Pengoperasian Gill Net  akan berpengaruh terhadap stok sumberdaya ikan apabila tidak diatur dengan baik. Strategi manajemen sumberdaya ikan diperlukan agar optimalisasi hasil tangkapan dan kelestarian sumberdaya ikan tetap terjaga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis nilai efisiensi teknis dan nilai selektivitas alat tangkap Jaring Insang (Gill Net ) terhadap komposisi hasil tangkapan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif bersifat studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian  di perairan Semarang. Obyek pengamatan adalah Gill Net .  Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji Independent T-Test. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alat tangkap Gill Net  terdapat dua mesh size yaitu 1,4 inci dan 3,5 inci. Total hasil tangkapan Gill Net  dengan mesh size 1,4 inci sebesar 38.350 kg sedangkan Gill Net  dengan ukuran 3,5 inci sebesar 15.220 kg. Nilai efisiensi yang terdapat pada mesh size 1,4 inci adalah 30 sedangkan, mesh size 3,5 inci memperoleh poin sebesar 20. Berdasarkan pengolahan uji Independent T-test bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara komposisi hasil tangkapan Gill Net  terhadap mesh size 1,4 inci dan 3,5 inci. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah status alat tangkap Gill Net  dengan mesh size 1,4 inci lebih efisien daripada mesh size 3,5 inci. The way to operation the Gill Net  will affect the stock of fish resources if not properly regulated. Strategy to manage the fish resources is needed to optimize amount of catch and create the sustainable fish resources. The aim of research was to analyze level of technical efficiency and selectivity Gillnets to the composition of the catches. The research method used case study on technical efficiency Gillnets in Semarang’s waters. The results of the research, Gillnets have two mesh size, 1.4 inch and 3.5 inch. Total catch of Gillnets with mesh size 1.4 inch was 38.350 kg while Gillnets catch with mesh size 3.5 inch was 15.220 kg. Based on independence T-test that there was significant influence between the composition of Gillnets catches to mesh size 1.4 inch and 3,5 inch. efficiency point with mesh size 1,4 inch was 30, whereas mesh size 3,5 inch obtained 20 point. The conclusion from this research is stat us of fishing gear Gillnets with mesh size 1,4 inch more efficient than mesh size 3,5 inch.

The purpose of this study was to determine the fishing technology used by fishermen in Merauke to catch snapper and post-harvest handling of fish maw snapper. This research was conducted in January 2021 in Kumbe Village, Malind District. Data collection was carried out by interviewing fishermen on the fishing boat KMN Nur Aqila07. The results showed that the fishing boat KMN Nur Aqila07 has a weight specification of 30 GT. The main fishing gear is a drift gill net with a length of 50 meters with a width of 2 meters with a mesh size of 7.5 inches. The pulley machine is used to help pull the gill nets when they want to pull fishing gear (hauling). Fish maw of snapper is removed manually using a knife, then cleaned with running water and then dried in the sun to dry. Fish maw is sold dry. The highest price for fish maw is in the weight range of 150 grams which can reach Rp. 22,500,000 per kg, while the lowest price is in the weight range of less than 50 grams, which is Rp. 4,500,000 per kg.

Peristiwa overfishing semakin marak terjadi di beberapa wilayah perikanan Indonesia akibat penggunaan alat tangkap yang merusak (destruktif). Jika hal ini terus dilakukan, maka kelestarian sumberdaya dikhawatirkan akan semakin menurun. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan strategi agar usaha perikanan tangkap ramah lingkungan secara ekologi dengan cara mengidentifikasi alat tangkap berdasarkan kriteria Code of Conduct for Responsible Fisheries (CCRF). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis alat tangkap ramah lingkungan di PPI Celong berdasarkan Sembilan kriteria CCRF. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif mengenai alat penangkapan ikan yang ramah lingkungan di Pangkalan Pendaratan Ikan (PPI) Celong pada bulan Desember 2017 dengan wawancara dan observasi lapangan. Responden diambil secara sensus sebanyak 121 orang. Hasil analisis ramah lingkungan menghasilkan skor 17,87 pada arad, 27,44 pada trammel net, dan 28,40 pada gill net. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah status alat tangkap arad tidak ramah lingkungan, trammel net ramah lingkungan, dan gill netsangat ramah lingkungan. Arad termasuk dalam kategori tidak ramah lingkungan karena cara pengoperasiannya yang tidak selektif dan merusak dasar perairan. Overfishing are increasingly prevalent in some Indonesian fishery areas due to the use of destructive fishing gear. If it continues, then the sustainability of resources feared will decrease further. Therefore a strategy is needed for eco-friendly fishery business by identifying fishing gear based on the criteria of Code of Conduct for Responsible Fisheries (CCRF). The purpose of this research is to analyze the eco-friendly fishing gear at Celong Fishing gear based on Nine criteria of CCRF. The research method used is descriptive of eco-friendly fishing gear at Celong Fishing Port in December 2017 with interviews and observations. Respondents who were taken by census was 121 respondents. The results of eco-friendly analysis resulted in a score 17.87 for  arad, 27.44 for trammel net, and 28.40 for gill net. The conclusions obtained from this research are arad status is not eco-friendly, trammel net is eco-friendly, and gill net is very eco-friendly. Arad is categorized as eco-unfriendly due to its non-selective way of operating and damaging the sea base.

