cooperators,  in  November-December  2012,  according  to  the information  from  the  Department  of  Agricultural  Extension  and  local  farming population  criteria  goats  and  primary  data  secondary  data  collected  was  analyzed using descriptive tabulation and analysis of the economy.The results of the research effort goat raising net income amounted Rp.8.411.168 Koopertor, 83/tahun, B/C ratio of 1.4, and goat enterprises are non Cooperators sebsar Rp. 1,644,051.24/year, B/C ratio of 1.2. This can increase the income of farmers in maintaining the well-being of families and the need for the application of technological innovations introduced  so that a more commercial farming goats and goats can be sustained presence in times to come.<br /><br />

This study aims to analyze the effect of livelihood assets and demographics on the implementation of farmers' livelihood strategies in Pandansari Village, Ngantang District, Malang Regency after the eruption of Mount Kelud. This research is a type of quantitative research that uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the Warp PLS approach. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews using questionnaires and field observations, while secondary data obtained through literature studies from various related sources. It was determined the location deliberately considering that Pandansari Village was the area in Ngantang District that was the worst affected by the eruption of Mount Kelud. Seventy-five farmers with simple random sampling technique were selected as respondents in this study. The results showed that livelihood assets had a positive but insignificant effect on demographics. Then livelihood assets have a positive and significant influence on livelihood strategies. Meanwhile, demographics have a negative and significant impact on livelihood strategies. This study aims to determine the extent of farmers' response to work effectiveness in managing rice farming in technical irrigated land. This research was carried out in the village of Carawali, Watang Pulu Sub-District, Sidenreng Rappang District. The population in this study were paddy farmers in the village of Carawali, Watang Pulu Subdistrict, 311 people in Sidenreng Rappang District. Sampling is done by incidental sampling technique. The types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data are described with variables in the study consisting of adaptability, work performance, job satisfaction and farmer's work effectiveness with the average value of each respondent's answer. Farmer's response to work effectiveness has an average value of 3.68. The variable adaptability (X1) obtained an average value of respondents' responses of 3.47. For variebal work performance (X2) obtained an average value of 3.62, while the average response of farmers to the variable job satisfaction (X3) obtained a value of 3.51. The ability to self-adjust coefficient (X1) is -0.278, Work Performance (X2) is 1.148, and farmer's job satisfaction (X3) is 0.072. The ability to adapt, work performance, and job satisfaction in Carawali Village, Watang Pulu Subdistrict, Sidenreng Rappang District is in a good category. Adapting ability is negative and signifies a relationship that is opposed to the effectiveness of the farmer's work. Work performance and farmer's job satisfaction are positive and indicate a unidirectional relationship to the work effectiveness of farmers. The variables in the study gave a correlation of 78.3%, this means there are still 21.7% of other variables that affect the effectiveness of farmer performance. Further research is needed on other variables that affect the performance of rice farmers in technical irrigated land. Keywords: adaptability, job satisfaction, Work Effectiveness, work performance.
