The article is devoted to the presentation of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of projects for the creation of complex technical products of a new generation. It is shown that the classification of the projects under consideration creates methodological prerequisites for increasing the accuracy and quality of forecasts of time and resources. It is asserted that in the general set of innovative processes, innovative projects for creating a new generation of aviation products fall into an independent subgroup of innovative projects for creating complex technical objects of a new generation. Allocation of a separate subgroup of projects allows you to form specific methods of modeling, analysis, forecasting and management for them. Materials and methods. Justification is carried out in the form of a logical conclusion. There are four indicators that characterize the design processes. Based on the analysis of the features of the projects for the creation of aircraft products, it was concluded that it is necessary to clarify the set of criteria for projects to create complex equipment of a new generation. For this group of projects, in addition to the existing four criteria of goals, timing, resources and organization of project execution, it is proposed to add a fifth criterion – the criterion of project uncertainty. Result. It is shown that in the aggregate a group of five criteria makes it possible to single out from the whole set of innovative processes associated with the creation of new technology, a subgroup of processes for creating complex technology of a new generation. The differences between the interpretation of uncertainty adopted in the work and the interpretation of uncertainty used in the project analysis as a set of risks accompanying projects are noted. Conclusion. An integral criterion for the magnitude of sociophysical potential has been formed, combining the criteria of goals, timing, resources, organization and uncertainty of innovative projects. An example of the interpretation of the integral criterion for the case of creating a new gene¬ration aircraft product is given.

Scientific technical progress demands of technologists decision of questions concerning cardinal improvement of quality of engineering products, and also providing of breakthrough aggregation of features and their practicality measure. In particular, it is necessary for hardware which works under severe operation conditions, and to features of which great demands are made. There are a lot of different functions which affect products in operation conditions. And these functions have variable action parameters. That fact in some cases leads to quick product function loss and to reduction of operating properties of machine or technological system. So, engineering products should be provided by unconventional properties [1, 2, . In order to resolve the problems we need nontraditional approaches in development of fundamentally new technologies. They should allow solving complicated problems of new generation of machines development with properties composition, got through application of different in significance technologies [.

3D printing is a new technology in constant evolution. It has rapidly expanded and is now being used in health education. Patient-specific models with anatomical fidelity created from imaging dataset have the potential to significantly improve the knowledge and skills of a new generation of surgeons. This review outlines five technical steps required to complete a printed model: They include (1) selecting the anatomical area of interest, (2) the creation of the 3D geometry, (3) the optimisation of the file for the printing and the appropriate selection of (4) the 3D printer and (5) materials. All of these steps require time, expertise and money. A thorough understanding of educational needs is therefore essential in order to optimise educational value. At present, most of the available printing materials are rigid and therefore not optimum for flexibility and elasticity unlike biological tissue. We believe that the manipuation and tuning of material properties through the creation of composites and/or blending materials will eventually allow for the creation of patient-specific models which have both anatomical and tissue fidelity.

Formulation of the problem. Creation of scientific and technical products is the purpose of scientific research and research and development activities performed by employees of research organizations and teachers of higher educational institutions. The effectiveness of these studies largely depends not only on the level of training, but also on the special qualities of performers, in particular on their intellectual level. In the conditions of knowledge economy and a wide range of forms of ownership, the level of intellectual property becomes important as a condition for successful solution of any problems. The aim of the article is to study the influence of the intellectual level on the quality of solving scientific and technical problems, in particular in the field of creating new technology. The object of research is the method of solving scientific and technical problems in the field of metalworking, provided that the high quality of products. As a basis for methodological supervisions, we have taken that analysis of international organizations and their recommendations on the transition to a new economy. The practical side of lined up relations became basis of methodological supervisions between a population and government bodies all levels. The hypothesis of the study was the assumption that the quality of scientific and technical products not only from the qualifications but also from a significant intellectual level of performers. The statement of basic materials. In the development and preparation of serial production of scientific and technical products, first of all, the limit price is calculated, which determines the limit of the value above which the consumer of the product becomes unprofitable to purchase it. Based on this slogan, we see that many countries have focused on people, as the main "engine" of all processes of the state’s activity both inside and outside. So, in order for a person to develop, and with it the state, it is necessary to ensure a social complex of needs, where education is the main thing. The originality and practical significance of the research is the proposed systemic linkage of the components of the knowledge economy. The conducted research leads to the conclusion that there are many unresolved social and economic problems where Ukraine will occupy the main place – unlocking human potential. To determine the limit price for the development of scientific and technical products, it is necessary to have data on the requirements of the relative value of these products and the value of the rate of return used in pricing the value of industrial designs.