The purpose of this study was to determine the yield and type of catch, the comparison of the number of catches and the efforts to manage electronic FADs on Gill Net fishing gear. This research was conducted in Bulukumba waters from February to March 2017. Data collection was carried out by direct observation of fishermen in Bulukumba waters. The samples used in this study were FADs installed by fishermen in the waters of Bulukumba as many as 20 locations. Based on the research results, fish catches with electronic FADs ranged from 98 to 131 fish per fishing trip with a total catch of 2,324 fish. Meanwhile, the usual FAD catches ranged from 51 to 84 fish per fishing trip with a total catch of 1,313 fish and the highest type of fish was selar, followed by male mackerel, Selar bentong, white Kuwe, Layang, Barracuda, selangat and Mata goyang. The ratio between the catch and the use of electronic FADs was 64%, while the regular FADs were 36%. Considering that FADs are an effective tool in collecting fish, a sustainable management strategy is needed, including by (1) community based management, (2) limiting fishing efforts, (3) stopping the addition of shallow marine FADs. , (4) use of fishing gear with large mesh sizes and (5) prioritize the use of deep sea FADs.

<p>In any organization, knowledge leader and communication are subject which helps organizations reach productivity. The aim of the research is to study the contribution of knowledge leader and communication toward employee productivity at West Java Conference Office. To this end, this research used questionnaires distributed to 59 employees at West Java Conference Office. Data was calculated using Pearson Product Moment. All questionnaires are valid, and reliability using Cronbach's Alpha for knowledge leader was obtained at 0,846. Communication was obtained at 0,918 and productivity was obtained at 0,779. Research method using descriptive analytical survey with quantitative data. Data was analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis using T-Test. The result of the research shows that there is a significant influence on the knowledge leader toward productivity with significance (sig.) 0000 at the table with the value of α 0:05 coefficients it means 0.000 &lt;0.05. There is a significant influence on communication toward productivity with significance (sig.) 0.035 at the table with the value of α 0, 05 it means 0.035 &lt; 0.05 and test of determination shows that the value of adjusted R Square is 0.873, it indicates that the Knowledge Leader and Communication 87% effect on the productivity, and the remain of 13% is influenced by other variables, which is not examined yet.</p>

This study aimed at determining the influence certified teachers and principal leadership either partially or simultaneously toward teachers’ performance in primary school Palembang. The research was conducted in several public primary schools in Gadus, Palembang. The research method  was ex post facto with 125 certified teachers while the sample wer 56 respondents. The data were collected by using questionnaires and analyzed by using t-test and F-test. The results of this study concluded that there is significant influence of certified teachers and principal leadership either partially or simultaneously toword teachers’ performance of primary school in Palembang.