In the practice of processing of metals by cutting it is necessary to overcome the vibration of the cutting tool, the processed detail and units of the machine tool. These vibrations in many cases are an obstacle to increase the productivity and quality of treatment of details on metal-cutting machine tools. Vibration at cutting of metals is a very diverse phenomenon due to both it’s nature and the form of oscillatory motion. The most general classification of vibrations at cutting is a division them into forced vibration and autovibrations. The most difficult to remove and poorly investigated are the autovibrations, i.e. vibrations arising at the absence of external periodic forces. The autovibrations, stipulated by the process of cutting on metalcutting machine are of two types: the low-frequency autovibrations and high-frequency autovibrations. When the low-frequency autovibration there appear, the cutting process ought to be terminated and the cause of the vibrations eliminated. Otherwise, there is a danger of a break of both machine and tool. In the case of high-frequency vibration the machine operates apparently quiently, but the processed surface feature small-sized roughness. The frequency of autovibrations can reach 5000 Hz and more.

Abstract—We describe and illustrate Paepalanthus fabianeae, a new species of Eriocaulaceae from the central portion of the Espinhaço Range in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Previous phylogenetic evidence based on analyses of nuclear (ITS and ETS) and plastid (trnL-trnF and psba-trnH) sequences revealed P. fabianeae as belonging to a strongly supported and morphologically coherent clade containing five other species, all of them microendemic, restricted to the Espinhaço range. Due to the infrageneric classification of Paepalanthus being highly artificial, we preferred not assigning P. fabianeae to any infrageneric group. Paepalanthus fabianeae is known from two populations growing in campos rupestres (highland rocky fields) in the meridional Espinhaço Range. The species is characterized by pseudodichotomously branched stems, small, linear, recurved, and reflexed leaves, urceolate capitula, and bifid stigmas. Illustrations, photos, the phylogenetic position, and a detailed description, as well as comments on habitat, morphology, and affinities with similar species are provided. The restricted area of occurrence allied with threats to the quality of the habitat, mainly due to quartzite mining, justifies the preliminary classification of the new species in the Critically Endangered (CR) category using the guidelines and criteria of the IUCN Red List.

Among some components of effective language classroom, learning materials indisputably play a focal role. They improve the quality of language teaching; facilitate teachers in doing their duties, and lead students to a higher level of understanding in learning. This research aims to discuss the notion of materials in language teaching. It made use of works of literature to outline the importance of materials in language teaching, and to analyze kinds of materials, which are relevant to language teaching. The analysis resulted in the classification of materials into two broad categories namely (1) created materials, which include course book, audio materials, and video materials; and (2) authentic materials, which cover authentic texts, movie/film, radio broadcasting, television program, graphs, maps, tables, and charts. This paper serves as an invaluable resource to facilitate language teachers in selecting appropriate materials for effective language teaching.

Annotation. The quality of translation of the Shukshins stories is analyzed in the Middle 70- years. By S.Namatbaev. The translation analysis had idenh hed numerous style discrepancies between the original and the translation. The psychological feature of the compasihion were not be hansfered by the translation one the bestand famous story by. V.Shukshin due to distorhion of the style. By the translation of the story “The uncle Ermolai” had full a phisichal aspect of the story, because the translator had distorted the genre specifics. The translation of the stories “Two letters” was wade more qualitative comparated with another stories. Generally, the Namatbaevs translation are a sui generis stage in the translatiobs. We need currently more total and profound perception of the creation by V.Shukshin. The create of the new adeavate translation is the main task. The head of the theory and history of Russian literature department. V. Shukshin’s stories and problems of translation them into Kyrgyz language. This article is analysed the quality of translation of V. Shukshin’s stories, which were written in 70 th with S. Namatbaev. Translation analyse deduced many stylistic variations between translated version and original. There is a misrepresentation, was not transmitted psychological subtleties of the story in translation of one of the best V. Shuk- shin’s story “Wierdo”. Metaphysical dimension is disappeared in translation of the story “Uncle Ermolai”, since translator destort the genre specificity. The translation of the story “Two letters” has been more qualitative in comparison with previous translations. In common, S. Namatbaev’s translation is a genius stage in translation. It needs more full and deep comprehension of S. Shukshin’s work and to establish new suitable translation. Key words: Quality of translation, stylistic variation, psychological subtleties, metaphysical dimension, stage.