This research aimed to know the influence of compensation, work stress, and communication towards employees performance and which variable among compensation, work stress, and communication have biggest influence towards employees performance. The hypothesis proposed is : 1) Compensation, work stress, and communication have significant influence towards employees performance of BRI Purwokerto Branch. 2) Compensation has biggest influence towards employees performance of BRI Purwokerto Branch compared by work stress and communication. This research was conducted at BRI Purwokerto Branch with the target is employees at its bank. Research method used survey. Data collecting method used questionnare, observation and documentation. Sampling technique used total sampling. Data analyzed method used path analysis. The first hypothesis test used F-test and t-test, while second hypothesis test used proportionate influence. Results of research showed that compensation, work stress, and communication both of partially and simultantly, have significant influence towards employees performance. It was proved by value of F-test and t-test bigger than F-table and t-table in level of significance 95%. Based from the result, so the first hypothesis was accepted. Compensation have biggest influence towards employees performance compared by work stress and communication. It was proved by value of proportionate influence is on variable of compensation. Togo is a passive gear and classified as a trap and guiding barrier. Togo fishery in Cemara Labat village covers fishing activities in river and ponds. Penaeus indicus fishing in ponds are considered more profitable because catches obtained were greater thanboth in term of abundance and biomass. This study aims to identify fishing unit, compare the productivity and analyze differences in the number and size of catches of togo in river and ponds. The research used case study, survey and interview techniques to collect data on the performance of the fishing gear, productivity, the number and size of catches were analyzed using technical analysis, productivity trip and unpaired comparisson t-test. Results showed fishing unit of togo in river consists of fishing gear and boat, while the components on the fishing unit of togo in ponds consisting of fishing gear, ponds and hut. The t -test showed that it differed in abundance and biomass of shrimp on the different togo (p<0.05). The average size in river was 7879 cm with average catch was 10.60 kg while catches per trip was 31.47 kg trip-1 less than togo in ponds which reached 53.45 kg trip-1 with an average number and size where each 31.47 kg and 10.07 cm.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the attractiveness of Shopee Advertising on television on buying interest based on ELM in the Communication Sciences UMN Class of 2016. The research method used was quantitative, namely by using a statistical approach, a sample of 190 people. From the results of calculations using SPSS, it is known that the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.803 means that the influence between Ad Creativity, Attractiveness of Celebrity Endorser and Credibility of Celebrity Endorser on Buying Interest is very strong. The results showed 1) There was a significant influence between Advertising Creativity on Purchase Interest, this was evidenced by the results of the significance value in the T test of 0.00 <0.05; 2) There is no significant influence between the attractiveness of Celebrity Endorser on buying interest, this is evidenced by the results of the significance value in the T test of 0.123> 0.05; 3) There is a significant influence between the credibility of Celebrity Endorser on Purchase Interest, this is evidenced by the results of the significance value in the T test of 0.00 <0.05; 4) There is a significant influence of Advertising Creativity, Attractiveness of Celebrity Endorser and Credibility of Celebrity Endorser together on buying interest, this is evidenced by the significant value on the F test of 0.00 <0.05. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui  Pengaruh Daya Tarik Iklan Shopee Di Televisi Terhadap Minat Beli Berdasarkan ELM Di Lingkungan Mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi UMN Angkatan 2016. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif, yaitu dengan menggunakan pendekatan statistik, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 190 orang. Dari  hasil  perhitungan  dengan  menggunakan  SPSS, diketahui nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,803 artinya pengaruh antara Kreativitas Iklan, Daya tarik dan Kredibilitas terhadap Minat Beli adalah sangat kuat.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kreativitas Iklan terhadap Minat Beli, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil nilai signifikansi pada uji T sebesar  0,00  < 0,05; 2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Daya tarik Celebrity Endorser terhadap Minat beli, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil nilai signifikansi  pada uji T sebesar  0,123 > 0,05;  3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kredibilitas Celebrity Endorser terhadap  Minat Beli, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil nilai signifikansi pada uji T sebesar  0,00  < 0,05; 4) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Kreativitas Iklan, Daya tarik dan Kredibilitas secara bersama-sama terhadap Minat beli, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan pada uji F sebesar 0,00 < 0,05.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of the characteristics of the Angry Birds packaging (packaging size, packaging, color packaging, packaging materials) partially have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions (STIE Mahardhika case study in Surabaya). The analysis model used is the t test regression analysis to see the effect of the variable characteristics of the packaging (packaging size, packaging, color packaging, packaging materials) on consumer purchasing decisions. This study was conducted in STIE Mahardhika Surabaya. Samples taken are students STIE Mahardhika Surabaya totaling 100 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS. Based on t test known that the size of the packaging and the packaging forms a partial no significant influence on purchase decisions Mahardhika STIE student. The different thing is indicated by the color variables packaging and packaging materials, both variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

This research aims to know the capabilities of the fishing gear and skipjack tuna CPUE levels in the Flores Sea. The research method used direct observation in the field by following the arrest operations and conduct interviews to the fisherman of purse seine semi-active, purse seine active and drift gill net. The analysis used in this research is measuring the fishing gear ability and levels of CPUE skipjack tuna in the Flores Sea. Based on the percentage of capture ability of skipjack tuna obtained that the highest capture capability is on purse sein semi-active fishing gear where to catch the skipjack tuna by 0.36 kg in one minute. Based on the analysis of the CPUE of skipjack tuna in the Flores sea from 2007-2012, skipjack tuna production has an increase the calculation of MSY (Maximum Sustainable Yield) of 2464.8 tons. Meanwhile, in 2012 skipjack tuna production have overfishing from the MSY. The population of skipjack tuna in the Flores sea is likely to have pressured by technical factors of fishing.
